Sal Gallardo has passion for helping people to bring the law at the level where your biography is important and good moral characters will be passed to the next level- where judge will have a chance to hear and know more about you and your case. while DA will keep flashing the titles of multiple accusations build against of you. Sal is emotionally calm and well carried person. You will need him to help you to do it together. And his help will pay you back through keeping your reputation clean again. Sal will help you to stay calm through the whole process, as its going to be a long process going up to months. All what we have to do -stay positive and keep ourselves calm as you are in hands of professional attorney. It was hard to stay positive when the charges I faced against of me appeared on a background check report as a very bad charges you can face being a manager or employee to have ;-) Not Even proved guilty Yet I looked as a true criminal facing 2 charges in one case..... Oh well it was a very well written story which some creative mistress of my ex Mr. passed to the DA office to keep me further from the boy who has all the right assets)))). Please don't hesitate to have legal help twice. And I contacted Sal to see if he can explain the fact of happening. He did. Big corporations can run macro background checks where every case which was taken by DA`s offices can appear on those reports depending on company data research provider. It`s not necessary to have conviction or misdemeanor proven when it can affect your life in a way employer won`t give you a chance to explain yourself till its actually over. I discovered a 5 year old warrant for an old misdemeanor case out of Santa Cruz where I attended school many years ago. Jason is an exceptional lawyer. His knowledge and attention to detail helped my case immensely. He used his past experience as a District Attorney to prepare me for the cross-examination in my trial. Normally I feel uncomfortable speaking in front of a crowd, let alone being accosted with questions. However, Jason's cross-exam prep proved invaluable. He teamed up and took the case over with Allison Margolin to do me extreme justice. I had a Marijuana sales case to an undercover officer. Raza worked relentlessly to get me a win in the case. I had a prior strike and was facing about 4 years. With his hard work he had the case reduced to a Misdemeanor, and summary probation until the Community Service was completed. Thanks Again. Raza and her partner were able to help me with an outstanding warrant of 2 years of which I had no idea I had against me until I found out through a background check done on me. I spoke to other attorneys before and not only were they more expensive but they said it could take weeks, even months to get this resolved. Raza was able to do it on the first day he went to the court house for me! I am extremely happy I was able to find such good attorneys who keep their word and work hard for their clients. I called upon Raza of Margolin and Lawrence when things looked very grim for me coming up on trial for a felony DUI. I was referred by a close friend who had hired them. Raza was able to minimize my sentence with 3 days left before trial when my other lawyer admitted to me that things didn't look good for me and he had no other recourse. I can not be more happy with my lawyer. Carla really helped me when I got into some legal troubles because my ex called the cops. It was some $#%. I highly recommend this lawyer to all my family and close friends. I had to higher Richard another lawyer because my previous one completely miss informed me on my case which made everything worse even leading up to me having a warrant! I needed someone ASAP!! Luckily I found Richard Wynn through a recommendation from another friend. He set everything right and even got rid of my warrant. He also fixed all these issues on Christmas Eve and put my case first before a family holiday. Richard Wynn was so helpful and knowledgable with any questions I had!

Hands down the best. I talked to a few in town including Bill Slocomb and I could tell Sala had the most confidence out of any lawyer in town. He was 4x the cost of most but he got me fully acquitted of 5 felonies from marijuana to gun charges. Even got me my money back, my guns back, damn there everything back besides my weed lol. Got raided January 2017 and was acquitted in April 2018. If you don’t hire this man your either poor or dumb. (Not to sound like a jack@ss but if your gonna do dumb stuff to get arrested, make sure you got the funds to pay the best. Thanks once again Sala.

Mr. Sala was very clear about his plans for my case from the consultation all the way to the eventual dismissal. I was arrested for a 4.5 year old warrant that I was never aware of and Mr. Sala was able to have the case dismissed. Being accused of any crime is very serious and Mr. Sala was 100% focused on not allowing my rights to be violated.

