If you feel like you’ve made the worst decision ever, then make the best one and call Shawn. It took a year for my situation to get figured out but he was there any time I got something scary in the mail or needed to talk through it again so I could stop being anxious and down on myself. Shawn was able to provide support and a safe space through an incredibly intimidating extended period of time. On top of that, he’s an outstanding defense attorney! My situation was not great and in the end it was less than I ever imagined possible. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone I know in the future that finds themselves in this unfortunate situation.

I’ve needed gotten a ticket before especially not in California. I was connected to Mr. Campbell and I’m glad I was. The office is very nice and will make sure they keep you up to date. The got my ticket dismissed!!! Won’t go into details but me going to jail and losing my license was definitely in the table however no me thanks all to Mr. Campbell!

I got a speeding ticket on a road trip passing through Needles, CA that I really could not afford on my record and I live several states away. I called several other places too but this office seemed like the best fit because of the location and it was a reasonable price. This was my first experience hiring a lawyer to fight a case for me and wasn't sure how it would go, also the long waiting period up to the scheduled court date made me nervous. However J Brian Campbell's office had such great customer service whenever I called or emailed. They challenged the ticket for me on schedule and I finally got the best possible outcome- case dismissed!!

I’ve been reading this forum for advice, and I finally decided to make a post. My scores were as follows; a year and a half ago I got laid off and defaulted on multiple cards/ loans. Finally getting the hands off it. Have a total of around $42K in debt, but $18K in charged off accounts. Have a decent paying job at $70K a year. My credit score was TransUnion 510 (FICO8) in Dec 2023, Equifax 490 (FICO8) in Dec2023, Experian 470 (FICO8) in Dec 2023. Had a milestone $700, Cap 1 plat secured $1000, a random store card for $300. I was looking for a way to raise my credit score. I read an article here about a deep web credit hacker called PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST. I contacted him and it was like magic, this dude raised my credit score to TransUnion 805, Equifax 808, and Experian 811 and created an excellent credit history on my report.

My DUI case was very delicate and complicated concerning use of prescribed medications while driving. It wasn't a normal scenario whatsoever and he was able to get me a favorable outcome. I did not get charged with DUI or loose my license. Rather I agreed to a 3 year diversion program that required me to continue with monthly psychiatric therapy, random drug testing and recovery classes. This was much more helpful to my unique circumstances than me loosing my license, having a huge fine and therefore unable to afford private therapy as I have no medical insurance. Instead he worked the prosecutors DA and the judge to reach a more helpful outcome that would benefit my health physically and mentally and not set me back any further than the recent traumatic experiences and stressors had already done. He worked diligently, keep me well informed and appeared in court without me on all but 2 occasions as I live 3 hours away from Shasta County. This was a tremendous help financially. His rates were more than affordable and fair and I believe he genuinely cared and understood the bigger picture at hand. His assistant was very helpful and pleasant to work with and they made it easy for me to get the required documentation to them well before my court dates. I really appreciate his help. It made a huge difference in my life and the outcome was more of a help than a burden. It restored my faith in the justice system as there were some mistakes made by law enforcement in my case and the outcome could have been a major setback. He was through, competent and determined to get a helpful favorable outcome for me. He is wonderful, caring and serious. If you need representation for a unique complicated case, I would recommend Geoff and his law office. He even traveled all the way to Redding from Chico to handle my case. I couldn't be more thankful, after 1 year of diversion compliance and progress, the DA and judge agreed to dismiss all the charges. Amen What a lesson learned.

In 2011, I screwed up and drove under the influence. 2 months later, I discovered I was pregnant. Just picture going through the criminal justice system as someone that was drunk, WITH A BABY BUMP. Horrifying. I was so ashamed and terrified that I’d be waddling my way around jail, or unable to drive my newborn to dr appointments because I’d have no license. My dad (another Fresno attorney- civil, not criminal) hauled me to go see Chuck- and THANK GOD HE DID. My anxiety level was through the roof, and Chuck instantly calmed me down. He listened to every word, then explained in detail not only how things would go, but also his strategy that he’d devised after hearing what I wanted. He ensured that I’d be proactive in my behaviors prior to court (like attending meetings, going to classes, etc) and I left his office genuinely feeling like everything may not be great, but it would be okay. He made sure I never had to appear in court heavily pregnant, and when my son was born, I was fully able to handle all his care and dr appointments/transportation. Chuck had my back fully and saved my future, as well as my son’s. No amount of thanks is enough!

