Hanif provided consultation on my father's potential bankruptcy filing. After assessing the facts, he was honest and direct: bankruptcy wouldn't protect my father's assets against a pending civil suit. I have been a long time permanent resident for 30 years. In my early 20's I got mixed up in drugs and picked up some very serious drug convictions. My green card was expiring last year so I decided to submit my application for naturalization. I went to my interview and was detained and a deportation order was issued against me. I was detained for 30 days. Meanwhile my family called attorneys and many turned us away with no hope on relief in my situation. Fabian was one of the only attorneys that saw hope in my situation. My family hired him and he showed up in immigration court and I was released on bail. 8 months later I had my first court appearance where Serrato law was able to get my deportation case terminated based on a decision from the 9th district court only 2 weeks before my court date. The government agreed and my citizenship app was approved. I couldn't be more happy with these guys. Highly recommend. These guys know there stuff. Thanks guys!!!

Fabian Serrato was hired to help my husband with his immigration status and he has a done a great job! Filling out paperwork, communication, informing us status of the case etc...the experience has been great and the staff is very helpful and very respectful. Jahzeel is one of the true gems out there that truly had my best interest in mind. She performed miracles for me and was ridiculously fare with me in her fees. I cannot say enough good things about her. I was on probation when I was cited with a new case out of the same courthouse. I was at my lowest point and tremendously scared. I did not want to go to jail. A family friend referred me to Ms. Osejo and I am so thankful they did. Ms. Osejo did a lot of hand-holding for me and I truly felt that she care about me and my case. She was able to handle my VOP and new case very effectively. I also didn't have to show up to court THANK GOD. Ms. Osejo called me after every court appearance and kept me in the loop. Attorney Osejo was recommended to me by a family member. I am a commercial driver and was afraid of losing my class A license so I had to make sure to choose the right attorney to help me. Ms. Osejo contacted the police officer, negotiated my case and went to court several times for me. She kept me updated after ever court date. She was aggressive and determined to get my case dismissed. Today's call was the best news I could have received, Ms. Osejo told me my case had been DISMISSED!! I received a DUI. I was going home and the cop pulled me over for swerving into the other lane. Eran got the case dismissed before it went to trial on a motion to suppress the stop. Eran successfully argued that the cop didn't have probable cause to pull me over so everything after that was suppressed including the breath test. Great job.

I hired Eran for a custody matter between me and my ex in Las Vegas Nevada. Eran gave me a good price and made himself available to me whenever I had a question (which was almost every day). Eran is very good at sticking to the issues and not focusing on all the drama that comes with a breakup. I'll use him again and refer him to any friends that I have.

First you WON'T find a better attorney than Stephen M. Rios! He is well respected in his field. He is thorough and will get the job done with complete and utter satisfaction. I went through such a very nasty 5 year divorce, that it wasn't even fun or funny. On the brink of many nervous breakdowns throughout this process, Steve was nothing but professional and supportive. Steve explained things that he would was going to do to counter the complaints, false accusations, and led me through the process that I felt confident I was in good hands. When I was on the witness stand he made my case rock solid. He was always there for me and will be for you too. I've seen how other attorneys approached him. Like I said, he is well-respected in his field. I believe after watching him in action that other attorneys knew they had their work cut out for them. He knows the law and he is there to help his clients. Even today I can count on Steve for a bit of advice and he is always there to assist. I am blessed that I met Steve and that he will forever be in our lives (my daughter and I). Even at the age of 10 through 15 my daughter recognized too how valuable Steve was in helping her. I wanted to get a court appointed attorney for her since she wasn't being heard. She had a medical condition that her father was prohibiting her from getting her medication and it was destroying her ability to function and get a good education. Through Steve’s help we got a court appointed psychiatrist to evaluate her and make a decision that helped her in her life. Without this intervention she would have had so many struggles and she was a gifted and sweet child. Through the process Steve made the case clear through evidence and the law that helped secure her future as a happy one. I had Chris represent me in several cases. At first I didn't want to hear what he had to say, because I didn't think I was at fault for what I did. I became willing to take the proper suggestions and take care of myself while he took care of my case. He fought and fought in the courtroom and helped me sever my case and come to a reasonable conviction. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone, however I think its important for clients to remember that its their job to hold up to their end of the bargain.

I was facing a charges for what was basically something I wasn't even a part of, (Needless to say I'm no longer friends with the person who put me into that whole situation in the first place). Another friend of mine suggested that I use her attorney Victoria. I was hesitant at first, because trusting trusting a friends judgement was what got me into this situation in the first place, but I decided to just speak to her first, and if I didn't like her I could always find someone else. Thank God I listened to this friend and met with Victoria! She was very knowledgeable and explained to me that I had a very good chance of beating my case, which was a huge weight off of my shoulders. Victoria was with me through every step of my case and she eventually got my charges dropped! I would and absolutely will recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney.

