I would like to say that Mr. Evans conducted himself as any and all attorneys should. When I was totally lost and clueless about my legal troubles I was facing myself and Mr Evans talked about everything truthfully. Mr. Evans took my information and case and proceeded to work on the best route for me to get help myself personally and to help me resolve these issues in court. For a whole year we stayed in communication constantly and he made sure everything I had to do on my end was being taken care of. Not to go into specifics, but Mr. Hanawalt, saved my life. He defended me at a time when racism and Darryl Gates was in office.

Richard Hanawalt is a brilliant man and knows all the angles.
Don't let his years in law confuse you with his age. He is quick, versatile and doesn't miss a trick.
He is well known and respected in this county as an attorney. This was obvious throughout the courtroom.
This man also took time for me EVERY time I needed him and was right on top of my case.
This in itself, amazed me.
Anyone who believes "Old dogs can't learn new tricks" has not met Hanawalt.
Needless to say, I am pleased with the outcome.
I don't take time to give reviews on anyone or anything unless I am truly impressed. I recommend Mr. Hanawalt highly. He represents the true meaning of a Gentleman and a Scholar.

I was arrested for concealed carry charges and Don did a wonderful job to help me get the best deal. I was going to be convicted of felony in Santa Clara county. Don spoke with the DA and I recieved a deal on my first court date. I was originally going to get a felony but it was reduced to a misdemeanor with court probation for two years and no weapons for 5. He still helps me to this day with anything and everything pertaining to my case. I am in the process of getting my record cleared. If your having trouble with any gun related offenses I would give his office a call. He's just an all around great lawyer.

George Roland is by far, the absolute best lawyer that I have ever dealt with! I was referred to him by my ex and he highly recommended him to me after I had another attorney, that by the way was the worst lawyer I had to assist me. Matthew Luzaich hands down has to be one of the best attorneys out there! When he represents you in court he makes you feel like you are his top priority. Professional, empathetic, and a relentless advocate, Naomi took hold of my case and rid my life of an extremely detrimental problem.
It's cliché but true: sometimes the mistakes of the past come back to haunt us. And after making a stupid mistake when I was 19 and being arrested, pleading no contest, completing my sentence, having my record expunged by the court, and staying out of trouble for 20 years, my record resurfaced. So much for expungement.

After serving 20 plus years as a Sacramento Police Officer, I was accused of dishonesty, neglect of duty and making false statements. Not too bad, right? This guy was good- knowledgeable, responsive, confident and respected by everyone in court. The basic thing is the attorney is an expert and regular people that don't the law and court stuff are scared shitless of what the legal system can do to our lives.
Demetrius stepped in and was an expert. He couldn't change the facts of my case, but he could make my rights count and bring to light the laws and options that benefited me to the court.
I had alot going on at that time. He could see I was stressed and took the time to explain what was going on and what strategies he could employ to lessen the damage of my case. I really appreciated that approach.

At first when I could not post bail JP visited me in jail a lot, kept me sane. Then he got my bail lowered at a bail hearing and I eventually posted.
Throughout my case he always kept me in the loop and invited me over to his office in SF to review evidence. We ended up settling for something I was very happy with.

Had a motorcycle accident a year ago, was overwhelmed with the amount of work and hassle it would take to deal with my claim and get the medical issues sorted out between the insurance companies. This guy is legend in Ventura County. Law students go to his trials to learn how to cross-examine a witness. I wouldn’t want to oppose him in court, but my nephew was lucky enough to be referred to him by a judge who is a family friend. Thank goodness. This lawyer spends hours poring over his cases and returns calls and emails promptly. My nephew was wrongly accused, and two other well known attorneys in the area, DL and RB, told him to plead guilty. Robert

The charge against me was a misdemeanor hit and run. I was very nervous and fearful, because I have never been in trouble with the law. Amie has saved me so much grief with my legal problems. Initially after being cited for a DUI I debated whether or not to hire a lawyer and was eventually convinced by a friend to do so. I cannot express how glad I am that I chose to do so. Amie basically paid for herself because of the money she saved me. In addition, and probably more importantly, she prevented a criminal conviction by getting my DUI reduced to a wet and reckless, which kept me out of jail, eliminated community service requirements, having to get a breathalyzer in my vehicle and extended DUI school. I recently received my first DUI and had no idea what to do. I got some advice from some friends of mine to get a lawyer, so I went on yelp and found Amie's firm (5 stars). Amie promised to leave no stone unturned. She checked all of the facts out to ensure the DA was justified in their accusations, and that they followed all of the legalities behind issuing a DUI. With some remonstration from Denis White, the lead attorney there, and Amie's compilation, coordination and implementation of the case, my sentence was reduced to a wet and reckless. I could not have chosen a better attorney. They consoled and counseled me through the process, and never once gave me sales lines or jargon in an attempt to take advantage of my ignorance regarding due process. Amie was hardworking, honest, and very easy to talk to about one of the worst experiences of my life. The rate for their services is very do-able as well, and extremely worth it.
