I was a part of a tenant’s association that needed to negotiate the sale of our apartment building, and Andrew was so effective at guiding us through the process. He was extremely responsive and transparent, and negotiated a contract that was more than satisfactory for all of the tenants in the association. We just received our final payment, and Andrew was the reason we were able to have a stress-free move out of our building. I would not think twice about recommending him to anyone in need of an attorney, and especially for anything involving DC tenant’s rights. Thank you Andrew!

I've worked with a number of attorneys and professional service firms but, Andrew Kirtley sits right at the top. He is very knowledgeable in the area of tenant representation and demonstrates a killer mindset for serving the client. I wish all of my interactions with attorneys were this good. Andrew did a great job understanding and giving guidance during the initial consultation. After I hired him, he quickly and efficiently worked with the other side to get a fair settlement. The whole way he was quick to respond to questions from me, thorough in explaining my rights and obligations, and helped me keep a level head. Recently, I got cheated by car dealer.
Eventhough, I had a no idea how to solve this kind of thing, I met car dealer serveral times in order to solve this problem. They said "No, We don't have any right for it" after then, I decided to ask someone who can handle it. After then, someone introduced me Steven and He sent some letters to them. Klein and Wilson exceeded all expectations in handling our legal malpractice case. Mark Wilson and Joe Miceli did an outstanding job reviewing all applicable case law. They were very accessible and their follow up was outstanding and prompt. They frankly ran circles around defenses council and were superstars in deposition. When deposed individuals tried to avoid or not answer vital questions they rephrased and pinned them down
They were also very helpful in developing sound strategies that enabled us to get a settlement above actual dammages without having to go to trial.

This is my first experience with really any attorney, K&K were recommended by a friend of a friend and I’m glad they were! They heard about my lemon Law case and said I have a solid case and should be able to get the help I was looking for. Greg restored my faith in the legal system and I would recommend him to anyone/everyone who's recently been in a car accident. I was in an unfortunate accident two weeks ago and was in shock when I called up my car insurance company and was immediately pushed into giving a recorded statement. I felt steamrolled by my insurance company (they are not your ally), especially since they immediately pronounced me 100% at-fault without any defense (and without even letting me know). I needed an expert coach to get me through the process and defend my rights. I started calling attorneys and after 15 calls of bureaucratic rejections I felt defeated. These large legal "corporations" would have a rep answer the phone, punch my info into a computer, and then say, "Sorry, but we don't cover minor accidents". I was literally about to give up (and cry), but then Attorney Hood picked up the phone.
