From the get go, Mr. Bernard put my case, and my best interests first before all else. I was nervous at first getting an attorney, but with Mr. Bernard, a point was made to make sure I understood what was happening, and that I was comfortable. Shane from the very beginning was very upfront, and never blindsided me throughout my lengthy court case. I made a mistake when I was 18, and was charged with a felony. Shane was very sympathetic to my situation, helped me to get the care I needed to rehabilitate, and presented my case with all its mitigating factors to the court, obviously with meticulous, detailed effort, and helped me reduce my charge down to a minor misdemeanor. Mr. David Zipperian represented who is now my ex in California. The consultation was excellent and he had the answers to the questioned that we had. Since money was tight at the time, he really worked with us in regards to the retainer.
Mr. Zipperian walked into Downey courthouse and was very well known by everyone in the courtroom.
Everything that we were concerned about, worked out just as we had hoped.
After my ex completed all that was required of him by the court, a while afterwards, the police came to the door and arrested him stating that he had an outstanding warrant and took him to jail somehow the paperwork somehow got misplaced by the court stating that he had completed all of his classes and that his fines had all been paid.
I immediately got on the telephone and got a hold of Mr. Zipperian's office, explained what had happened and I told them were the police took him. Soon after, I received a call from his office stating that Mr. Zipperian would meet me over at the courthouse that very afternoon and to bring all of the receipts, paperwork, etc... which I did.
I went to the courthouse and gave Mr. Zipperian all that he had asked me for and if he had taken care of everything. I confirmed that he had. Mr. Zipperian took a quick glance at the paperwork and when they brought my ex out from the holding cell and called his name, Mr. Zipperian told the judge that there was no reason for the arrest, he had completed everything and all the fines were paid in full.
The judge dismissed it and he was released from Downey Courthouse just a few hours after the court hearing.
The reason for such a long explanation is I want everyone to know, that Mr. Zipperian is EXCELLENT, thorough and I would recommend him to anyone to represent them if they want the job done, RIGHT!

Kay Jafari is one of the most honest and trustworthy men I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. I was drawn into civil litigation, because of the actions of an ex-wife. Although I had no personal knowledge of her actions, her conduct resulted in civil action against me, by a private company, and the threat of civil action, by the US Attorney's Office. I've been in the US since I was about 2. My parents applied and became residents along with my brothers and sisters. I've had a green card ever since, never really thought about it or ever considered becoming a citizen. Sure enough, a couple years back I got into a fight, I pleaded to a charge which basically got me transfered to ICE when completing my sentence. My family went to David and hired him. I found that with the conviction I plead to, I would be a mandatory detainee without an option to stay in the country. End result was that they went to the criminal court fixed it so I could apply for an application called 42a which the judge granted. I was released from custody and no more courts. After I was releaser from immigration, we went back to the criminal court and have been doing some classes and caltrans which I believe will help me lower my criminal charge. This experience really sucked but it was a wake up call. I'm blessed to have had this second opportunity at life here in the US with my family, thanks to David. I'm hoping to become a citizen in a year and a half when I am eligible. I am very grateful to my attorney for being there for me and not taking advantage of my family.

I had never been in any legal trouble before so finding out I had not one but two serious and violent felony strike offenses filed against me was beyond scary, especially when I knew I was the real victim. I had a domestic violence case go on for almost 2 years. My life was on hold I lost 2 jobs. Possibly could have lost my child. Mr. Brusseau was very kind and gave me his opinion pretty straight forward and to the point. I myself prefer matters this way. Not only did he give me his opinion and discussed what options we had, what made me like this lawyer the most was that when we talked it was really easy to communicate with him. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions, gave me and idea of what possibilities lay ahead. My case did end up getting dismissed but I know it was because he had my back. Especially when I was dead set on not taking a plea deal. He was just as eager and ready to go to trial as I was. It was almost a shame we didn’t go to trial because I would have enjoyed watching him do what he is passionate about. I highly recommend him. Especially for anything in kings county. He knows how to work with the people and he knows how to read them. I would hire him over and over again if it ever came to that. He is worth every penny. Antony has represented me for the past two years in several matters including: employment matters, regaining my license after losing my license from too many tickets and he was able to get my full (non-restricted) driving privileges back. I was told it was impossible by everyone, but he found a way to get me an emergency meeting and we wrote out a declaration and went fully prepared and the DMV liaison was impressed that he gave me my full unrestricted driving privileges back!
He went above and beyond and helped me lock in an interview at my dream job which ended up hiring me. He has taken on several roles and not the typical attorney I have dealt with in the past. I was fortunate to find Eric Webb after being referred by one of my clients. I had a very challenging, complicated case. For various reasons we ended up settling within a few months rather than going to trial, but there is no question that we got the settlement that we did because of Eric -- if you need a "pit bull" attorney to fight for you, then he is the one!!
IMPORTANT NOTE-- I have STILL never met Eric!!! I live in the SF Bay Area and he is in Los Angeles, and believe it or not we did the whole case through E-Mail and phone calls. Had the case gone on of course I would have met him eventually, but I think it is important to note that you do NOT need to be local in order to retain him as your attorney.

I was injured at the apartment I lived at. Although I have never sued anyone in my life I felt this was the right thing for me to do. So I went on and looked for a lawyer near me and that looked like someone I could trust. I was VERY lucky to find Brian Beecher and the law firm Webb & Beecher. From the first time I met with Brian he was kind and did not treat me like a $ sign. He treated me like a person and was honest about what he thought I would be able to receive. It took just under a year which was how long I thought it would take and I got a very fair settlement.
I would HIGHLY recommend both Mr. Beecher or Mr. Webb for any lawsuit. They are intelligent, kind and respectful of their clients. Again if you are unfortunate enough to be injured this is the law firm to go too. They helped me in a time when I truly needed it.

Dan spent 19 months aggressively and strategically working on my behalf. I was charged with felony hit and run and he utilized every angle to gain leverage to our advantage. His diligence in my case got the DA to finally offer up a plea deal I was happy with. I am thankful and grateful to Mr. Stapleton for representing my special needs adult son who was put on a restraining order by the courts and subject to criminal prosecution and/or placement in an institution.
