Brian has been helping me since 2001. I was in the military and had 2 DUI's in a years time. Not only did he defend me and help me resolve it he gave me some great advice. A few years later, I had to return to San Diego to deal with an issue and Brian helped me again with spectacular results. I now find myself seeking financial licenses and once again Brian has gone out of his way on 2 different occasions to ensure my previous woes didn't stop me from achieving my goals. I think Brian is a great attorney and an even better man. As a professional, who works with many attorneys I'd recommend Brian and his team over everyone I know.

I was in the market for a lawyer to help me clear my arrest record for a DUI that the D.A never filled charges, but the arrest was still on my record. I was all set to meet with another lawyer the day after I gave Brian a call, but I was referred to Brian from another lawyer contact that I picked up from my job. Called his office, got him on the phone, explained my situation, he told me exactly what he would do and how much it would cost. I wanted to set up a face to face meeting or we could have just corresponded via snail mail. I chose the face to face option. I went to the previously scheduled meeting with the other lawyer. The other lawyer said what Brian proposed to do could not be done and was going to charge me 85 percent more then what Brian quoted. I thanked him for his time and went to my meeting with Brian. When I met with Brian it was painless, I peppered him with questions about wether I was legally entitled to the remedy he was seeking. He said that I was, a direct contradiction of the previous lawyer that I talked to. After signing things that allowed Brian to represent me I again asked him when I could expect a result of the remedy he was seeking with SDPD. He gave me a one month turnaround. I walked out of his office reassured. And only spending a tiny fraction of what the other lawyer was quoting me. The month came and I got a letter from Brian with what he had promised from SDPD. He also requested that my arrest be sealed and destroyed. This was the same process that the other lawyer was going to charge me an arm and a leg for. I called Brian and got him on the phone right away, asked how much the extra motion was going to cost. He told me not to worry and will discuss any extra fees dependent on how SDPD responded to the request to seal and destroy. Again this was a request that the first lawyer said that SDPD usually never grants. Brian on the other hand told me to wait it out for their response. He again gave me a one month deadline for them to respond. Before the one month deadline I got another letter from Brian indicating that SDPD had agreed to seal and destroy the record of the arrest. I can not thank Brian enough, I can legally and honestly answer any question about wether I have ever been arrested with a resounding NO. Do your research first and talk to Brian and see what he says. I trust him 100 percent.

Attorney Martin was extremely caring and extremely transparent in times where I felt the world was ending for my specific case. Constant communication, weekly updates, always ensuring we asked questions and every question is answered with the utmost detail. I couldn’t have asked for any better attorney to represent me. From start to finish and despite the length of our specific case , she always made sure to keep me in the loop to ensure we obtain the best outcome and I can’t emphasize on the transparency. Long story short, Manjula is a great lawyer. She communicates with you on your case, she'll tell you exactly what to do. My first DUI offense was waived down to a wet and reckless. The second offense was dismissed. I highly recommend her if you get in a bind.

2020 and covid led me to drink and drive and I ended up getting arrested during the holidays. I called Oakland DUI Attorneys and it was the best decision. I'm also glad I called right when I was released from Santa Rita jail because many attorneys didn't answer their phones because of the holidays but this DUI lawyer was free to talk and within 30 minutes of being on the phone with them, I ended hiring them. They are on top of their game when it comes to making sure you understand what the next steps are. This place is five stars for sure.

Bankruptcy is an emotional decision and difficult for the average person to understand. Brad made the whole process much easier to navigate. Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Hairgrove over a phone consultation about a problem concerning my son. Many attorneys come off as being pretentious and impersonable, acting as if they're doing you a favor and making it obvious that their payday is most important. How refreshing it was to speak Mr Hairgrove. I spoke with him for approximately 30 minutes and not once did I feel hurried. Mr Hairgrove never spoke about retaining his services or related costs. He just talked to me about the issue and offered good sound advice. I was the one who offered to pay his fees for a conference call representation in which he could have easily accepted and made some easy cash. Instead, he told me that he would make himself available if needed but offered me enough sound advice that would help me settle the matter without an attorney. I worked for over 30 years in Law Enforcement and met some good attorneys but many that I didn't care for because of lack of ethics and integrity. Mr. Hairgrove seems like one of good lawyers that still believes in integrity over profits. I would not hesitate to retain his service if needed! Thank you again!

Mr. Hairgrove has been vey helpful and caring to me and my family. Hes worked on a DUI case and a misdemeanor case for me. He knows I use to struggle with alcoholism , but he was so helpful and even spent time talking and reassuring my grandmother at the courthouse. Both cases had good results. I had a great experience working with Bibee. That was my first legal issue. It was small, but I never involved in any similar issues before so I was scared. He was all professional, knowledgeable, willing to help and cared not only about making money. I first talked with him on phone which gave me enough instructions and made me feel lighter, then in person, which was an efficient time also. My case had a happy ending and as it supposed to be. Bibee contributed a lot In this. He was helpful when needed with a reasonable charge I think, so I recommend him.

