I needed a living will because of a spouse with dementia and not knowing what to do or how to I contacted Attorney Smith because he was close to my home and it worked out wonderfully. He made it seem so simple and yet was so thorough and compassionate.

Mr. Smith was was detained by me in order to assist with a Trust after the passing of my mother. I was left as Trustee and entrusted with the task of preparing and selling my moms home. This should of been an easy task but became some what difficult. The Trust was to be divided amongst 3 siblings but as it happened one of the three made it difficult wanting and demanding more then their share. This matter took longer then it should of but, with the knowledge and help of Mr. Smith everything fell in place and the division of the Trust concluded. For his assistance I give him 5 stars. A job well done a client well served.

After sitting five minutes with Vonya I new my case and life was about to change for the good. The main thing she did was listen and supported me and my family from the start. She was able to explain everything in detail which removed my anxiety and fear. She then took over and started fighting for me. Her sensitivity, patience’s, and professionalism is bar none. I was looking at ten years, with four felonie strikes. I ended up going to trial. My case ended with me receiving 58 days work released, and informal probation.

In 1985 after receiving my 2nd DUI in 9 months I called my friend Nat Weiss in NYC for a referral. Call Harry Weiss he told me. After meeting with Harry I'd call him for an update and he'd say "Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it." after about 7 or 8 months the same response. Boom no DUI no nothing.
Years later I needed an attorney for a much different reason. Sammy was able to make a deal with the PA's Boss after arguing with the PA for 2 hours. The PA was so mad that I slipped through his fingers he was beet red and sputtering when I accepted the deal.

Let me tell you Sammy Weiss of course was already a friendly familiar friend to my judge just the mention of his name made my 1 year case turn into a group home stay in with an international doctor, he only charged me 10% of what would have costed me an easy 10-15k and I still owed him 1500$ but he hasn’t even let me pay it back! Our non-profit was in tax trouble and suspended by the Secretary of State. We also had a patron that wanted their donation back. This attorney resolved all of it and returned the balance of our initial retainer. She resolved the issue with the patron over dinner and got us a compromise offer for our tax troubles. She was tough and gave us great advice about letting go of our Executive Director which was better for us in the long run. We are healthier today as an organization and even though she will not join our Board of Directors, we admire her and would recommend her if your having compliance issues.

My husband and i used Michele Dobson Wilson for the preparation of our Living Trust that that was somewhat complicated. Michele was very professional, extremely knowledgeable on these types of legal documents, answered all of our questions, and made recommendations.
In addition I also have first hand knowledge of Michele's legal expertise and professionalism as I am on the board for a non profit and Michele represented our non profit in a wrongful termination suit brought forth by an ex-employee. Angelle is wonderful to work with! Kristina brought a number of things to the table in my case. She brought the experience of Chris Morales, since they reviewed my case together and at no time was he not available instantly on her phone, including crucial court dates, in real time. She was also glad to drive to Marin or wherever required. She put a lot of time into my misdemeanor case, which had gotten a bit complex due to me missing a court date. Multiple appearences and then during the appearances I heard her heeled shoes clacking back and forth several into the bowels of whatever judge's Chambers the District Attorney's office she needed to visit to get the results I requested which in the end were 24 hrs community service and 5 hr class.

She is the best Attorney I have ever known ! , she went above and beyond and never stopped.
My daughter was going through a very rough divorce and had started with another well known law firm and they were so lax and had done a very poor job in representing her . , she was in tears and asking me to help her find a good attorney , I contacted many a discussed the case they all just said come in and we will talk . I then called Ms Harris and she talked for about an hour and was so reassuring , my daughter and I went in and it seemed like she was an angel sent to us by heaven , she took on this case that had already went to mediation and we thought was hopeless , she stepped in and took it all the way to trial , I thought I was watching a movie she took over and just had me in aw , her ex had hived a well known attorney and we thought we were beating a dead horse so to speak but she went in the court room as she did with us before and by the way she always was good in court , and she started off with penalizing the other attorney for not have filed and serving all the proper paper work , ( now remember this attorney was from a lg well known firm ) and that set the stage , they could not speak at all , she then proceeded to present her case for about three hours , it was amazing , it should of been filmed for a how to movie , at the end it was better than expected all of her demands were granted , I just have to say if you don't choose Ms Harris you would be making a big mistake , her daughter is her assistant and is just as good as her mother and together they are the best attorney team I ever ! , they pay attention to all details and it dose make a difference , they gave us peace in our home and saved my grand daughter from harms way , thank you again !!!!!

