I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.

**Stay away from this firm!!**

I'm embarrassed to have to say that I was almost duped by this attorney into representing me, but she did get a ton of money from me.
I was with them throughout a retainer and a half and 8 months later for a childless, asset-less divorce. I left their firm with next to no work done that I didn't do the majority of on my own and only the initial petition having been filed and paid a retainer and a half.
I tried to professionally converse with Elizabeth about fees and time frames during the case, and she suddenly withdrew her representation, without any discussion, through an email where she neglected to take any responsibility for her office's inactivity during my duration under their counsel. Even through the inactivity on my case, the fees kept rolling in for reading emails multiple times as well as multiple people reading the same email multiple times. Elizabeth also charged me to tell the court she wasn't going to be in office, and charged me for the people to prepare and file that same copy paste document with changed dates.
I was nickel and dimed, that's all I can say.
I will say that with as easily as she gave in after an email requesting clarification about charges and how I felt that my case was being put on the back burner, I'm glad to see she won't be representing me in court now, as she would likely give up as easily in court as she seemed to wither and run away after just one email.
Steer clear of Elizabeth Christy and find better representation elsewhere, you'll thank yourself.

After my first attorney pushed me to file an ill advised motion that he lost, I was so lucky to find Mr Wagner through a friend’s referral. Mr Wagner was patient with my many detailed questions, was prompt to respond to my Emails, and advised me as to how to avoid prolonging the divorce process. He composed compelling letters to opposing counsel. He works alone with just one paralegal who is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Mr. Wagner would often reply same day to my weekend inquiries and even converse with me via Zoom or WhatsApp while he was on vacation! I can’t say enough good things about him.

Paid $3,500 for absolutely nothing accomplished! Lacked basic knowledge and failed to get it yet charged a fee for nothing but excuses. Charge for reading and sending every email, even though the staff were not well trained to explain important information. Cancelled twice at last minute and was always providing unencouraging depressing hopelessness. Finally dropped me for complaining. THIS IS THE TYPE OF ATTORNEY WE WERE ALL WARNED ABOUT! My experience with the paralegal, Alexis was excellent. I did not feel Sara was as prepared as she could have been for the first court hearing, but I was generally satisfied with her services. However the clincher for me was receiving a late notice mid-month on services that were rendered only the week prior. My case was finishing up and I was waiting another week (until the end of the month when invoices had previously been generaled) to pay my final bill. Robin Edwards again sent the invoice as a late notice and then had the audacity to accuse me of arguing. Robin was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately what had been a good experience turned sour.

Diane was professional and courteous, and quite expensive. But she is worth it. She helped me keep my cool through the divorce process. Explained everything in detail and made herself available for many phone calls, which a normal person would try to limit. 😆 My only regret was being Pro Se in the begging of my divorce and not hiring her sooner. I may not have “won” in court, but she did help me mediate instead of going through a potentially expensive trial, which would have irreparably damaged my business. Representation was pathetic at best. Ken is very hard to communicate with as he doesn't give you the total answer till after the fact. Does not listen very well to his client, nor did he believe in his client/me. Accounting practices leave very much to be desired, missed numerous entries/expenses and the math was horrible. Has a negative attitude about the Judges and failed to counter the Mediator on numerous questionable decisions. Nice guy, just not a fighter.