Mr. Bibee was great! I got the traffic survey and Mr. Bibee noticed it was expired, so he got my ticket dismissed on that basis. I would never have known this because the city traffic engineer told me it was current. Mr. Bibee responded to my emails quickly and drove over an hour to meet me in court exactly when he said he would be there, which was 30 minutes before my trial. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to have a lawyer who is pleasant, competent, and professional. Would highly recommend him!

I had two traffic tickets that had gone to warrant because I ignored them for years. He went to the two courts (Long Beach and Torrance) and successfully negotiated with the courts to reduce the fines and remove the warrants. I was even allowed to pay part of them with Community Service. I would not have been able to drive if he hadn't accomplished this. His fee was very reasonable for the amount of work and travel that he had to do. And he was polite and helpful along the way. Very professional but also down to earth. I highly recommend Wayne Bibee if you have a similar case to handle.

Marsanne was actually referred and highly recommended by another attorney with whom I had initially been working on a red-light citation that I had received from San Francisco's automated camera enforcement system. The referral was based upon Marsanne's deep involvement and experience with this type of case. From my first contact with Marsanne - a very in depth conversation about my case and the related law, to a lengthy in office strategy session, to two court appearances that finally resulted in the dismissal of my citation; Marsanne was available, patient, and a great communicator. Marsanne just settled a case for me today on a 2nd DUI Refusal while on probation for my 1st DUI. From what I have seen in the past year of waiting in court, watching the dockets go round-and-round, the "standard" plea bargain for a 2nd DUI is 10 days in custody, while a probation violation is an additional 20 days in custody. Marsanne was kind and professional, taking the time to ask me about myself, my education, credentials, and any other circumstances that would paint a favorable case towards the D.A. In the end, while I still plead to a 2nd DUI, I was only given 10 days of community service instead of 30 days in jail/community service. The refusal was also struck and probation was reinstated on the same terms and the 2 DUI's can be expunged under section 1203.4 of the California Penal Code. An all around satisfying end to a long and difficult case.

Based on my experience with Ms. Hudson, she doesn't fit the typical perception of attorneys that most people have. 1. She's sharp...very sharp. 2. She actually cares about her clients. 3. When she's focused on your case, she's totally focused on your case. 4. She treats her clients with dignity and respect. 5. Though quite aggressive from a legal standpoint, she is not hostile or arrogant with judges, other attorneys, opposing parties, or clients. 6. She is very good at "thinking on her feet" and is able to respond quickly and tactfully to situations that suddenly appear during a hearing. In summary, if you're looking for an arrogant attorney from a big prestigious law firm, or one with a hostile "junkyard dog" demeanor, look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for a sharp attorney who doesn't fit the stereotype that spawns the plethora of lawyer jokes and causes people to despise attorneys, Ms. Hudson is worth consideration.

If you are looking for a lawyer who is not only smart but has an excellent reputation in the Alameda County court system, Heidi Hudson is the lawyer for you. Once I felt Ms Hudson understood what was really going on with our family situation I was able to completely step back and take her advice and follow her coaching without worrying. If your family is in a high conflict separation or divorce and you are tired of trying to convince professionals (judges, mediators, therapists, lawyers) that the high conflict is the result of much more than just a he said she said conflict or different parenting styles, Heidi can help. Heidi has become very skilled at understanding that high conflict can be rooted in at least one of the parents having a true but perhaps undiagnosed personality disorder. It has been my experience that personality disorders wreak havoc on the family by often (not always) fooling the court system, mediators and therapists. The result to the family is a case that is dragged on for years with a revolving door to the courtroom and your children being subjected to multiple custody order changes each year, flopping them back and forth between parents. Ms. Qassim is a phenomenal attorney, I was facing 10+ years in federal prison, in the federal system cooperating with the government is a big thing and reduces sentences, which this is nothing that i would do. Ms. Qassim never once asked me to jeopardize my integrity to make her job easier ( Mad respect)!!! Once Ms Qassim knew that cooperating was not an option she prepared extremely creative motions and augured for for my freedom. I knew that it was going to be a very hard case and that jail time was emanate. Ms. Qassim spent hours with me going over discovery and showed passion and care! She was always available to speak with, returned calls immediately, very detailed, and made sure that i understood the whole process. During my sentencing she argued to get me the lowest of time on my plea agreement and she did it!!! I will say that she also never tried to just make me plea out, trial was always an option and she made sure that i knew the facts and she never comes sideways, always straight, nothing hidden. Ms Qassim is fierce, intelligent, creative, resourceful, and knows what she is doing. Thru Ms Qassim's hard work i ended up getting less than 4 years!!! I had a newborn that i would be able to actually be with him while he grows, thanks to Ms. Qassim. I know that there are fees for attorneys, I feel though deeply indebted to her because of how everything turned out. Also during my prison term Ms. Qassim checked in with me to make sure that i was being treated properly in the system and make sure i was staying in good spirits!! Ms. Qassim goes above and beyond, that is the truth!!! It would be not well researched to go any where else, Ms Qassim is the attorney you want!!!

