The Team at the Vern McCray Law Firm were a great asset for us. We met with Roxana Manesh for a consult about a restraining order that was trying to keep us off our own property. The people were trying to claim my fathers property who has recently passed as there own and were using this to try to keep us away. After hiring her she went straight to work. It was great learning experience for us and we are glad that she was able to get the results we deserved quickly. She was professional, quick to respond to my many questions. We would recommend her to anyone.

Zero stars. I don't know what makes him decide to do his job with clients but he definitely didn't do it with my wife and I. He emailed saying he failed at representing us after doing nothing but taking my money, Waist of 3000$. If you don't want to do your job every day then don't do this kind of work because your actions affects can ruin lives.

She is a competent attorney, but she told me so many times that she would do something that she never did. It was very frustrating, especially with the amount of money I was paying her.
Examples are she would tell me she would get back to me within a couple days and she wouldn’t, she said she would look into many things for me which she never did.
When going through a divorce you need an attorney who will do the things they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do them.

Mrs Kraine has been my lawyer for 5 years now, through 4 cases. When I first met her she was very quick and to the point. I was not sure she had heard me but I trusted my friend who had told me that she was the best and that I wouldn't want to go up against her. Mrs Kraine has never failed to prove just how true that is. That fighting, direct, to the point spirit that you see when you meet her is 100 times stronger when she is in court fighting what she calls " the big bad wolf for you". My last case I was served a 600 page document with multiple accounts of the other party claiming contempt of court. The lawyers both asked for more time to go through the paperwork. Then the judge asked for an extension on the case to go through the 1000 pages that were at her desk by the time it got to her. It took a month and a half for it to go to court. I thought I was done for. The other party had one of top top law firms fighting for them. But Mrs Kraine and her team never gave up on me. They went through every single page multiple times and tuned many of their own words against them. She knows what to fight and what not to fight. In the end the judge found no contempt of court. As Mrs Kraine always does, she will call after a case and celebrate all the little victories in the case. It feels great to see her get so excited about winning a case. It is important to document everything, get her the information she needs quickly and stick with the same lawyer through all your cases. I have won every case with Mrs Kraine fighting for me. I am so glad I chose her from the very beginning not knowing I was going to have to go through so much.

Based on some reviews, I was hesitate to have a consultation with Ms. Krane. However, I glad I did and hired her to help me prepare documents in my case. I could not have prepared them on my own. Ms. Krane took the time to explain each and every documents and what it was for and why I had to respond to each document. She helped me prepare a response and get them filed with the court. While Ms. Krane does have a very direct approach, I found it provided me with what I could expect in my case and how the case would proceed. Ms. Krane is very honest in providing information to her client to help them in the best way possible.

I hired Dave. The representation was absent and lazy until there was easy money for him to make. Refused to use evidence, exhibits and witnesses that could have and should have slammed shut my case on an abusive and Narcissistic ex-wife. He talks a big game yet doesn't use the tools or evidence at his disposal to hammer it in.

David Kitchell was retained several years ago for a complex relocation case that spanned a lot of court activity, depositions, mediation, and arbitration sessions. David was prompt in his communication, did absolutely everything I expected and hoped for, and the outcome was in my favor. He is highly experienced and professionally firm in upholding our position. He has done an absolutely fantastic job at representing my point of view and that of my family. This case had a lot of curveballs but none posed a problem for David.
It was bitter-sweet asking Mr. Kitchell to withdraw as it has been a pleasure working with him (And his paralegal, Kim). Kim is an amazing paralegal that kept me up to date on everything, was prompt in getting things filed, copies issued, and when David was out for trials or otherwise unavailable, coordinated with partners to get prompt responses.
Not only do I highly recommend David, I have already referred a couple friends his way with custody matters. My only regret is that I hadn't hired him sooner, and instead went through several "high power" firms before landing on David.

Valerie and Renee were both very focused on helping me work through my divorce. My experience before Valerie with 2 other divorce attorney's was horrible to say the least. Ezra helped us with a malpractice-type suit. In hearings as well as in our conversations, he never once said or suggested anything other than providing a completely honest report. Often in these cases things resolve to he said, she said, but Ezra was able to provide definitive evidence bolstering our case leading to the win. His MO is every situation was to uphold the truth regardless of whether or not it may have detracted from our case, which resulted in establishing our credibility and accuracy regarding the issue at hand. He also repeatedly gave us emotional support to continue forward with the trial even when we pushed to just be done with it all. Though there was obvious incentive for him, I knew that wasn't what was driving him to keep the case up. He saw an injustice and felt compelled to help us do something about it, though never in a pushy or off-putting way. So in summary, he's an honest, genuine and just lawyer.

I got an email stating that I needed to add money to my trust and soon after, while working to come up with the funds, received an email notifying me that she was withdrawing from my case. I had come up with the money and processed payment immediately. She refused to take my calls and there was no changing her mind via email. Worst law firm in the country not just the state. Convinced me to accept a deal (for significantly less than they had originally advised I settle for and well below their “do not accept less than” prep talk) in mediation assuring me I would not be billed further and opposing attorney would handle all closing paperwork. Hen billed me again saying he didn’t do it right, then when I objected and reminded them of what was said, they doubled the bill and sent it again. ANYONE BUT THIS LAW FIRM, I was warned about them but unfortunately was too far in to back out and hire someone else. Any time I confronted them about anything they just threaten to withdraw and keep your money.
