Tom Frost handled a very complicated case involving a breach of fiduciary duty and fraud worth millions of dollars. The complexity of this case against a family member involved transfering and reorganizing various trust assets by applying undue influence over an elderly co-trustee and various bad acts that involved complex financial dealings and corruption. Tom Frost and his team, primarily Craig Wendland, went up against two of the most prestigious and well-funded law firms to arrive at a settlement that provided a fair enough outcome given the power and money of my opposition. It was a very emotionally stressful and legally and financially complicated case. I felt his representation was extremely competent. He was always available, considerate of my values and very supportive throughout a two year process. I will absolutely use Tom and his team for any future matters that may come up.

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. I highly recommend Attorney Douglas if your car is a lemon. I drove a brand-new Tesla for a year and had to take it in for service six times due to screen issues.
I researched many lemon attorneys on Avvo and chose this firm because Douglas was the only attorney who explained legal terms in plainEnglish, making sure I understood everything. English is not my first language, and his patience and clarity made me confident I was in good hands. Douglas was kind and took the time to explain everything to me.
Douglas and his team kept me updated on each step and followed up regularly. Although I live in Northern California, working with him from a different city was no issue at all.

He and his staff are super nice and really pay attention to every detail, and they made this process so easy for me.
I leased a beautiful new 2022 RAM 1500 right off the showroom floor. But within just a few hundred miles I was already taking it in for repairs. I took it in 9 or 10 times in less than two years.
Thankfully, I have a lemon-law lawyer in the family, so I called Doug to see if I had a case. He had me gather every work order (pre-work) and invoice (post-repair) and email them to him. The service department didn’t have any problem emailing copies to me, either. THAT made everything so much easier, too.
I did have a case, and in a phone consultation, Doug walked me through the process. The whole process took about 6 months. And now I have a small chunk of change that I had not expected to have.

Left a message for Louis Goodman’s office and was able to schedule an in person consultation on the same day. I was being wrongfully accused and Louis was able to sort out my case; he personally called the DA’s office and was able to confirm the charges were dropped. This is the best possible outcome I can hope for out of a terrible situation.

Airbag and seatbelt restraint light
My name is Cameron and I had a BMW I three rex I just purchased the vehicle back in June 2020. A week after I bought the vehicle my seat belt restraint and airbag light came on. I am mediately took it two the BMW dealership where I purchased a vehicle they told me it was fixed after a few days and gave me my vehicle back roughly 2 weeks later the light appeared again. I took the vehicle back to the dealership where this time they kept my vehicle for just over a week. They returned my car where I drove it for approximately another week and the light came back on for a third time. At this point I was becoming very frustrated with the service that I was receiving from BMW because I just purchased this vehicle and I have two young children that ride in this vehicle with me and the car is indicating that there is something wrong with the seatbelts and the airbag.
I did some research on the Lemon Law through Google and that is where I found Brett Shainfeld, Esq. I called his number and spoke with them over the phone telling him a story about my car. I felt confident after our conversation that I had found the right person to help me with my lemon law case. All of the paperwork was done via email which was reassuring given all that has been happening with the pandemic in 2020. Brett explained to me the process of the Lemon law and immediately begin to work on my case. He was very forthright and always answered my calls or text keeping me informed at all times during the process. While Brett was working on my lemon law case I had to take my vehicle back to BMW for the same issue three more times.
In October Brett informed me that BMW of America excepted my lemon law case and would move forward with the buyback program. All I had to do in this whole process was provide Brett with the documents he requested from me. This made The process very easy and best of all I had no out-of-pocket fees as originally promised in our first conversation.

From the courteous receptionists to the professional lawyers, I received excellent service from everybody at Lemon Law Experts. I had a brand new manual 6-speed car that had mechanical issues within the first month of purchase. I took the car to dealer I purchased it at for repair. The dealers service department manager verified the problem and had no solution. He then raised the issue to the car's manufacturer. After multiple trips back to the dealer at the request of the manufacturer the problem was never resolved but they sent me on my way with a defective vehicle. So I contacted the Lemon Law Experts and with the hard work of the lawyers I received more than just the buy-back amount and the outcome was better than I expected and I couldn't be more happy with their work, professionalism and expertise. I definitely recommend Lemon Law Experts to all my family and friends who think they're stuck with a lemon.

When I explained my situation to Mr Seyfi he asked me what I did? I told him I was a recording artist. He asked if I had any music available? The estate planning advice from Maria Jonsson was off-the-charts superb in every way. There were significant complications in previous estate documents (established by a different attorney) that Maria Jonsson detected right away and explained with calm clarity, while also enumerating (in language a layperson could easily grasp) the steps to be taken to set things right. In addition, the entire process was completed far more quickly than we could have anticipated. Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.