He told me that he hadn't lost a trial in a long time and he didn't want mine to break the streak. I didn't either ! We went to trial and he was in control of the courtroom. He was totally prepared. As others have mentioned here, from my very first call with Lisa I felt much more calm about my situation. She was very organized and reassuring through the whole process. I've never written a Google review before but I had such a positive outcome in my case that I'd like to recommend Ms. Kopelman's practice to those in need of an attorney who can support you through your ordeal. I spoke with a few attorneys when I found myself involved in an unexpected legal mess. I was really frustrated just trying to figure out legal representation, which I've never needed before. Some attorneys were impossible to even reach. I got a lot of answering services. Some attorneys honestly explained why they COULDN'T help me. I was scared and needed help. Lisa Kopelman's name had been given to me by a friend who's son had used her. I left a message with her service at the end of a business day and was shocked and relieved when she called me back the same afternoon. Lisa made an appointment with me for the very next day and, for the first time since my problem started, I started to feel like maybe there was a way forward. I did not realize the full scope of my situation until Lisa heard me out and put everything into a legal context. I was actually more concerned about some issues that turned out to be more about my reputation than actual legal problems. Lisa distilled the real legal matters and outlined a comprehensive plan of action. I'm an educator and tried to research the laws and court precedents. I felt pretty informed and totally overwhelmed. That's when a colleague pointed out to me that getting a lawyer is like going to a surgeon. You learn what you can about your condition but you have to put yourself in the hands of the expert when it comes to the actual surgery. So you better make sure you're in the best hands possible. And you have to trust they have only your best interest at heart and they know exactly what you need. It may sound hokey, but this made perfect sense to me. Once I realized that I had done my due diligence in selecting Lisa, I decided it wasn't helping me or my case to worry constantly. I hired an attorney who I felt had a ton of experience and who would turn over every stone to help me and not miss anything. I can't say I ever felt completely safe during the whole ordeal but I did feel like I'd done all I could and Lisa would take it from there to do everything she could. She was very serious about being thorough. In the end, I was spared a lot of unnecessary court appearances and Lisa negotiated a resolution, with the other parties involved, that I thought greatly favored me. Not everything went completely my way but I know it went as well as possible. I told Lisa that I hope I never need her services again but it gives me great peace of mind to know she's there.

I used Mr. Sears for a difficult divorce. I have had Ed represent me in several legal issues In real estate and civil problems . Mr. Diego Macwilliam for me was the right lawyer, at the right time, for my particular situation. He contacted both a government agency and a private company regarding a potential fraud inditement involving me and my families estate concerning overpayment of funds. Christina was just what I needed. Anytime I needed her she made herself available. She was extremely knowledgeable with my case and with all of my forms that I needed done. I wish to express my gratitude to Brian for his insight and effort in assisting me with a home buyer client situation. As a real estate broker, rarely have I encountered situations where a seller refuses to refund a buyer’s deposit when an offer to purchase a home is canceled. This case was especially surprising—and frustrating. I have engaged Brian's representation in the past, with success. This time was no exception. The challenge arose due to the contract being unclear on this specific matter, but Brian helped clarify my client's legal entitlement to a refund. As a result, the seller quickly acquiesced. Peter is an outstanding lawyer he really knows what he’s talking about I was really worried about my case in the beginning so I called Peter. Peter told me what to do. I was so worried the whole time probably stressing him out a little bit. He made me do quite a bit, but I was in quite a bit of trouble, and then the end all the stuff that we did is the only reason I didn’t go to jail in my situation. Peter is Amazing. I had 4 DUIS and 2 driving on a suspended and he got it all expunged. What I loved was his honesty from the start and that he didn't give up when the judge denied it the 1st time. His delivery was great and he really cared about helping me.

I was very pleased with Mr. Honse. I was scared, but he was always so positive and upbeat. El Centro is a small town and it helped having an attorney, like Mr. Honse, who was well-known and obviously very respected. He knew just what to do and who to talk to. I was falsely accused of domestic violence. My girlfriend admitted that she had lied but the police still would not drop the charges. Mr. Honse was very calm and reassuring. He kept saying the District Attorney would not take the case seriously unless I was willing to go to trial and fight. On the day the jury trial was scheduled to start, the Distict Attorney told the court they did not have enough evidence and they dismissed the case. Thank you Mr. Honse.