Received a traffic ticket (Radar/Laser speed trap) and hired Phil to defend me. I gave him the details of my case and after delaying the process (which was intentional), Phil personally met me in court to defend me. He prepared me in advance what to expect and prepared me for testimony. Once trial began, his questioning of the officer was top notch, and was so effective, not only did he get the case dismissed and my ticket refunded, he impressed others in the court room waiting for their case to be called (they actually came up to him to say so outside the courtroom). I highly recommend Phil for his professionalism, communication and results!

Adam was recommended to me from a friend when I got into some legal troubles with the state of CA. At 28 years old my life turned upside down, uncertainty and doubt of how my future would turn out was not favorable. I was 23 when this situation occurred. I was coming home after a graveyard shift to find my daughter awake at 5 in the morning with her mother and a man I had never met inside my home. Drugs on the table and both of them belligerently drunk. The stranger made threatening advances and one thing led to another and I ended up fearing for my life and shooting him twice. I have never found myself in any serious legal trouble before this incident but I was later charged with 2 felonies (assault with a deadly weapon, intent to terrorize). I had one and only one offer for the majority of 4 years. The court's offer was flat out 7 years in prison. The situation being as serious as it was I knew I needed the best lawyer by my side regardless of charge or distance. I spent many hours scouring reviews and online results of every local lawyer in Bakersfield and Mark definitely stood out from the crowd. Results don't lie and Mark's price wasn't any more than any other lawyer of his caliber. I knew from our very first meeting that I had made a great choice and instantly retained him, and so our 4 year journey began. Mark's a master of his craft and knows all the ins and outs of the court system. My case was dragged on for four years in my favor. With COVID-19 all major courts processes were slowed down for nearly two years. I believe this case was not a race but a slow and steady marathon. Although you may want your case done as quickly as possible, which can certainly happen.. I felt Mark's ability to drag my case out until the perfect timing was a game changer. Some lawyers want to get you in and out and wipe their hands clean of your case, but Mark was willing to stay patient and diligent and work with me long term which I greatly appreciated. His staff was always helpful and informative through the whole process. There were no hidden fees or agendas and they always made me feel confident in everything they helped with. Fast forward to just a few weeks ago and my prayers have been answered. The day before trial was set I accepted a miraculous new offer which I was so happy to accept. Mark's work paid off and he was able to get the DA to offer me NO FELONIES, 1 MISDEMEANOR ASSAULT THAT WILL BE DISMISSED WITHIN A YEAR. This means I was put in a horrible situation that I felt I needed to use deadly force and I shot someone, got charged with 2 major felonies, was facing 7 years in prison, and Mark somehow got me sentenced with the same charge as someone could receive for a street fight! If you're reading this, look no further. When you are dealing with your life on the line you don't have any room to leave this up for chance. You need a strong, experienced, reputable lawyer, who will stay by your side no matter how long it takes and will give you the confidence and relief you need during your difficult times.

Ben Jacob's is someone you'd call when other attorney either has given you false hope or a run around for your time/money. Ben took on the challenge I was facing for over a year. My previous attorney wasn't aggressive during my Preliminary hearing and I was facing trial... Michael represented me about 10 years ago for a DUI. I got an email from him out of the blue, telling ne about expungement. He offered to clean my record. The fee was a bit higher than I thought it would be, but I trust him after speaking with him, I said yes. Thank God because he filed the paperwork the same day and a few weeks later my case was dismissed! Now and don't have to tell anyone about it when asked. Good for applying for new jobs and now I can refinance my home without getting a higher interest rate that they initially offered, when I answered yes to "have you ever been convicted of a crime?" Everyone should be able to start anew and Michael got the job done!

