I don't even know where to start if there is more than 5 stars I would give it. If you want an attorney to present you and when they walk to the court room everyone chocks on air look no further because Faye means business and she knows what is she doing. Faye is really rare gem who truly cares about her clients and believe in their case. Because of her I have fully solo decision making for my son educational and Medical. I mean Faye is Vice President, Clark County Bar Association, you cannot buy this position you can only earn it with an excellent work. Faye is such an amazing attorney who you would hire and sit and relax and have 0 worries. She goes above and beyond with her clients and she always make sure you leave her office with clear picture and understanding everything. I used to have old attorney who only cared about money and she won't even show up to the case she send her paralegal. But with Faye omg less than a year when she stepped in my divorce case got resolved and she I got everything I asked for and my divorce been going on for 3+ years and it's super messy.
I can't thank her enough.

I would highly recommend this lawyer to the opposing party. She's really good at screwing everything up! She won't let anyone know about missing court dates, rack up the bill with her personal problems, and even accidently send confidential documents! But don't worry, she won't actually show up to anything - only her colleagues will! I'd rather a hamster represent me, so please recommend her to your worst enemies!

Natalie took over our case from another lawyer in her firm who retired. It was a scary scenario for us, but Natalie jumped in like she’d been there the whole time. Our case file was over 1000 pages and very very complicated. She communicated clearly and LISTENED to our concerns to advocate for the best possible outcome. Even after our complicated custody case was finalized, it was followed by a relocation which Natalie navigated intelligently to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted move despite a very difficult ex attempting to use any excuse to delay the inevitable. Natalie really handled our case with care and we are very appreciative of her attentiveness and understanding. It was a very overwhelming case, but she jumped in head first and helped us swim to shore. I recommend Natalie to anyone who is navigating a tough divorce/custody/relocation situation.

I am writing to express my sincere disappointment and concern regarding the legal services I received from Daniel.
I engaged his services with the expectation of receiving professional and competent representation in my case. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory for the following reasons:
Lack of Communication: Throughout the course of our engagement, there was a noticeable lack of effective and timely communication. Vital information was often overlooked or not relayed promptly, leading to unnecessary misunderstandings and confusion.
Inadequate Preparation: It was evident that there was a lack of thoroughness and diligence in the preparation of my case. Critical details were overlooked, resulting in a subpar presentation of my case.
Missed Deadlines: There were multiple instances where critical deadlines were not met, causing delays and jeopardizing the effectiveness of your profecionalism. As a resalt my hearing was faild because of that.
Failure to Fulfill Promises: Promises and assurances made regarding the handling and outcome of my case were not fulfilled.
Lack of Advocacy: I felt that there was a lack of assertiveness and advocacy on my behalf.
It is with regret that I feel compelled to share this feedback. As a client, I believe it is crucial to highlight areas where improvement is needed. I sincerely hope that this feedback will help other people from the mistakes that I made by asking you about legal help.
While I may not have achieved the desired outcome in my case, I hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, and steps will be taken to improve the quality of service provided to future clients.

Hillary was transferred onto my divorce case 6 months in, and we were quickly able to build a trusted relationship that allowed me to feel safe, seen, and heard. My feelings were validated through the entire process and she held space for me as best as she could.

Nathan is a very competent and hard working attorney. My case was, as he labeled it, "death by a million papercuts". What is meant by this is that it wasn't a clear cut, slam dunk case with huge, glaring issues such as drug use, criminal activity or domestic abuse. It was a case with a million tiny issues that made up a larger coparenting issue which made joint custody toxic for the children and both parents, warranting a modification in custody.
I imagine such a case is much more challenging for an attorney strategically. I certainly made personal mistakes along the way that likely complicated things for him, but he remained patient.
I know I wasn't an easy client to deal with but Nathan was a calm presence, always patient and stayed the course.
Nathan can take time to build a case, through involving third parties such as custody evaluators, therapists, forensic psychologists... etc.
I would not expect any custody modification situation to be quick and easy, especially cases like mine where there is nothing slam dunk about it.
I met a lady from my kids school who grew impatient with the length of time it was taking to build her case against her ex husband, left Nathan, retained another attorney, who worked faster to get her to trial, but she actually experienced set backs that were detrimental to her case. She expressed multiple times to me that one of her biggest regrets in life was not being patient with Nathan and substituting counsel.
For this reason, I am proud of Nathan. He is thorough and thinks and plans ahead, even if it does take a little longer.
I did win my case with Nathan's help. Modifying a joint custody parenting plan is extremely difficult. I don't want to give anyone false hope but I can say that you are in competent hands with Nathan on your team.
I would recommend Nathan to anyone but my ex husband.

