I guess i didn't realize he only works for divorcee's, because its so hard to get a win for a woman in a divorce, LOL.
Likes to ask you questions then won't listen to answer, basically wants you to be his paralegal, i'm not a lawyer. I'm here to get legal answers.
Like a plumber, "So what's the problem?"
"Well the toilet is...."
"I don't have time to hear about this now, I've worked on sinks, but never toilets, not sure how i will figure it out? Are you wanting to divorce your toilet and take all his crap with you? because you found a new toilet that isn't out working to pay for everything all the time and you feel sad while spending all its money while sitting on every other toilet in town? I can do that.
What you need to do is learn all about toilets, read all the manuals pass the master plumber test and then report back to me what you found out, I can see you in a few weeks, mmk?"
"Ok, a few weeks till you can hear about my toilet?...but yes that's why i'm calling", I'd like to make an appt."
"Ok" then hangs up on you.
Good to know that all people in East TN, are slow witted, lazy, rude, lack critical thinking skills and think morals, character and bathing is optional.
Put down the case of natural light cans and pick up a book every now and then. Nevermind, it won't help.

My experience, as the majority of the reviews I have read and would agree with, are nothing but spectacular thoughts and feelings regarding Mr. Kloosterman.
I want everyone to know that my personal experience with Mr. Kloosterman on two legal cases we faced with Mr. Kloosterman, in my opinion, and many others who I know, that know him, is that he is one of the best attorneys not only in East Tennessee but possibly the whole state of Tennessee.
Mr. Kloosterman has honor and integrity; I have witnessed this in and out of the courtroom and in trial. He fights for his clients, but at the same time, he also knows what is right not only as an officer of the court but also as a man of God. Everyone I have ever spoken to regarding Mr. Kloosterman, including other lawyers, judges, and state representatives, all have said nothing but the highest regard and respect for Mr. Kloosterman. He is very diligent and respectful to all. In our cases, he was very thorough, doing legal research citing the law to opposing counsel and the judges. He advised us of our options and potential outcomes in both cases and allowed us to make very informed decisions regarding our cases as we moved forward.
I have and will always continue to highly recommend Mr. Kloosterman as he genuinely cares for his clients, is an excellent lawyer, and, more importantly, a fantastic man. He has always made himself available to us after hours and even weekends! Mr. Kloosterman has taken calls from me well after midnight in emergencies and talked to me after hours for extended periods of time. Kloosterman helped me to have visitation with my only son while a scumbag named Todd tried to delay it for two years so I couldn't even see him ever, Dylan is very happy and doing well despite Todd. Dylans whole life has turned around for the better, me and his mother are getting along and would like to pursue damages against Todd and his little law firm. I'm hoping that Stephen Todd will be disbarred and dismissed for unethical behavior as I had to blackmail him into showing up to mediation because I had photo and video evidence that he was intentionally delaying meditations for over 4 months. Todd not only disrespected the courts but he also violated his oath, please someone report him and have him removed as an attorney.

During my long exstensive divorce...I found my circumstances were much more severe than expected. I reached out to a retired Knox Co. judge informing him my current dissatisfaction with the enigma of my case and previous attorney (NOT Luke) and the outcome of our future. The judge encouraged and edified Luke Shipley as the best and most qualified to get me the outcome that I needed for the protection and safety of my daughter and I. I hired Luke who at the time was with another law firm. I quickly noticed he was doing far more exstensive research, work, and digging then what was recorded on the law firms invoices. The complexity of my case was heart breaking and confusing. The paper trail alone was enough to cause high anxiety but not for Luke. Luke was fluid in his knowledge and expertise of the law able to stay ahead of the opponent. He brought in his powerful wife who was able to shed light on the criminal aspect of the case. I was beyond thankful when Luke and Megan began their own practice. Mrs. Bristol and her staff are excellent listeners. Our family has struggled with obtaining an appropriate and adequate placement in public education for several years, to no avail. Mrs. Bristol was immediately able to have testing done at the school level, took charge in changing the way certain IEP goals were measured, and has been exceptional/versed in supporting our child's rights in special education. I was told to call your office for help with dirty cops and criminal defense help. I called and left a message with a fellow that seemed interested in helping me. He said he couldn't make an appointment for me because that is the secretary's job and he would leave a message. NO ONE CALLED BACK OR RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. I just now called to get ahold of your secretary and she flat out stated that "you don't handle cases like mine, you only do family law... " Really? According to your website you do handle cases like mine. Your receptionist is a rude piece of work and I was referred to your office from another lawyer. Just thought you should know what your receptionist is doing, dictating what Jon's you and don't do. I was really depending on your help and I get pushed away from an employee that's NOT A LAWYER. I am disabled and Alex Brinson was assigned to me for divorce on a 30 year marriage from a husband that was controlling and abusive. When Alex told me he was dropping me because couldn't get husband served (even though husband in military) I didn't know what to do so I tried to find him myself (with backup assistance of course). When Alex found out he was extremely rude and told me I didn't act like an abused spouse and was a stalker. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional this attorney was to me. He has no idea what I have been through and how controlling my husband was. I just want a divorce!!! Alex has no clue about military divorces nor what all was required when filing paperwork with the court. Don't expect him to go above and beyond for you or be professional. I don't even know why he works through legal aide if he doesn't plan on providing appropriate services. With his limited knowledge on divorce and rude demeanor I would never recommend him to anyone!