Joanna helped salvage a miracle in my case despite really terrible facts. I appreciate that she has the foresight to think about multiple case-relevant future developments. She works hard and prepares for all these contingencies. Her pleasant and welcoming demeanor makes it easy to talk to her, even when I need to share embarrassing information. I almost snatched defeat from the jaws of victory by having a problem in rehab. Joanna helped me to recover from this too. Her combination of being both savvy and friendly was crucial to producing a good result with the rehab administrators. I am certain I would be in a much worse position if I had tried to interface with them on my own. I credit Joanna for recognizing the importance for my case of helping me with those interactions, and not just what happens in court. My only regret is not acting sooner to retain her. Probably the best money I ever spent was on on her retainer.

Joanna Sheridan saved my life. I was arrested on December 14, 2006 and charged with four felony counts involved in a $ 250,000.00 fraud case. My case struggled for more than 7 1/2 years with frequent delays and lack of of requested discovery from the D.A. until my first attorney became so ill that he could not continue working on my case. At the time that Joanna Sheridan and her firm became my attorney I had lived with the daily tension, anxiety, and fear that my fate might be that I would die in prison for a crime that I did not commit. I sincerely felt that if I were to go to prison to have to survive the horror of the battlefield of daily prison life at my age of 67 years old that I would not live. During my early career I had been employed as a nurse within a California State maximum security prison and had witnessed the unpredictable trauma and psychotic behavior with occurs daily within the prison walls. I realized that I too might also become another prison fatality. My family hired Angeli Fitch while I was in jail. It was the beginning of a three day holiday, and they called her on a Friday night. Her paralegal took the call and spoke to my wife. I got a visit from her in jail the next afternoon, and when we went to court, she got my bail reduced so my family could bail me out. Her office is very professional and resourceful. It’s hard to find a lawyer that is personable, very easy to talk to and at the end of the day know their stuff. Patanisha Davis-Jenkins fits that criteria. She is very hard working attorney who goes the extra mile and doesn’t price gouge you like every other attorney I’ve dealt with. Ms. Davis-Jenkins did a Trust for me and the material was very organized and concise and she explained it me in a way that I actually understood. I wish I would have found her much sooner. I've heard really bad things about the ticket clinic. Although Jonathan never personally kept me informed, I did have someone from the ticket clinic Inform me every time that he appeared in court. At the end of the day, he ended up winning my case! I'm ashamed to say that I have another issue with the law, and I'm going to contact the ticket clinic and ask that attorney Jonathan Stout be the one that represents my case. He is awesome!!

How do you write a stellar review for an attorney you've never met? Like this... Jonathan was assigned to my case, I suppose, by Ticket Clinic - his place of employment. I was issued a very real ticket for a very bogus charge which would have cost me in excess of $600 dollars and a bunch of lost time had I not made the choice to fight it with the help of Ticket Clinic. Jonathan fought and won my case at the Compton Courthouse, which is a place I would not like to go to on a good day. Two Compton cops issued me a ticket in San Pedro, of all places, and it was, at the time of the "incident", them against me. With Jonathan's help and only $200 out of pocket on my part, we beat the rap. A very good investment indeed. Thank you Jonathan, you have my eternal appreciation.

Dan Shapiro saved my life. If it weren't for Dan Shapiro I could be in a world of hurt right now. Although I was factually innocent, serious charges had been brought against me by someone seeking to use the legal system to retaliate. And even though I did not commit the crime that I was accused of, my defense wasn't perfect. Certain factors gave the appearence that the crime could have possibly happened. Enough so, that the District Attorney's Office was pursuing a conviction. The Police officer who arrested me had decided that I was guilty or deserved punishment even though I was innocent and and made the scenario worse by lying in his police report to make me look worse. I was truly crushed as a human being, my family and loved ones were as well, very distraught over the entire event. My life had never been worse than it was at this point. All of this is over now thanks to Dan. The case has been completely dismissed. The difference between Dan and other lawyers from what I can tell is this. 1) Dan really cares about his clients. Dan really cares about other people and genuinely wants to help. When Dan decides that he will accept you as a client, he does everything he can to ensure the best result he can get for your case. 2) Dan gets to the root of the Law, stripping away the confusions and complexities which other lawyers bog themselves down in. 3) Dan has a good attitude, is intelligent and is very professional. Judges, Prosecuting Attorney's and Jury's cant help but to like Dan and give credence to what he has to say in the Courtroom. Which might make a difference in how they view your case. I hired Mr. Muir in 2005 to help my 18 year old son who was facing a serious felony. Right from the beginning he was honest with me and did not try to scare me with a lot of BS. I just picked him out of the phone book but I got very lucky! Actually, I went to see an attorney in La Jolla first but he tried to scare me out of $80,000. He said I could sign my house over to him since I didn't have that kind of money otherwise I'd be visiting my son in prison for the next 20 years. I knew I had to get out of there fast! I can't believe lawyers are allowed to do such things! Anyway, I went straight over to Mr. Muir and he charged me $15,000 without any scary scenarios. He explained things clearly and calmly so I hired him and it turned out great! He always kept me informed as to what was going on and he always called back ASAP when he wasn't in his office. My son came home in less than a year (on probation) but that's still better than 20 years! I've always thanked God for "sending" me to Mr. Muir. He is very diligent and thorough in his defense strategy. You can tell he's not in it just for the money. He really cares about people! P.S. Most public defenders are useless so my advice is, if you can scrape up the money, hire Mr. Muir. It'll be money very well spent!