Nathan made friends with my ex and was joking with him outside the court room when I came out of the bathroom. Nathan often yelled at me and caused me a lot of emotional distress. He said that he had included exhibits that he had not to the detriment of my case. He said that I did not have information in writing when it was clearly attached to the email. I told him to please read the attachment and he continued to state that I did not have the information in writing. These are a few of the many issues I had with Nathan. If you are emotional about your case at all then he will treat you badly and make it worse.

I was so fortunate a friend recommended I hire Paul for my recent divorce. Paul was everything I needed. He was calm, considerate, listened to me, took the time to discuss my options, very responsive when I contacted him and professional in every interaction. I greatly appreciated that throughout the proceedings he was thorough in all his paperwork and very timely in all the court filings. Paul was always prepared for every meeting or deadline. I was so impressed with Paul, I subsequently used him for the estate planning for myself and then my mother. I would highly recommend Paul as an attorney, he's one of the best attorneys I've worked with.

This a 5 star review, I would give 10 stars if they'd let me.
My custody case was very complex. I spoke to many Washington lawyers only to be told by all of them that this is a losing battle. I was told that I would spend a lot of time and money and still lose. I hired an attorney, in Oregon where I live, to work on my custody case in Washington. They did nothing, I hired a second Oregon attorney who was helpful, they found Mr Battan, discussed options and advised me to work directly with him. I was apprehensive at first as Paul had told me that my case was not only possible, but that he felt he could get it done fairly quickly and easily. This was in contrast to what previous attorneys had said. He cited the cases that were similar, explaining why he felt a judge would rule in my favor. I decided to move forward with Paul Battan and his approach with this matter, about a month later I was awarded temporary custody, another few months and it was finalized. Paul was confident, reassuring, and was always 10 steps ahead of the other party. My only regret is that I didn't find Paul first..... about 6 months and numerous consultations were wasted on other less experienced attorneys. Don't make my mistake, you "better call Paul"!

I had an unusual case where my spouse was Canadian but we had never resided together in either Washington or Canada during our marriage (we had been overseas). I have a paralegal degree and needed an attorney who understood the complications of being a grandparent and who sided with the ex-son-in-law against my daughter. Maggie handled the case with extreme professionalism and achieved the desired outcome of a very difficult time and situation. Ex-son-in-law was able to solidify his situation and prevent his daughter and our granddaughter from further mental abuse caused by my daughter and her recent boyfriend. Been around attorney's for a good share of my life and have to say Maggie was within the top one or two that was fully competent, understood the facts and dilemma that we faced and was able to achieve our desired goals. I divorced 8 years ago, but have been fighting in court for custody of my youngest daughter for the past 3 years. Convinced me to accept a deal (for significantly less than they had originally advised I settle for and well below their “do not accept less than” prep talk) in mediation assuring me I would not be billed further and opposing attorney would handle all closing paperwork. Hen billed me again saying he didn’t do it right, then when I objected and reminded them of what was said, they doubled the bill and sent it again. ANYONE BUT THIS LAW FIRM, I was warned about them but unfortunately was too far in to back out and hire someone else. Any time I confronted them about anything they just threaten to withdraw and keep your money.

"We are extremely disappointed with the services we received from M' at Genesis. Despite having solid evidence to support our case, she advised us not to present it to the court, resulting in a prolonged and frustrating legal battle. After putting down a small retainer, M' quickly exhausted it on a single motion, followed by a bill that exceeded $800. Despite our attempts to communicate our dissatisfaction, Genesis never responded, and M' never offered an apology.
We eventually decided to represent ourselves and, contrary to her repeated warnings, successfully won full custody. The very evidence she advised us not to use was pivotal in our victory. Our experience with her was marked by condescension and a lack of attention to crucial details about our case and children. It became clear that her focus was more on financial gain than on genuinely assisting us.
I strongly advise anyone considering working with an LLT to think twice and shop around before choosing M' or Genesis. Our three-year ordeal could have been avoided with better guidance. There are many resources available, from free consultations to online legal advice, that can help you navigate the system without falling victim to costly and ineffective representation.
While M' may initially come across as competent and trustworthy, our experience suggests otherwise. We were left feeling disrespected, misled, and financially drained. I would not recommend her or Genesis to anyone seeking fair and effective legal support."

