The divorce process is hard enough. I can't imagine what it would be like without a great team to help with the incredible detail that it takes to ensure you are protected. By the time the divorce was final I felt that I had an extended family with Sarah and her team. I never doubted that they were looking out for the best interest of my kids, and they would fight to protect my time with them. I was referred to Neil specifically because he is skilled in complex divorce litigation. My divorce case was lengthy, difficult, often frightening, and highly toxic. You don't want just any divorce attorney for such a case. Neil is tough when he needs to be, but in my case he also worked for the best interests of my children and made every effort to reduce conflict when he could. He's not simply an "attack dog" out to "win" your case. (So often, when that's the case, it's the children who lose.) Ultimately, his aim was to help reach a settlement and the best possible custody arrangement under extra difficult circumstances, and also to save me tens of thousands of dollars in potential trial costs. Our custody case turned our world upside down. When I found Jess Morgan she made the whole situation easier to handle and process. Jess is an extremely detail oriented and helpful lawyer. She helped me navigate a very challenging time in my life going through a divorce and child custody agreement. I needed some help with a small estate affidavit after my father passed. I live out of the state of Tennessee making it very difficult to get straight answers from anyone and eventually finding that a couple lawyers were trying to nickel and dime me - starting with one price and then coming back with another. Then I found Tara. She was the answer to my prayers: upfront, informative, confident, and most importantly, honest. She quoted me a flat fee for the work and filing fees for probate court, she constantly kept me informed with paperwork updates and the like. She was empathic to the fact that I was dealing with a stressful situation. The human element of the law is hard to find sometimes. I really appreciated that coming from Tara. She's got a great sense of humor, too, which is usually important in times like these. She takes her work very seriously. She also - after no longer being her client - answered my emails full of questions and met with me to go over things in person once I'd gotten into town. I thought she was great and I feel so lucky to have found her. I'd definitely recommend Tara.

I am so pleased with Ms. Hawley. she is concise, and is truly knowledgeable in her profession. As a woman handling my Mother's estate I started out with an attorney that kept raising the fee. I engaged Ms Carter of the Higgins Firm, to handle the estate of a deceased family member. She was very diligent in resolving all the issues in this complicated estate. Paul and his partner Barbara make a very good team. They have a very balanced yet aggressive approach. Paul welcomes all questions as he knows his client's concerns are important. I'm a single father who has been through countless false accusations by the mother of my child. My son's mother wanted to pass my son off as another man's that she had been dating on and off for years. She started all of the false accusations right after I had her served with court papers to see my son for the first time and be involved in his life as his father. Attorney Huddleston was in my corner every step of the way and fought hard for me and my little man. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have even had the chance to meet my son, know what he looked like, bond with him, or anything. It is because of Attorney Huddleston that my son and I were granted 50/50 joint custody time together and get to enjoy our favorite meal of tacos together! I am so grateful to Attorney Huddleston for all of his help. I have worked with some lawyers who have taken my money but then only half represented me in hopes of getting more money or flat out failed me in court costing me more money and then they have had the nerve to demand more money from me after their complete failure. It's downright unethical and immoral. Attorney Huddleston is not that kind of attorney and any money spent for his services is well worth it. He really does put his all into fighting for his clients. Even though I am still fighting in court against false accusations from the mother of my son claiming that I am molesting my son, beating him, and abusing him mentally, while she continues to refuse to bring him to pick ups and drop offs, slander me to doctors and therapists that she's set up for our son, and continues to file orders of protection (all dismissed) with her 4th one just dismissed recently, and not knowing how my son is doing or haven't seen him since October, I still hold true to faith that something will change. Having Attorney Huddleston in my corner through it all has truly been a blessing. If you need a lawyer who will go into the court fighting hard for you and for what's morally & legally right, choose Attorney Huddleston. I did and I don't regret it one bit. Donna was my attorney through a two year fight with a very contentious ex wife and her equally contentious attorney.
Everything from 50/50 custody to every financial decision (including the realtor chosen to sell the marital home) was fought for or had to be decided by the court because of my ex and her attorney.
After a long and drawn out process I got the 50/50 custody that I wanted and am much better off financially than I could have ever imagined at the start of this process.
Furthermore, Donna was very good at talking me through the process and calming me when I felt overwhelmed or just wanted to cave to their scare tactics. This saved me thousands of dollars and helped me through this emotionally.
I couldn't have asked for anything more from an attorney than what I received by hiring Donna.

A year and a half into my case, with two other attorney's behind me who botched up my case and basically set my case up for failure, Donna Green was willing to take on my child custody and divorce case. I want to tell everyone how awesome Raquel Abel is. I was going to lose my daughter but Raquel came in and helped me gain full custody of my daughter. Not only she helped me gain full custody she also helped me keep my parents away from my daughter. Hiring Mingy Bryant Ball to handle my child custody case was the best decision I've ever made . After years of frustrating experiences with other lawyers, she helped me to find a proper custody agreement that I'm very happy with . She was fair, honest and supportive all the way. I was losing custody of my child while battling complicated side effects from a very damaging and abusive relationship and she helped me to put my life back together and stand up for myself in a proper way. Honestly, I have went through many experiences with lawyers, and so far only Mingy has worked to my expectations. She answers phone calls, if not she definitely calls you back. I came in to speak with Mrs. Gordon about a case of mistaken identity on a DNA test. She was extremely understanding and very empathetic about the whole situation. When it came time for court we spoke briefly then she spoke with the judge. When she came back to speak with she informed that I would have to take one more DNA test and she explained my situation to the judge. She assured me that this would be the only time I would have to take another one. Fast forward to the next court date and after the judge does roll call and spoke with the clerk she tells me everything has been dismissed and I'm free to go.

I was maliciously attacked by a room mate that knew ways in which to manipulate the boundaries of the law for his personal spite towards me. Having been referred to by a neighbor I sought out Mrs Gordon for legal help after this room mate filed a false order of protection against me. I hired Candyce Leeper in 2018 to take care of a real estate matter. I had entered into a contract to purchase a home from a private party. I gave her my down payment, paid the property taxes and insurance to her directly and never missed a payment. During the horrible storms we had in 2015 my home took on major damage. Considering my name was not yet on the deed (which was wrong) I was unable to get insurance on my own, Upon contacting the party I was purchasing from about the damage, she called the insurance and they came out and accessed the damage.
I continued to call the owner because I had not heard anything about the damage and she would constantly put me off.
All the while I had black mold growing on the ceiling in my laundry room, not to mention water leaking from an overhead light in the laundry room when it rained. I contacted Ms. Leeper and hired her to represent me and my interest in the property.
Ms. Leeper found out that the insurance company had paid the claim directly to the party I was buying the home from and they did NONE of the repairs.
Ms. Leeper also learned that due to the insurance pay out in 2015. The insurance had been cancelled and the taxes were not being paid! And no other insurance company would insure the house with the current damage.
Long story short, the house ended up becoming condemned due to the black mold Ms. Leeper was able to get my down payment back, all of the insurance monies I had paid over the 4 year period, the taxes I had paid over the 4 year period, as well as damages for my personal property that had been ruined. I was also released from my obligation to buy the house due to breach of contract on the part of the seller.
Ms. Leeper and her staff were superb in responding to my phone calls and walking me through the entire process. I was treated with the utmost respect and really felt that Ms. Leeper was looking out for my best interest.
I have since hired her to set up my will and trust.