I hired setara back in 2018 and was facing a minimum sentence of 10 year for trafficking marijuana along state lines in Florida . Setara was very comforting throughout the process and very knowledgeable and was able to have the case dismissed in trial . Let’s say she kicks ass in court . She constantly put the prosecution to shame . She stands tall and confident in court and will not back down .

Ms. Qassim is Awesome! Michael Mack promised to do all he can to remove an arrest record, which he did in a very professional maner. He kept his word, was helpful and supportive during the process, and was a great moral support during this awful time. My wife and I have great respect for Mr. Mack. How someone, who deals with other peoples problems day in and day out, still can find the heart, to show that he truly cares for his client, is simply amazing and shows the human quality of this great lawyer.

The other review was dead on. Michael handled a case for me a few years ago and went above and beyond what I would ever expect from an Attorney. Very responsive and actually cared what happened to my case. Took alot of time with me to hear every aspect of the situation. Even after the case was over, he filed additional paperwork that cleared my name on all levels. Best trustworthy attorney out there!

Ms. Budris helped me to plow into the messy files of the LAPD and discover that there was no current bench warrant for my significant other. I had tried many other attorneys and PIs over the last few years with no success. The stress of this possible warrant, along with the COVID situation and constant home and online invasions was leading her close to suicide. Ms. Budris refused payment. It had appeared to me that kindness/lawyer was oxymoronic, but there are a few good and capable attorneys out there. She is definitely one!

I was having custody issues with my ex and going through a nasty divorce. I ended up getting arrested as my ex was trying to get leverage in our case and charged with a misdemeanor dv. I immediately went to Lisa's office and I will tell you she is a blessing! Not only was she very sympathetic but she also took the initiative right away. The experience overall was amazing. I felt so confident with Lisa having my back due to her experience, knowledge and handling of the case. Throughout the whole case Lisa maintained great communication and was constantly updating me with everything going on. This woman saved my life. I truly recommend her. You will not be disappointed! Lisa is worth every penny, she saved my life. I've never navigated the legal system in any capacity before this month and she was patient and attentive in getting me and my family through what has been, without question, the hardest month of my life. Lisa got my felony dropped. I was looking at jail time and a permanent record. My bail was astronomical. In the time between my arrest and arraignment, Lisa seemingly worked all hours of day and night to insure all the evidence of my case was thoroughly understood by the presiding D.A. Thanks to Lisa, I can move on with my life. If you're in a scary situation, hire Lisa. I know what it's like to feel torn between options, confused, uncertain of who to hire when it's so high stakes; hire Lisa. Alan Keating did a fantastic job while representing me on what could have been life changing charges. I still have mine because of John, He got right on my case and took care of business, He did not waste a minute. I was being accused of a very serious crime, Of course I was innocent, but then again our prisons are full of innocent people. When you want the best at affordable rates call John, his reputation precedes him in the legal realm.

Don't know were to begin, without this man I would be in prison. Both charges were pretty serious Felony cases each carried a strike one was for ADW, the other was for threats. I knew I was lawful in what I did but nobody else seemed to think so, except for John. After I consulted and paid the retainer I got a call a few weeks later saying that the charges have dropped and there was no court day. I know some wont be this fortunate but think about it when you are charged with a crime your a being opposed by a professional lawyer, don't you think it would help if you had a professional in your corner? Also note that the earlier you consult and decide the better, the more time an attorney has to defend you the better. This particular lawyer is really great if you are going to West Covina court.

MY DAUGHTER MADE SOME "BAD DECISIONS " while dealing with the emotional & mental trauma of a divorce. that was still no excuse.but her reason.And as of today's date, & her not remarrying, I actually think for her, it was true,but still no excuse...She eventually straightened herself out.heck, she's home every night with me, I find myself tellling her to go, go out once in a while, but she rarely does, opting to rest up for the next day's work load.and I have Mr.Tyre to thank for that!if he hadn't fought for her, she would of got lost in the "system" and never taught herself right from wrong!! thankyou john tyre!!

Mr forkner is a very good attorney he's been helping me with my case I know he has a good reputation I have nothing but good things to say about him. But one of his securities is very rude and says things like she is an attorney and is 100% sure and when she is proven wrong she uses the "well I'm not an attorney" and she has been very rude every time I have talked to her she has no idea what me and forkner speak about and says things without knowing our strategy!

I spoke with Andy on multiple occasions regarding completely different advice. One was for someone that received a DUI and another for a person legally separating with kids involved. Although I know him personally, he was very professional, as he always is. He never gave the impression that "possibly" could happen but more of the statistics to what the outcome may be and that every case is different and special on its own. He is absolutely the go-to-person for any legal matter. I trust his advice 100%. He is also very friendly and attentive to any legal questions you may have.

I was blown away at the level of service provided by Monika Zadori. I randomly came across the firm she works at, Block LLP, when I was having legal issues with a tenant of mine.
