I had spoken with several lemon law attorneys prior to retaining Norman Taylor and Associates. Other attorneys wanted to sit and wait for Ford Focus class action settlement to settle, then proceed with arbitration. Norman Taylor & Associates took the bull by the horn. They got right to it by sending a pre-litigation letter to Ford...things just moved forward from there without need to arbitrate. From start-to-finish, we were done in 90 days. Kudos to all members on staff. Very professional, honest, and communicative.

Guenard & Bozarth are the best! I have used them twice for 2 different accidents I was involved in over the past few years. Once back in 2019, and once in 2023. Both instances I was rear ended at no fault of my own. They did such a fantastic job in 2019, getting me the maximum reimbursement i could get with what the opposing parties insurance would pay out, I absolutely without a doubt wanted to use them again for my recent accident in 2023. Needless to say, they did such a great job again in 2023, getting me a major major reimbursement settlement. This was extremely helpful in my recovery. I was referred to Shin Law Group and Jonathan through a family member that was actually sued by his group due to a car accident (they got 25k for a SCRATCH against my family member) and boy am I happy to say, that things were as smooth as they come using their firm. I was rear ended back in October 23 and immediately searched for an attorney from a car enthusiast group and was recommended Jonathan from several people. This is the first time I had been in an accident but I already knew I didn't want to deal with insurance or the other party. Jonathan gave me a call the next day and explained the complete process. My son informed me of his dilemma regarding a ticket he received for excessive speeding while driving in a construction zone. I knew it was extremely serious and he needed legal representation. I looked up the Internet for a local attorney close to where he is attending a trade school. Originally, Kristina was contacted via e-mail, for an appointment and meeting location. She was very accessible for the date and location.
The seriousness of my son’s case would result in his license suspension, no traffic school, DMV points, and extreme fines. During the two court appearances, Kristina met with the DA’s Office to negotiate reduction of speed, no points, traffic school, lesser fines, and no license suspension.
Kristina’s interaction during the entire process was that of deep caring and a positive outlook when we were less than hopefully.

I would like to start this off by saying that if you are looking for a good employment attorney you will want to read this entire review before you even think about contacting this firm. I contacted the office of Mr.Sperber because I saw only positive google reviews (which I personally don't believe are real reviews anymore). I consulted Mr.Sperber about a case of wrongful termination. I told him the entire story in extremely clear writing (Our correspondence was only through email the entire time which should have been my first red flag), and I provided him all of the proof that was necessary as well. Mr.Sperber agreed that this was a case because he told me that he would be taking it on. As you can imagine I was extremely glad to have found an attorney that I thought could advocate for me and guide me through this. I want to mention that the evidence that I have for this case is extremely strong. There is no denying that, and for that reason I thought of course he'd be able to do good work. He must have also thought that because he agreed to take on the case as I have already mentioned. I feel that Mr.Sperber was the absolute worst attorney I have ever had the displeasure of briefly dealing with. Mr.Sperber ghosted me and would not respond to me at all, and he kept saying he was "out of office" or "on vacation" etc. Mr.Sperber then finally told me that he wasn't able to take on this case because it involved a small business, even though his entire website advertises the fact that he specifically deals with small businesses. Mr.Sperber ghosted me AFTER agreeing to take on my case and already contacting my old place of employment. If you are thinking of going to this firm DO NOT DO IT. I am hoping to prevent others from experiencing what I have just experienced. Mr.Sperber did not even attempt to resolve my case, all he did was reach out to the other side (former employer) and ask for text messages from them (My old employer sent him different texts than what I sent, hiding the ones he knew would get him in legal trouble) and I thought "wow perfect now Mr.Sperber can use this in court". Mr.Sperber entirely let me down and In my opinion showed very little remorse or care at all. If you need an employment matter handled I strongly urge you to not consult this firm. I can't even believe he is an attorney honestly. My personal warning to all who read this is DO NOT make the mistake I made by consulting this law firm.

The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. Words can not describe how thankful I am for Lemon Law Pro. I am a Sacramento local and just found them on Google, I didn't want to opt for a big time LA attorney, and I'm glad I didn't.