I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. The California DVM revoked my son's driver's license for not getting a medical exam as recommended to them by a California Highway Patrol Officer nearly a year a half ago. He was never notified to get a medical exam or that his license was revoked. Last December he was stopped for a stop sign violation. Surprise, my son's license was no good. He gets a stop sign charge (which he pleads guilty) the license he has in hand gets taken and the car is towed to the impound yard. He gets charged with a misdemeanor. My son got his license reinstated. Mr. Harter straightened the legal requirements out and met with with court at each step of the way. No charges were upheld by the court.

I was arrested and charged for felony domestic violence and violating a restraining order. I hired Dean to represent me. Dean skillfully obtained additional information about my case which resulted in the District Attorney dismissing all charges against me. Dain is a brilliant and caring attorney. Dain was able to help me a situation that had a deadline. He was able to get the issue taken care of and in my favor. I actually did not think something like this could be taken care of and it was. Every time I would call and needed to leave a message I would hear back from Dain that same day. I was never ignored and every question was important and worth explaining. Dain is genuine and you do not get that in many attorneys... I only wish I lived in CA still and he also practiced ERISA!!! I would hire Dain again for sure!!

I came to miss Calvert last year, with a domestic violence charge, I had warrants for my arrest, a battery charge, a breaking a court order charge and a vandalism charge, I was scarred as hell! I actually found Miss Calvert on this website, I got in touch and within no time at all I was free of the warrants with no arrest..she then tackled the criminal charges, ( each of witch carried a year In jail, that's 3 years not to mention possible immigration consequences witch could follow ) the DA came back with a. Few pleas, but miss Calvert handled me and the situation swiftly, with skill, precision and a smile! She was able to get just a few anger management classes and the charge will go away, with no possibility a for immigration to then get there hands on me! The best possible outcome is exactly what she gotta. She made my fear go away, she was very communicative and honest with me, I found the way she handled everything, well for no better words, ABSOLUTLY FLAWLESS! If I were the DA in Sacramento, I'd either be sending all my assistant DAs back to Law school or I'd be trying my best to recruit her! ( I'd put money on the DA at some point does try and recruit her ) she has the energy, charisma and skill none of witch I have seen I any DAs office or any law firm for that matter! Erica really impressed me with how she handled my case. She was persistent, thorough and very well organized. SUPERWOMAN!!!!! My daughter was facing 16yrs in prison for a mistake. We could not afford a lawyer. I was going to let her face these charges with public defender, I told my daughter to take a plea. My daughter said no I know I can get better. I prayed and prayed for a solution. Then I started looking for an attorney. I found Erica, thank God I found Erica. Erica said our daughters case was a passion of hers and she would fight for her if she got the chance. And boy did she show it. Mr. Fenn took over an eviction process that was done very poorly by a local eviction service. He was able to refile with the courts in Kern county, get the eviction approved by the courts.
Mr. Fenn was also able to garnish the wages of the evicted and best of all was able to get my money refunded by the eviction service. All of this was done in a very timely manner and he always kept me informed. If I'm ever in need of his services again he will be the first lawyer I contact.

I was snagged by a checkpoint in Santa Barbara, CA when driving home from a concert on a Sunday evening. I had drank 3 beers during the 3 hours of the concert and just had a slight buzz, yet I blew a 0.09% BAC. Even though I performed well on the field sobriety test, the officer must have had a quota to meet or something like that, since he cited me for a DUI.
I needed to minimize this citation so I went looking for a DUI lawyer. A friend whom Alan had helped in a similar situation recommended Alan to me. As soon as I gave Alan the details of my case he sprang into action immediately, even before I had actually retained him. I was impressed from the get-go and was pleased to hear that his retainer fee was reasonably priced and covered my complete defense.
Alan was able to get the charge down to a "wet reckless" and informed me that there was a good chance that he could prevent my license from getting suspended or restricted in any way. After it was all said and done, he did indeed prevent any driving suspension or restrictions, and I have to attend just 12 hours of DUI class over a 6 week period instead of the usual 3 months of classes.
He told me that he used a novel defense tactic that he had pioneered in Santa Barbara many years ago, and he knew all the DAs and Judges in Santa Barbara, which helped him avoid the DA who wouldn't agree to the tactic by getting my court date deferred to a day which had a different DA. This new DA did accept the proposal offered by Alan, pleasing me greatly since I didn't think I'd be able to minimize the charge as he did.
Alan was confident and reassuring throughout the ordeal. He boasted that he was very good at minimizing DUI penalties, and sure enough, he was right. He's a cocky lawyer, which is exactly what you want in a lawyer.
