This has been my first experience meeting with a lawyer. Surprisingly, my meeting with Jason went so well. It was very informative and educational. After listening to my situation patiently, he advised me on what steps I need to take to protect my children and myself in my pending divorce case.
Jason believes in being there for his clients when they need him. If he is occupied for a period during the business day he returns phone calls and e-mails as quickly as possible, the same business day, using the technology he has in place to stay in touch.
I believe Jason listens to his clients and really understands what the client wants and needs, and works within that framework. Jason works to ensure that the scope of his legal work stays consistent with the client’s expectations. He also realizes that many of a lawyer’s future clients come from existing clients, and he seeks to make his clients so satisfied with his services that they are eager to send their friends and family to him

I went to him concerning a custody issue after I was pretty much told by another lawyer that my children's emotional feelings were irrelavent & I had no argument as long as they were not coming home bruised or physically broken. He took the time to talk with my children. He fought for my children's rights & he is - in my book - a child advocate. He was very informative & great with the kids. He made a scary situation not so scarey. I trusted him with my children and they are getting the help they need. He made the law work for the little people.

The divorce process has been a new and stressful experience for me, as it also involves my children. I did my due diligence, as a first time candidate, and interviewed 3-4 attorneys to familiarize myself with the process, understand the expectations and see which attorney best met my expectations on knowledge, partnership and engagement. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone for an adoption case. She was so calm and friendly and her guidance was just what we needed. My husband and I had a blow- out fight and I left to a hotel. I wanted to clear my head. I woke up the next day to a call from Robert (Brandon) telling me my husband wanted an agreed divorce. I told him I just wanted to think things through and he insisted I had hired an attorney whose name will not be provided for privacy reasons. Unfortunately, he had faulty information since I had contacted that attorney but money had never exchanged hands. I was obviously very upset as I love my husband very much but Robert (Brandon) wanted my money and his voice perked up when I explained that I had never hired a lawyer to end my marriage. He explained that if I had not hired [previously discussed attorney] Robert (Brandon) could definitely take my case. This is not common practice for attorneys so I'm assuming times have gotten rough during and after the pandemic. I felt it a little tacky and proceeded to tell him that if he was, in fact, wanting to assist my husband in proceeding an agreed divorce I was going to go for the juggular: my engagement ring with my deceased MIL diamond, the "extra" red Ryder bb gun and all the other sentimental items AKA I was going to make sure this wouldn't be an easy divorce to agree to anyways. My husband and I worked it out and have become closer but to all other couples, please tread lightly as he's not one to try to protect a marriage at all. He'll even attempt to hire your spouse if the price is right. And to think my husband worked for them and Robert (Brandon) simply confirmed that with nary a positive word. My husband is now a lawyer in his own right. But either way, love does indeed always win!

This was hands down the best experience i have had with an attorney in my lifetime which unfortunately is pretty long. I retained him for a criminal case involving one of family members and he made every effort to get us in quickly, outlined all our options and moved very quickly to get into court and get the case in motion. While the case was being adjudicated Brandon and his rock star assistant Alla would always take our calls, respond to emails and arrange meetings when needed without hesitation. I then needed Brandon for an emergency child custody issued and subsequent divorce case in my family. We were in the office reviewing all options the very next day which was extremely important for my stress levels!! We spent even more time on this case and every issue, of which there were many was handled quickly, methodically, compassionately by both Brandon and his great assistant. We were able to protect the child right away and Brandon got everything we wanted/needed. I really can not thank them enough and i have and still do refer them to anyone needing any legal advice.

I hired Thomas to help clear my name and get rights to my children. His rates are very reasonable. It's hard for a father to get rights / custody. I've had a lot of trials and tribulations throughout this case but he literally held me up! He is very professional. He explained everything very clearly step by step. When I needed him he was their and prepared. The case was very stressful but he made it as painless as possible. No matter how much stress this case was he never gave up on me. I have to say he really goes above and beyond. If he is ever unsure of anything (which is rare) he does his research and gets answers. I would very highly recommend hiring him. He will get the job done. He has pulled off alot of miracles. I have several pieces of advice... First, and foremost, don't get an exwife. Second - get a prenup. Third, if you didn't take my advice on the first two (I didn't) & find yourself searching for an atty - reading this trying to determine who to choose - get Andrea (I did). She can't fix your stupidity (or the consequences that follow) but is excellent in taking your case / situation & getting the best possible outcome "given the circumstances..." I say "given the circumstances" STRONGLY because there's only so much any one person can do given the circumstances, legal precedent, judge, etc...
I can't imagine a higher level of service or a more knowledgeable attorney who serves their client better than she did with me. Billing is reasonable, fair, honest, & upfront. I hired Andrea for her advice & guidance - not for me to tell her what to do - which is a different approach than some people take. Use her wisely, & you'll be thankful you did...
I won't be getting a divorce again (you can't get a divorce if you don't get married :) ), but will 100% recommend her to anyone needing her help!