If you are in the unfortunate situation where you are in need of a family law attorney, Genesis Law is the way to go. I have never needed an attorney before, so frankly, I didn't know what to look for when I needed one. Genesis has a reputation for honesty, even ending things with clients if they find out they have been lying. My experience with Sean Moore at Genesis lived up to that reputation.
My case was a pretty complex and contested divorce (involving military benefits, four small children, a Guardian ad litem and a psychological evaluation). There were many hearings, an attempt at mediation and we eventually ended up in a 4 day long trial.
There were many delays and difficulties in this case, and Sean Moore competently dealt with all of it. The opposing side had severe, untreated mental health issues which made it difficult to anticipate what bizarre talking point would be brought up in a hearing and in trial. Sean Moore was both strategic and flexible in trial as needed in this situation.
I guess it is probably in poor taste to say someone "won" or "lost" in a divorce trial, so i'll just say that my children are now safe, i'm getting some compensation, and the other side's time with the children is severely limited until they receive and maintain mental health treatment. Thanks to Sean Moore, everything that should have rightfully happened in this case is now in effect.

I hired Jared Hays. I was told all the stuff Jared was going to do for me. $9000,00 dollars later and asking for more money. I realized were it was going so I fired Jared and found a person to help with court papers for far far far less money. If I had stayed with him I would have paid him $30,000 to $40.000 for my divorce.
On top of all this I heard thru the grape vine Jared was going thru his own divorce at the time he was representing me, if Jared had informed me he was going thru is own divorce I would not of hired him.
If you have to go the route of an attorney I would NOT recommend these guys.

Miranda, Jonathan, and Noel are all amazing legal representatives and work as a team not only together, but with you as a client. We were at their mercy from across the country fighting for our rights and what is best for our family. Miranda took on our case within a 2 day notice, fought for us and with us until present day! Our only regret is that we can’t use her in TN, after her successful win for us. We had two other lawyers thru the yrs before this and felt unheard, often neglected, and over charged. Court is expensive no matter what… but with Baner and Baner we never regretted the fees due to the fight they fought, attention they paid, the outstanding service that went beyond the court room to even sharing tears thru the process. They are known as angels in our household who watched over us and still do to this day. We could be honest, even very blunt…and every word was heard. We were able to fight the best fight we could but maintain as much dignity throughout the process as one could have in a very difficult situation. I retained Mr. Shane to represent me to amend the parenting plan with my daughter's mother. I could go into all the piddly details but instead I will tell you that Mr. Shane is very good at what he does! He replies promptly to email, he returns phone calls. Yes, these are things that I would expect from an attorney but he definitely follows through. He explains why some things should be done a certain way. If you have an idea about something but he doesn't think it will help or improve your case, he doesn't just say no. Instead, he takes the time to explain why and ultimately, it's the clients' decision. We were able to get the parenting plan updated to satisfy what is in the best interest of my daughter. I would also comment that Jazmyn, Mr. Shane's paralegal, is excellent too. She took all of my calls and was able to put my mind at ease, which was often.

I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.

I have never needed an attorney before, so frankly, I didn't know what to look for when I needed one. Genesis has a reputation for honesty, even ending things with clients if they find out they have been lying. My experience with Sean Moore at Genesis lived up to that reputation.
My case was a pretty complex and contested divorce (involving military benefits, four small children, a Guardian ad litem and a psychological evaluation). There were many hearings, an attempt at mediation and we eventually ended up in a 4 day long trial.
There were many delays and difficulties in this case, and Sean Moore competently dealt with all of it. The opposing side had severe, untreated mental health issues which made it difficult to anticipate what bizarre talking point would be brought up in a hearing and in trial.
