TLDR: they are great but be patient!
I had an accident last July and I was stressing because it was my first accident ever. I had no idea what to do next, so my chiropractor (additional shout out to Core!) had recommended Jeremiah & Kevin to me and I am so grateful!
The entire process was explained to me and they were patient with me as I decided whether or not to be represented for the accident. Whenever I had questions, they were available to answer them. I will admit that I DID get a bit impatient as I was waiting, but I was reassured that they were working to get the best outcome for my case - even with me pestering constantly.

I was really happy with the work Bita did as my attorney. She was very responsive, answered calls and emails promptly, gave me great advice and helped me to navigate an extremely stressful episode in my life. She is fair minded and empathetic while working hard for her clients. She helped me to get the results that I hoped for in my divorce when I wasn't sure it would be possible. So, I have been fb friends or followed Mr Russell for a couple years now & knew when I was ready for bankruptcy he would be the first place I went. He offers a free consultation, & during mine he was so nice & straight forward, explaining everything to me in a way I could understand but did not make me feel dumb lol. I was nervous & left out a pretty big detail (the amount of my debt) & said it was wayyy less than it was (I actually only said the amount of one of my debts) & he told me it would cost more to pay him than for me to pay that debt, & I was like ok & said the total of all my debt, & he looks at me & laughs & was like wait, that's all your debt & not this? Well, that is a different story.. We both laughed at my blonde moment & I knew right there he was my kinda guy haha.. I retained him that day & we got to work, everyone in the office I had any interaction with was great! Shout out to Brandin, super cool & made me feel comfortable & welcome every time I came in. Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing.
After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group.
My first contact with Puget Law Group was in August of last year, 2023. All documentation, etc. was done by early December, treatment was completed in October and I was told they needed nothing more from me. That was nearly 9 months ago. Unbelievable at best considering nothing about this situation changed and to be given the most generic excuse is inexcusable.

After consulting with a handful of other defense attorneys about my case, I decided to call Jeremy Burke. I wish I had called Mr. Burke first because he made all of my worries vanish within minutes and pointed out issues that I couldn't see, even with my training and experience. I’m a criminal defense lawyer with 45 years of experience, so when it came to my own difficult, complicated divorce, I knew I needed the best lawyer possible. My first lawyer was, at best, mediocre. Then, during a court zoom hearing a couple of months into my divorce, I watched and listened to Cynthia First representing another petitioner. Will Reingold was one of the attorneys who represented me in my divorce. Will’s overall attentiveness to the case and its myriad of deadlines demonstrated a high degree of detail-orientation that was incredibly reassuring during a very difficult period. It was a contentious case in which many motions were filed by both parties, which meant a lot of legal writing had to be done. Will’s writing was unfailingly crisp, concise (while still comprehensive), and persuasive. Through his writing I could tell how seriously he took my case, and how much he cared about the way his rhetoric would put me in a position to achieve a positive outcome. Additionally, the speed with which Will was able to produce incredibly well-written artifacts was equally impressive. If you are looking for someone to do excellent work for you, you will be hard pressed to find a better writer than Will.

I’m a criminal defense lawyer with 45 years of experience, so when it came to my own difficult, complicated divorce, I knew I needed the best lawyer possible. My first lawyer was, at best, mediocre. I retained Kalka for assistance in fighting a protection order filed against me during a divorce case. Kalka was extremely thorough in gathering only the facts in the case. Though frustrated that I was having to spend time supplying information to defend myself against false allegations, Kalka was adamant in supplying her with all the information she would need to be successful in her defense. During our court appearance, Kalka arrived confident and prepared. She did an outstanding job of presenting the situation, stating the facts and providing all documentation to back up the facts, resulting in the case being dismissed. Leigh represented me in my divorce against a VERY high conflict attorney. While I wasn’t able to get my ex-wife to agree to a Collaborative Divorce, that didn’t stop Leigh from using her skills to minimize UNNECESSARY conflict. But by no means does her style of practice mean that she simple advocates for her clients to rollover. After attempting to keep costs down by negotiating a settlement with my ex-wife’s attorney, she arranged for us to meet with an exceptionally skilled mediator to settle our case. I walked away with both a parenting plan and an asset division agreement that I was very happy with.
Had I not hired an attorney at all, I’d have unknowingly given away all of my parenting rights. And because of Leigh’s low conflict approach, I have a much better co-parenting relationship with my children‘s mother than I would otherwise.
I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Leigh is a pleasant woman, but I don't think she is a good lawyer. I hired her to represent me as part of a collaborative divorce. The result was a very unequal settlement, which I only came to appreciate after the divorce was finalized. I don't think Leigh has a great sense of how to value assets and she was not a strong advocate for my interests. Perhaps some of this is inherent in the collaborative divorce process, which seems to promote a settlement more than a fair settlement. If you elect to hire Leigh, I'd advise you to have someone else look over the divorce agreement before you sign it to make sure that you completely understand what concessions you are making and how the assets are being divided.