I made some bad choices and was looking at 15+ years in prison. After interviewing several lawyers, I choose Mr. Muir because he was the only one that didn't try to BS me. He was honest and always kept me in the loop for the whole process. He got me a deal for 100 days instead of more than 15 years. He helped me keep my life from completely falling apart.

Mr. Muir handled a drug case for my son in the Vista Court house and managed to get the sentence to work furlough and probation. He was diligent, very responsive to any questions and worked very vigourously to assure that my son would get a fair sentence. He is not cheap--$5000 for a felony--but he gives you great worth for the money spent. He counseled my son to change his ways--spoke to him very forthright and honest but without any condemnation or blame. Mr. Muir is genuinely a very good hearted man, and he wants the best for his clients as well as to see that the law is served.

I found that Ms. Scott was knowledgeable when it came to the custody case. Ms. Scott was always professional and genuinely cared about my dayghter and and myself. She was always informing me of the status of my case and different possibilites of the outcome. If I had questions I could call anytime and if she was not available she would call back as soon as she was able. Ms. Scott showed up to court dressed very professional and understood my wishes for custody. She would talk to me about an agreement and if the agreement was bad or not to my liking then she would voice that and not agree. Ms. Scott never pressered me to do or agree to anything, instead she recommended that before I would discuss anything to contact her. I had talked to a few lawyers in the area and all of them seemed to busy to sitdown and discuss my case, others would purse an expensive case. Ms. Scott made me feel comfortable and eager for me to dicuss my case. Ms. Scott would also inform me if doing something was a bad idea and educate me on a different approach, that was effective and saved time and money. I will use Ms. Scott to represent me in the future and I would recommended her to anyone needing legal assistance for a fair price and comfortable no pressure representation.

I am a father and I could not have gotten my daughter back in my arms without the tremendous work done by Alexis Scott. I now have my five-year-old daughter back in my life AND with full custody after her mom abducted her and fled the state in 2009. Attorney Ibrahim assessed my case with the California State Bar effectively and efficiently, and then provided a strategy that included instruction, education, forms, preparation and presentation of the required forms and reports that specifically addressed the inquiry and concerns of the State Bar investigators. At just 21 years old, my entire life changed, I was facing multiple false accusations resulting in multiple felony charges and facing a possible lengthy prison sentence. I do not come from money, I’ve never been in any legal trouble, I’ve never even had a speeding ticket, and all of the sudden all of my money was exhausted fighting this and it was looking as if I would be serving time for a crime I didn’t do. Let me start off by saying I can't thank Logan enough for all his hard work. He took on a family member's case, which was very intense. Logan took the case head on and helped us remain calm through out the entire case, which felt like a roller coaster as we hoped we wouldn't hear the worst during each court. Logan was reassuring the whole time and responsive. He was in constant communication with all of us, and there were many of us constantly seeking updates. There was no question that was too dumb, nor did it phase him when I asked the same questions rephrased, as I wanted to make sure I understood. He was always very professional and checked in with us before walking into each court to give us a run down of what to expect, and gave us a summary as we walked out of court and told us what the next steps were. This case was a big deal because we were looking at a 10-15 year minimum sentence, and he got us the best deal possible. Jail time came out to 270 days. 270 DAYS! How Logan did it, I don't know, but he truly worked him magic and fought hard for us. I could not thank you Logan enough times, he got us out of a life altering jam. Highly recommend him!!

I'd like to start this reviewing by stating that this was my first time ever finding myself in legal trouble and it was for a false accusation that threatened to destroy my business and career, and, as the sole provider for my family, it put us all at extreme risk. Needless to say, this situation was horrifying and highly traumatic. I found myself in a place where I desperately needed someone to fight for me, hear me, and protect my business and my family.
