September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

Glenn patiently explains the law and gives sound legal advice, while also considering the costs and ethically billing for his time. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Cassell from Twyford Law Office. As soon as I started working with Mark he made sure everything I needed to get my life back was his priority. He got my apartment back within the first couple of weeks of working with him when prior to that I was out of my apartment for several months. He was very approachable and answered all my questions easily. His whole team communicated perfectly to me and sent me copies of everything. They responded to my emails and questions fast. they always made me feel like they had my back.

I first came across Christine Gallagher when I started researching for the absolute best divorce attorney in town. Two different firms recommended her as the best. I'd have to say that they were right. Christine is articulate, intelligent, conducts herself with integrity, but most of all, she is a warrior at heart. She won a case for me that was far from being cut and dried. I feel like she really went over and above for us, and will always be appreciative of the supreme effort she put into this. Worth every penny of the money spent!
On a side note, I retained Christine ten years ago as well to represent me through a divorce that ended up being reconciled. (Should have followed through, all I did was prolong the inevitable as it turned out). Anyway, at the time of reconciliation, she returned a large sum of the retainer money to me. That was unexpected at the time, I thought we had likely burned through all of it by that point, and I never would have questioned it if she hadn't contacted me to return the remainder. That type of integrity is rare these days!
If you find yourself in this terrible situation of needing a family law attorney, I do not believe that anyone better is out there, for any sum on money. She is awesome.

Molly represented me in a relocation case about 8 years ago. It is not easy to win a relocation case as the non-custodial parent, but thanks to Molly's incredible talent and skill, she won my case and my son and I get to continue to spend meaningful amounts of time together on a regular basis. As she built my case leading up to trial, Molly would identify issues that had real bearing on the best interests of my son and would then build a case by coaching me through the process of developing the facts related to these issues. I use the term "coaching" very intentionally, as Molly really helped to ground me on what were reasonable requests and expectations as a co-parent with my son and encouraged me to engage with my son's mother on the relevant issues despite the inevitable conflict that would ensue. Then, when the trial started, Molly's experience as a litigation attorney on complex corporate cases really showed through. Molly was absolutely brilliant as she clearly articulated our case on each relevant issue. If you are dealing with a fairly straightforward family law issue, you would benefit from working with Molly. If you are dealing with a difficult or complex family law issue (e.g. high conflict co-parent or an issue that could go to trial), it is hard for me to imagine that you could find better representation than Molly.

I worked with Terry during a seemingly impossible divorce and custody case. My ex was impossible to work with, missed required court dates, threatened her and her staff frequently, refused to be cooperative or even decent and ultimately made a tough situation near impossible. Terry worked on this case for 8 months, provided both legal advise and emotional support and ended up getting me full custody of daughter. She dealt with my ex- a malignant narcissist with professionalism and was able to see through his scary façade. She understands the law and fights for what is right. I would have been lost without Terry.

As a working father going up against a stay-at-home mom who wanted sole custody, a difficult attorney representing my ex, and a bad GAL report, things looked hopeless. Terry gave me options and hope when I was ready to give up, dealt with a very difficult opposing counsel, and argued a fantastic case. At closing arguments, it was clear how emotionally and professionally invested she was in my case. After trial, I was satisfied that, win or lose, we did our best. And we won!
I cannot recommend Terry highly enough, especially for professional working fathers who are fighting an uphill battle to keep involved in their kids' lives. She's the best!

I spoke to Terry regarding my legal matter, she was attentive and showed great compassion and empathy during our brief phone call. Look no further. If you can get her, hire her immediately! Jamie Walker was my second attorney in a complicated divorce/annulment case. After wasting money on an attorney initially, I didn't intend to hire Jamie, only consult her, because I didn't think I could afford her. She impressed me so much with her knowledge, even keeled and pragmatic approach, that I knew I had to hire her no matter the cost. She went right to work, immediately springing into action filing motions and advocating for me. She went above and beyond my expectations. Not once did she waste my time with back and forth emails that could have been quick phones calls. She only communicated and billed when necessary.
This was my first time ever needing an attorney and here is the lesson I learned: When you actually do need an attorney, you cannot afford to choose the "cheaper" option. It will cost you.
Jamie bills higher than most attorneys because she is by far the best, sharpest, most proactive, effective, organized, and brilliant attorney you will find. Her experience and working knowledge impressed me beyond belief. Without Jamie, I do not even want to think about the kind of settlement I would be paying. She has an impressive legal team surrounding her who are equally responsive, proactive, organized, and smart.