I hired Michael and his firm from a referral from my close friend who had DUI a few years ago and Michael had represented him. He was very informative and gave me a 20 minute consultation about how he works and his experience. That relieved a lot of my anxiety about my case as this was my first arrest for anything ever. Michael went to court and after about a month and 2 court dates, he had investigated my case for dismissal mistakes. Unfortunately I had none, but he had a great talk with the government lawyer and got my case reduced from a DUI to s speeding ticket! Yay,,,I just paid a reduced fine and that was it. Ms. Tulekyan took on my case in July of 2023. At the time, I was a lifer who'd been incarcerated for 16 1/2 years. Jeremy & Ariel Elias are the MONA LISA of the DUI Defense world. This is going to sound crazy but thanks to these two, my charge has almost become a borderline pleasant experience lmao. I wish we could have met under better circumstances but I thank the universe we did at that moment. Of course, I take full responsibility for my actions and there are things that I have to do to make amends for... Ah where to start lol. If I could give Jeremy beyond 5 stars I would. When I found myself in a jam with the law. I was so stressed and overwhelmed that I begin to search for lawyer's. I met with a few that I had felt just weren't right. I came across Jeremy's page and read through some review's and decided to give him a call. He answered and I gave him a brief overview of my Sitiuation and from there we scheduled an appointment to meet in person and further discuss my case. Mr Oberstein was the third attorney to help me with my case and ultimately the most knowledgeable about my specific situation. He did what others said could not be done do to my specific charges. It was a 2 step process that Mr Oberstein had to sort out. First was the erroneous/incorrect placement by the DOJ. After the creation of the tiered system for 290 registrants I was placed in tier 3 and remained with the requirement of lifetime registration in CA. He was successful in having the DOJ review my case and charges resulting in the correct placement in tier 1. This immediately opened the door to petition the DA for removing my requirement to register. That petition was granted and a huge dark cloud that I created for myself and my family was lifted after 12 years of being 290 registered. To be honest, the process was slow (particularly to get a response from the DOJ) and I lost confidence several times. Mr Oberstein always answered or returned my calls promptly and assured me that my desired outcome was possible and justified. I do highly recommend Mr Oberstein especially if you have similar circumstances. Again, he was the only one that had 100% confidence that this was possible.

Chance reduced my incarceration deal from 364 days in county jail to no incarceration and 90 days in community labor. My previous lawyers The Rodriguez Law Group wasn't able to get this amazing plea deal. He has been on my beck and call any time I had questions and walked me through this entire process step by step. He did alot more then we asked when it came to my brothers court hearing, my brother was fighting 26 felony charges in 2005 with felony priors, with the help of this wonderful man he did no prison time, we had hope in him getting better with rehab because of his drug addiction in which Mr. Brodsky was able to get him an alternative sentence to get our brother the help he needed. I was looking for a good criminal defense attorney to defend me in a domestic violence case. It was a case of total misunderstanding and the cops acted totally out of context against my wife's wishes. Facing severe consequences, I consulted so many attorneys until I consulted Mr. Stepen Brodsky. Unlike others who sees every case/consultation as an opportunity to earn money, the most striking quality about Mr. Brodsky is that he is very understanding of my situation and took the time/effort to help me understand my legal options and how to proceed even before I was his client. I believe he doesn't measure all cases with the same yardstick which comes from his vast experience and genuine nature to help others. His approach from the onset was very efficient. He acted quickly to minimize the damage so that the case doesn't blow out of proportion. Based on our situation, he devised the best possible defense and convinced the DA to understand the truth in our case. He made sure that the DA sees our case with a different perspective as our situation was due to a total misunderstanding. One thing I want to mention here is that he never look at us (me and my wife) separately, but rather as a young couple in trouble. Even though technically he is defending only me, he always acted in the best interests of both of us, which I could defintely say is not how any other attorneys would have done. Ultimately he was able get the charges dismissed which is very important for us. We couldn't afford to have a case like that as it would have haunted us for the rest of our lives. Some charges are more serious than others. But, the severity of any criminal charges could only be assessed by how adversely it affects the one facing them. Sometimes, the smallest of charges would do severe damage to a law abiding person's life. I believe the attorneys at My Criminal Defense law firm understand it better than anyone. I was falsely accused of something that I didn't do. All the attorney's before I spoke to Mr. Stephen Brodsky, thought of just accepting a deal with minimum damage. They didn't even care to understand how much even accepting something like that would damage my reputation, career and ultimately my life.
