When I came to Elise, I was in a really stressful situation but also highly skeptical about my prospects.
Elise was very professional, honest, and empathic from the start. The initial consultation was very informative and helped me to better understand both my situation as well as my options.
As my situation continued to worsen, I decided to hire Elise. Hiring a lawyer is not an easy decision to make and can be quite a serious undertaking. Elise respected the weight of that decision and my situation. She did not pressure or rush me. She was straightforward with what I could potentially expect as far as consequences or repercussions and was careful not to inflate or exaggerate the potential positive outcomes.
She helped me navigate a difficult situation with my employer and provided specific action steps. Throughout the process, she was responsive to my questions, requests, and was even sensitive to my reservations.
While it was unfortunate that I had to hire legal representation, Elise provided the defense I needed against my employer who brought along their legal firm.

First, I want to thank Kareem Aref, and the Chudnovsky Law firm. I am happy with how my legal situation was concluded. Kareem helped me get out of a very meticulous case, one that involved a serious yet completely false allegation with no evidence. Since I had a lot on the line, and needed someone with a lot of experience like Kareem to make this go away, I hired Kareem on the spot after speaking with Tsion. When I was in a car accident last year, my sister referred me to Ellis & Ellis. They have been a great help to me and my family. I’d like to give my thanks and deepest gratitude to the best criminal defense specialist, Mr. Matthew Kaestner. My husband was facing 15 years for a robbery he didn’t commit. I had been renting a condo for a few years in San Francisco. When my landlord decided to sell, I was interested in buying the unit, and we reached out to Greg to help facilitate the for sale by owner sale.
Greg was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He was very clear and responsive in his communication and was able to answer any questions from either I or the seller. Greg's clear instructions and ability to reply quickly to our questions made this unusual (for-sale-by-owner, no real estate agents) sale process very simple for us. He served as a resource for both Buyer and Seller in our case because we both felt comfortable with sharing.
Greg asked all the right questions at the intake interview, and followed up with initial documentation even before his first downpayment invoice. This timing gave both Buyer and Seller a confidence that he had our interests at the forefront.

My wife suffered a traumatic incident in which a neighbor's pit bull dog killed our dog while she was on a walk and pushing our 1 year old in a stroller. We later came to learn that the pit bull dog had attacked another family that same day causing serious injuries. l had to ask a lawyer’s opinion in an emergency situation. I have called and left a message for 5 lawyers l found on the internet. The only person who called back was Bart Kaspero, - he talked to me twice on that first day and gave me advice immediately what l could do at that moment. In a couple of days he got back to me again and asked about the developments in my issue; and then gave me advice again. Mr Kaspero was very attentive and patient. Finally, we talked again couple of days later and Mr Kaspero gave me advice not to spend money on lawyers at this point n time. I was so very grateful to him and after all his work in the last week he actually did not ask for any payments. Hi there i just filed my case with your office with someone’s reference. But i have worst experience for all time at the first visit they goes very polite but once you pay them the fees at starting. They do not answer the call if they do then they speak very rudely and they pretend like they don’t know anything every time they just ask for money they doesn’t care about customer situation some of new guys who just filed there cases they get into stress because of there bad behavior. I call them so many times my friend also filed his case at this office he also have the worst experience ever. Long time ago they have good hype but now the attendants are just letting there market value down of Mr. S Ouya he have to look after all of his front desk guys but they are doing and how they are treating with everyone because they show there attitude to the new people who are just filing there applications

I had a difficult employment case that was turned down by others because they thought there wasn't enough money in it to be worth it to them.
Barbara understood the case and took it for the merits and with the idea of righting a wrong for me.
There wasn't a big financial payout in the end but I was given the closure that I needed and after apologizing to her, she assured me that was her end goal for the entire case.