Jamie and her team are total experts with family law. I've dealt with a lot of family law attorneys over the past year and a half, so I have some perspective on this. Frankly, the majority I've worked with were incredibly unethical, super untrustworthy and just disinterested in actually following the law, but not Jamie and her team. I do not state this lightly.
She doesn't back down even under a lot of stress on tough cases, her fees were very reasonable, and she's unbiased. She's the real deal, and she works in nearby counties. Don't waste time hiring someone you will just need to fire after they mess up your case and cost you a bunch of money. Go for the real thing.
Also remember, you get what you pay for with family law attorneys. It's not cheap to hire the best. I feel that I got every dime of value from the money I spent hiring her.

Hillary did an amazing job for me. My ex and his lawyer were throwing every curveball imaginable to disrupt, disarm and cause harm to my fragile state of emotional and financial ruin of a left over marriage. Hillary took over after I had to fire my previous lawyer who ran up the bill by responding to every outrageous thing my ex and his lawyer could dream up. I was living in a nightmare and Hillary came to the rescue. She picked up the pieces quickly and supported me as best as she could. She did not overcharge and indeed helped me to save money by letting me know that we didn't have to respond to every little crisis the other team was dreaming up. In the end I was lucky to have walked away with some of things from my nineteen year marriage. I should have hired Hillary from the beginning. She is incredibly smart, thinks on her feet and is supportive of her clients. We had a hard time at court and Hillary admitted it but it was through no fault of her own. She worked wonders at having my best friend and mother dismissed as his witnesses on the stand and I am forever grateful to her that she fought for my right to return to school to continue an education so that I could support myself after 19 years as a stay at home parent. From what I know now my case was very hard and messy but Hillary championed me through it with ongoing optimism. Thank you Hillary. I don't even know where to start if there is more than 5 stars I would give it. If you want an attorney to present you and when they walk to the court room everyone chocks on air look no further because Faye means business and she knows what is she doing. Faye is really rare gem who truly cares about her clients and believe in their case. Because of her I have fully solo decision making for my son educational and Medical. I mean Faye is Vice President, Clark County Bar Association, you cannot buy this position you can only earn it with an excellent work. Faye is such an amazing attorney who you would hire and sit and relax and have 0 worries. She goes above and beyond with her clients and she always make sure you leave her office with clear picture and understanding everything. I used to have old attorney who only cared about money and she won't even show up to the case she send her paralegal. But with Faye omg less than a year when she stepped in my divorce case got resolved and she I got everything I asked for and my divorce been going on for 3+ years and it's super messy.

Don't let her age fool you, Laura knows her stuff. I had a difficult and very contentious case with my ex. My ex was attempting to restrict my visitation with my daughter. Laura was all over it, she completely destroyed my exes case and laid waste to her first lawyer pre-trail and her second lawyer during the trial. I went from possibly having my visitation restricted to gaining primary custody of my daughter after not seeing her for a year and a half.
I really can't say enough about Laura. My ex continues hiring new lawyer after new lawyer and Laura continues to send them packing!! I wouldn't dream of having anyone else in my corner. If you want someone that is going to fight tooth and nail for you and isn't going to BS you she's the one you need. If you choose anyone else and find yourself on the otherside of court against Laura...well good luck!

I interviewed a few attorneys before I came to Margaret. She was beyond professional when did not judge me in any way. I went through a very difficult time and she was there in every way I needed her to be. Margaret allowed me to explain to her exactly what I wanted and she took her time to listen and not stop me in any way. She took the time to learn how I communicated so she was able to communicate better with me. This was more than I needed to get through my divorce I got tired of my attorney I fired telling me that it would be best to just take the offer. I fought all the way through and in the long run I saved half the amount I would have spent in the 18 years I would have been paying my ex-wife. Thank you very much for everything.

