I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. They sifted through enormous amounts of data and properly distinguished the most important elements of the case from those of lesser importance. The storyline of our situation was patiently woven together over the course of the trial and the jury was not lacking any important elements. He was never too busy to answer a call, email or text. He was factual rather than emotional. Our trial ended more quickly and favorably than we anticipated as a result of Mr. Scott’s professional and human excellence.

I chose Haleh's Law Office to represent me after reading glowing reviews about their services, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Initially, I was hopeful, especially after they took on my case, but as time passed, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and poor service.
For nearly two years, I received no updates, no phone calls, no emails—nothing. It felt as though my case was being completely ignored. Over the course of my case, I had at least five different case managers, each of whom seemed to forget to contact me at the correct phone number, despite me calling twice to update them with my information. On top of that, there were several scheduling issues. I was booked for appointments I had already attended, and once, they even scheduled an unnecessary appointment, waited 2 hours only for Haleh's office to tell me it had been canceled when I informed them i showed up and waited but the office never opened. This lack of communication and organization made it difficult to trust the team handling my case.
I tried reaching out to express my concerns, but my emails went unanswered. It felt like my case just wasn’t a priority for them. After five years of waiting, I finally received my settlement in the mail—but there was no follow-up from the office. No explanation, no acknowledgment, just a check in the envelope.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I honestly feel that my case wasn’t given the attention it deserved, and had I worked with a more responsive team, I might have secured a better settlement. While the initial reviews were promising, my personal experience was far from satisfactory.

Great job. Ash and his team are great. The timing was a bit off, meaning it took a little longer than expected. But Ash was pretty spot on about what he could get.
He also will answer his phone!! I shopped around for several attorneys, and he was the ONLY one who picked up and was willing to have a 5 min conversation with me. The 5 min conversation actually extended into 30 min. He was very informative of the process, options, and steps that needed to be taken and what the bottom line was gonna look like in the end.

I needed a trust attorney and after googling, Mr. Ingerson‘s name popped up with high reviews. I immediately called LA Estate Plan and Mr. Ingerson called me back promptly. Best free tip came from our sister — if you are involved in a situation where law enforcement has been called, it is an excellent idea to request the police report, body cam footage and police photos as soon as possible. We were so fortunate that we found Attorney Jeff Lewis to help us with our case.We received an easement request from a company to install an equipment in our residential property.We knew it would negatively impact the property value but our main reason was our fear for the equipment to be installed. The only outcome acceptable to our family if the easement could not be avoided was for the company to exercise Eminent Domain and pay for the whole property.We were so worried about how our lives would be upended if we lost our home.Our family lawyer advised us to seek an easement/land use attorney. Being new to California, Rudy was referred to me by a highly-respected Employment & Labor attorney from outside the Sacramento region. She said, "Rudy's your guy.

Sympathetic, friendly, analytical, and most importantly, effective. Highly effective. These are simply a few words I would use to describe Mr. Delson as my lawyer.
I had spent more years than I care to remember, giving everything I had to an employer I imagined staying with for the rest of my career. Then, in an instant, it was all gone. I was destroyed. Patrick and Samantha did a fantastic job of prioritizing and getting the best possible outcome for what became a long and arduous case mainly due to COVID. I consulted with Patrick in September of 2019 and he walked me through what my options were and how things would look like to get my matter handled.
While navigating the court and DMV systems, the pandemic hit and everything became a waiting game. Fast forward to 2022, wanting to get the matter settled and a very determined district attorney, we ended up in trial and Patrick and Samantha showed up prepared and optimistic, guiding me through everything.
In the end, we received the outcome we were hoping for.
Throughout the almost three years of us working on this case, they made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time.
