Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

This law firm lies to it's clients. They won't do what the client wants. Because they refused what we asked my son lost some of the custody of his child. They actually lied about the fact that you can ask for a different judge. Makes me think they're involved with the hearing officer and what the hearing officer wants to happen in court.

Fui a la oficina a recibir información sobre como me podrían ayudar con mi accidente y más que todo con las facturas de los gastos hospitalarios, Carlos me atendió y en lo menos que tú piensas ya estás haciendo negocio con ellos, cosa que debes tener cuidado porque es una persona que te envuelve muy rápido, el me asesoro "bien" y empecé el proceso con ellos, tome unas terapias físicas que necesitaba y mi caso fue tomado por la firma de abogados Asher & associates. Hasta ahora no se que ha pasado con mi caso puesto que comunicarse con Sara la asistente de Asher es casi imposible, nunca responden correos ni llamadas y Carlos la verdad soluciona muy poco, siento que solo quiere tomar el caso y bye. Kimberly nelson is an excellent divorce attorney. I originally hired her in 2012 at the start of a very gruelling and complicated divorce. She is a consumate professional, and has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. She is also a caring human being which is very rare when dealing with attorneys.

I consulted with Ms. Halk in December of 2013. She walked me through the steps and beside me for 4 1/2 years. She was compassionate, educated, level headed and fair. She was the strength that helped me endure the worst. She did everything she could to help me get my fair settlement as we were dealing with a very vindictive ex. All my fears were put to rest with her knowledgeable advice. She never made me feel like I was bothering her and was very amenable when it came to my finances. Her fee is fair. She is not about the money like so many attorneys are. She is extremely kind but firm. If she doesn't think you are upfront with her she will refer you to someone who would be a better fit. She educates you as well. By the end of my divorce, I feel like I knew the law as well. She will never lead you astray. She even took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable at a very tumultuous time in her life. I would highly recommend Carolyn. Her staff is just as kind and helpful.....We are now friends.

I hired Carolyn for a custody order that was change on me after I left the courtroom. She had agreed to take my case she Drew up the motion but she never got us a date to get in front of the judge I spent 2 years after that trying to get in touch with them I called send emails I even went into the office but no one would ever see me or call me back. Finally over 2 years later I spoke to her she said that she defended me for what I hide her for and that she was done with a case but that is not true we never went to court. So I said give me my paperwork back and the rest of my retainer and I will move on she claims she sent me a bill two months before stating that my retainer was used but it was not true I was not in contact with them for 2 years why would they send me a bill 2 months earlier did not make sense so I spent 2500 wasted 2 years and I am back where I started user beware read this carefully and think twice.

I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. We worked together, and I found him very personable and easy to work with. He was able to break-down complex topics easily for me to understand and was extremely meticulous. Prenups can be a difficult endeavor for the parties involved, but Paul made the process extremely doable. We ultimately achieved the perfect document for our needs, which I am very grateful for. If i could give a negative star about this attorneys office I WOULD.
Please do not waste your time calling or consulting here. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, any type of notice. I offered to personally go out of my way to fax something, FAX SOMETHING, over to provide more documentation than needed for my situation. Meanwhile explaining that i am wrongfully added to this paperwork because i have legal documentation with this attorney specifically dated AFTER the fact.
The gentleman on the phone, younger gentleman, extremely rude, hung up on me and rushed me off the phone. I explained to him that i had left 2 messages prior to this conversation that i am currently having with him.
Gave me an attitude and proceeded to hang up the phone while i was still talking.
This attorney and staffing is very incompetent and the office does not even deserve a review, but i write reviews for good or for bad. not in between.

I personally worked with Michele Olsen, who was in my corner from day one in helping me to obtain spousal and child support payments that were in default. Karyn is an absolute saint! I obtained another lawyer when I was first served with divorce papers-needless to say he was absolutely horrible. A friend provided me with Karyn's contact information and I switched attorneys mid-way because she was that good. She is professional and truly listens. She fights for her clients! She is extremely responsive if you reach out to her with any type of question or concern-even on weekends/nights she responds. Her staff are also excellent regarding response time! I'm so sorry I didn't know about Karyn when I first obtained a lawyer. Having Karyn as my attorney was a game changer for me and I am so appreciative for all her hard work and efforts fighting for me. If you have concerns about this attorney-DON'T, retain her right away she is that good! She doesn't string you along to try and nickel and dime you! As people unaware of the courtroom process, our rights, and especially during and after the hands of abusive and controlling relationships ridiculed and threatened with constant accusations, lies, stories, false statements, gaslighting, slander, and fear, Karyn Villar brings you strength, hope, and the ability to feel like you can breathe again. The attitude thrown at me was disrespectful and belittling - they could not be bothered and actually went out of their way to NOT help me, telling me I have to wait for my former attorney who no longer works there to return from her vacation.