I ONLY clicked on ONE lawyer, as time was of the essence when my spouse left me unexpectedly. Something I'd never drempt would happen! He'd cancelled any means he thought I'd have to stand up for my own rights. MARGARET BENDER and her very dedicated staff, DIANA and VANESSA, have all helped me survive down this very sad path we call Divorce! They allowed me to come in immediately. I had called on a Friday night, but they had no idea (nor did I) that I'd make it on a plane and be there that Monday morning! My whole life was being pulled from under me, I was confused, and, at the time so lost as to what was happening to me...Perhaps I'll post an update review when this is over. There is not enough I can say for all Melissa has done for me and my children. I hired Melissa after having 2 other local attorneys. I won’t mention their names, however I don’t feel with them they always had the best intentions of my children involved. From the start with my consultation, Melissa always had not only my protection legally /finamcially at the top, but the protection of my children first and foremost. I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.

During 2011-2013 John helped me with the process to change my Visa Status. The school I was enrolled in committed several mistakes leading the change of visa from a J1 to an F1 that eventually the Visa was denied and the case was cancelled in two different occasions. John finally took care of the process and later on had to intervened with the school to avoid having me paying the fees that the USCIS required in order to re-open my case. After waiting for a long time I did get my Visa. John charged me a fee that took in consideration my financial situation.

Honest, Reliable, and Efficient
I hired Kris to help me get full custody of my children. I was just about 1-year into a divorce which included a parenting plan requiring 50/50 custody with my ex and a child support order that had me paying each month. My ex had essentially abandoned the children and her obligation but I was stuck with the court orders, thus stuck with paying child support and not having any closure for the children. It was an incredibly stressful situation and Kris was on top of things from day 1. I could write a 10-page review about all that went on but I’ll summarize by saying he achieved the outcome I was looking for. Furthermore, he secured temporary orders, almost immediately after taking my case, which provided my family with a tremendous amount of relief during the rest of the court proceedings.
Prior to meeting with Kris I had talked with several other attorneys. I had a lot of legal experience having handled my own divorce pro se. I felt like most were just telling me what I wanted to hear and didn’t seem to care much about me. In a few cases I thought I would be better off representing myself. Kris was different. I hired him on the spot.
He listened, he understood, and he explained things very clearly. He does not provide false hope. He explains strategies clearly and allows you to control the level of risk/reward you are comfortable taking. In my case he delivered exactly what we had talked about in our very first meeting. I felt confident in Kris’s representation. That’s huge when you’re going through any type of stressful case. I never worried that “the other team” would somehow get one over on him. They never did.
There’s an office behind Kris and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention some of the other things that made my experience less stressful. Kris utilizes a paralegal to handle legal filings, documentation updates, and other activities around a legal case. Melody was assigned to my case and she was outstanding. Our filings were always on time or early, our responses were timely, and I never worried about missing a deadline or having anything fall through the cracks. Shay in the billing department was also very pleasant. Bills were clear and easy to understand. Bills arrive via email and so do receipts for payment. This made it simple to review, pay, and track my activity from my phone. The office itself is pleasant and peaceful and it feels very successful. I wouldn’t know if they have a voice mail system as my calls were always answered by a human and returned same day if Kris wasn’t available. Emails were also returned same day or early the next day if I sent one off in the late evening.
Kris will definitely be my attorney should I ever require legal assistance in the future. I’m certain he could “duke it out in court” but his demeanor and professionalism secured my outcome without having to go there. He’s always focused on securing the outcome and he works very well with opposing council to achieve it.

Kristofer Leavitt is the absolute best attorney. I'm so incredibly thankful and grateful that I found Kris and that he's my attorney. I'm a small business owner and was served with a civil litigation lawsuit from an ex client. The lawsuit was not justified whatsoever. I had never been sued before and didn't know where to begin. Some things that come to mind are that she would always encourage me kindly and professionally not to waste my time, effort, and money on a battle that I would not win. She is a competent attorney, but she told me so many times that she would do something that she never did. It was very frustrating, especially with the amount of money I was paying her.
Examples are she would tell me she would get back to me within a couple days and she wouldn’t, she said she would look into many things for me which she never did.