This is the rudest most uncaring person I have ever met. He’s had my sister SS disability case for over 3 1/2 years. They missed SS deadlines and she’s paying the price. She loses health care in December. I tried to get an update on her case (with her permission) this attorney was angry that she had someone helping her. He refused to give any information even after my sister gave her approval to them. His front desk Sara was not professional she’s only been there 6 months. My sister has epilepsy, tremors, heart issues and more. She can’t work and trusted this attorney my recommendation is don’t trust this attorney.

My experience working with Christopher after my accident has been nothing but incredible. He and his paralegal Ally have been very quick to respond to all of my emails and calls in a timely fashion over the last 2 years I have been working with him.

She convinced my husband to divorce me out of nowhere and divorce is already stressful and hard enough but then has been advising him to use the worst dirty tricks in the book to further damage me emotionally. This woman has ruined a beautiful marriage and relationship that could have been salvaged as well as slandered both of our names and reputations through her poor use of rude strategies.

The worst lawyer and advice ever recieved I wasn't even working with her when she still continued to bill me. She had told me a number of times my retainer had ran out and she couldn't advice me anymore and then I recieved this bill that she's trying to put through to collections.
Also she will side with the other side. My baby daddy wasn't even showing up for court the easiest case ever he wasn't even involved in the childrens lives and I wanted passports and protection and needed proof of him NOT being an active father.
She did absolutely nothing and I have her $6K she's taking me to collections for $127. U guys think about how petty of a lawyer and hungry she is.

the front office lady I spoke to was WONDERFUL and helped me so much.
BUT Jennifer was awful. I waited 2 hours 3 different times to speak with her and she never called. She finally did call and the 30 minute phone call was only 11 minutes because she didn't know anything about getting custody and had to talk to one of her other supervisors. I was needing help, I was desperate and she did not have the urge to do anything she had told me. She was EXTREMELY rude on the phone call and it was unacceptable. I then days later after waiting got told that she couldn't help me and recommended me to just do it on my own. I do NOT recommend this law firm or better yet Jennifer. She was not good at all.

After meeting with a non attorney fit the consultation that cost $250, I had several questions that the paralegal presume said they were questions for the attorney. So I paid $250 for someone that couldn't answer my questions. I then emailed & called to proceed that would have been $2500 additional. After 2 weeks of asking to speak with an attorney prior to me paying the $2500, I decided to pass. After losing my mother unexpectedly and taking on her car note & mortgage, I need to actually speak to someone who can answer my questions. I've paid the $250, was ready to proceed, and I needed someone to reassure me (who was an actual attorney) that they were as passionate about this matter as I am. Unfortunately, I couldn't even speak with the attorney and pretty much threw $250 away to meet and office full of 20 sonething year olds while I don't even think the attorneys were in the office to begin with. After constant request to speak why attorney, I decided to pass. Nice racket hitting people up $250 a pop to speak to someone who can't answer my questions nor has a law degree.

Sarah was a tremendous person to hire as an attorney to help guide me through the dissolution of a near 15 year marriage with multiple children.
