Words cannot describe how happy I am that I chose Greg to represent me. I started out with a potential commercial burglary case after making some bad decisions at a Home Depot in San Diego. My wife and I were charged with a crime for non-permitted rental real estate. The non-permitted portion of the home was built between 1969 and 1978. The city made us either tear down 1/4 of the house or bring it up to code.
Though Greg is not a real-estate specialist but, he has all the right connections. He advised us how to get through the legal battle by bringing the house up to code. And, while re-construction proceeded, he kept on top of all legal matters with the city.
In the end, the city settled the matter much to our satisfaction. And, he didn't nickel and dime us in the process.

I needed advice regarding a situation my son found himself in. We had a lawyer helping with a diiferent kind of case. Hecwas able to reach Mr Wood who called me immediately. We played phone tag due to schedules but he didnt give up on me. When we finally did talk I was very comfortable and he took time to listen and gave me the dacts as he knew it. I met with Mr. Michels on the worst day of my life! I was in a complete panic after a argument with my ex-wife, she threaten to call the police and accused me of some serious domestic violence allegations, and she did. When I met with John Michels, he helped me calm down and allowed me to explain in detail what happen, once he understood completely, he took the time to explain everything, exactly what could happen and how he and his law firm plan to protect me. Three years ago, I received a DUI. I have never been in trouble with the law, and never thought I'd find myself needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. However, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Bobzin as my attorney. Because I have a high profile career, I choose not to disclose my name. But what I can say about Mr. Bobzin is that he is an exceptional attorney and DEEPLY cares about his clients. He was informative, thoughtful, and genuine throughout the process of this horrible event in my life. At the beginning of the judicial process, Mr. Bobzin was able to remove jail time to minimal work furlough, and see that I was put on an informal probation - otherwise I would've received a 60 day jail sentence; which would've potentially cost me my career.
After the short work furlough time and 2 years of informal probation, I re-called Mr. Bobzin to help me terminate probation and expunge my record. The results were exceptionally successful! WE WON!
In fact, during my early termination hearing, the judge stated I had only been on probation for 2 years and a few months. Mr. Bobzin jumped in and said "Your honor, my client has been on informal probation for 2 years and 6 months". At that point she reviewed court documents and agreed. After that comment the judge granted early termination of probation. Had she believed/overlooked that probation time period, I would still be on informal probation.
Because of Mr. Bobzin's skill in the courtroom and attention to detail, I have been granted early termination of probation! Further, he is now requesting expungement of my record, which I have no doubt will be successful. Mr. Bobzin is a skilled, professional, and caring attorney. I cannot express how appreciative I am of his efforts to have helped me in my case.

He was also able to make a deal with them to put me on informal probation instead of formal. He is an awesome attorney and really cares about his clients. Mr Ryan Patrick was successfully dismissed my traffic ticket. I stopped at a stop signed in a 25 m/h street, after a about half a mile a high way patrol officer stopped me and asked for my drivers license and insurance then she handed me a ticked stating that I did not come to a complete stop at the stop sign; however, i did stopped but it might have been a quick stop which was not visible to the officer. I told her respectively that I did stop but she did not pay attention to my explanation. I told her that I will talk to a counsel and defense my truthfulness. I found out about attorney Mullane and his services through the NORML website. Since my felony marijuana conviction was 18 years old and I had moved away from the county where I was originally convicted finding the perfect lawyer was crucial. I found that man in Ryan Mullane. Always positive and truthful he listened to my unique situation and had the sand to take on my case. Our initial request was denied so Mr. Mullane set up a hearing before the superior court judge. Needless to say this was the moment of truth. Like Atticus Finch (To Kill A Mockingbird) only with the passion to expose the failed drug policies of the 80's 90's and mass incarcerations was he able to sway the judge in my favor when the district attorney was clearly not. Justice was served and I will always be grateful for having retained his services and all that came with it. I highly recommend you at least contact him first as you will find he is well within most people's budget and a great listener. My life again as a first class citizen is priceless !

Mukund Arun is a very sharp and knowledgeable negotiator, who conducts himself in a highly professional, ethical manner. My ex-husband was extremely spiteful, who did everything to try to make my life miserable, and was constantly making false accusations during this process. In the previous years, I have observed my ex-husband and found that he has a narcissist personality. Through this personality disorder he has used my two children as pawns in a game he felt that needed to be played. I was apprehended during a public gathering, disoriented and extremely unprepared for jail, my family hired Mr. Rudolph as my attorney. Court day came, I met him for the first time. His presence was a huge relief. We had a short convo about my info and asked me what did I want? I simply told him a burger, he promised me he'd get me a burger by that night. 3 hours later, got me through the judge and got me released on my way to my burger. This may seem silly, but he is one of the few attorneys that will actually treat you like a fellow human being and not as a client or defendant.
