I lost my father in a sudden, tragic accident, and did not want to deal with the insurance company, so I hired Adrian to represent my family. What was supposed to be a quick open-and-shut case (which the insurance company would have loved) ended up being much more, thanks to Adrian's research and expertise. He saw my family was deserving of more than the insurance company had offered, and fought hard for a fair deal.

Mr. Galasso was very compassionate from the very moment that I spoke to him on the phone. I was charged with a DUI with an automobile accident. Mr. Rosinsky came to the accident site with me, and took many pictures. On the very first arraignment, Mr. Rosinsky spoke for a long time with the prosecutor. It was agreed that proof beyond a reasonable doubt would not be able to be proved, So the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case.

I was arrested for a DUI back in 2003. I was totally at fault and suffered the consequences however Robert totally had the charges minimized for me as the DA tried me for 2 counts. Robert handled a case for me when I was arrested in Hillcrest by the cops for falling asleep in my car on the side of the road. The police accused me of being under the influence of drugs, and took me to jail. Robert was very fast acting and kept me informed on my case the entire time. He was successful with his negotiations in court and no bad marks were put on my record. I would highly recommend Robert.

A few weeks ago, we posted that Fred Anderson had quit our friends suit and was quite upset. Later we had found out that Fred Anderson had not quit and was proceeding with trial. My wife and I were there through the first two days of trial. Watching Mr. Anderson through the glass door, you could tell his passion for the truth and his total dedication to our friends situation, and at times could hear Mr. Anderson through the glass getting his point across to the courtroom and to the presiding judge. During this process, getting ready for trial, having to be here or there, Mr. Anderson always kept our friend informed and gave the facts of the case to him, without sugar coating it. His strength, courage and knowledge of this type of the law was beyond, what we would ever think was out there and saw a master of his craft working hard to prove that his client was wronged. To sit with Mr. Anderson you can tell his mind is working constantly, doing every sceneraio that he could imagine, thinking of what ever law he needed to be brought in on this case and kept looking at the trial steps ahead of time. While questioning myself and my wife, Mr. Anderson helped us with the questions, engaging us to relax and think about our answers and answer them clearly as we could recall. Mr. Anderson never made us feel inadequate while questioning us and thanked us several times for standing by our friends side. So to you Mr. Anderson, we sincerely apologize for "jumping the gun" our our last posting. We had been misinformed and just took that information as the truth. You are a man of a fine art and you have the wisdom beyond all others when it comes to the law and helping your client with delicate issues, was well done. Even though that day the court didn't decide in your favor, you still won this case in our minds. It's sad that they don't give 10s in this case, as watching Fred Anderson go from aggressive, to passive, to aggressive on this case, made me scratch my head at times. Watching him was a true art form while fighting for his client and keeping the composure through-out this trial was a rare site. Fred Anderson looked, acted, and dealt with the matters that were handed him in the ut-most professional design. We were a little worried as there were times he seemed out in a zone, but it was that he was searching for the law, the words, the fight, to win this case. He came across as posed and as professional as anyone we had ever witnessed before. He knew what he was up agaist yet, he bowled right through it as he had a job to do. He won this case in our minds, but the jury didn't see it that way, that day. I would reccommend Fred Anderson to anyone I know that has a legal problem. II came across this attorney several years ago; from the minute I expose him my case, I was able to feel a sense of being in excellent hands to look after your interests. He heads a small law office, which I find it to be of great benefit, as you get to talk and meet directly with him, EVERY TIME, and NOT with a secretary or a paralegal! The landlords of the home I had rented for 4 years put the house on the market while I was still living there. I endured 2 invasive open houses where I was asked to vacate the premised as well as required to make the home presentable. When the home entered escrow, construction to shore up the foundation ensued. The foundation work required a crew of 4 to crawl under the one story cabin to dig out dirt.
They started at 7:00 in the morning. I caught one of the laborer looking up from a hole in the floor in my bathroom, feces were left in my backyard as well as a pervasive urine smell. This went on for 3 weeks. The landlord did not reduce my rent or compensate me for this disturbance or my time. Nor did they intend to pay relocation costs when the house was sold and I was evicted. Mr. Fraser was able to secure $5,000 relocation fees and free rent for my last harrowing month in the home as well as full refund of my rent deposit and a little extra for my pain and suffering. This allowed me the means to relocate without further stress.

The car I purchased kept having problems that could not be repaired (continous break failure, air conditioner/heater did not work, windows got stuck). The dealer was able to make some repairs but I had to keep taking it back for the breaks. Jemal was very helpful and thorough all the way through until my case was resolved. I was very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and follow through. I always knew the progress of the case and never had a doubt that I had the right lawyer. Emily is an Amazing Criminal Defense attorney! Emily will see through all lies and deception. Emily's closing arguments are incomparable to any other attorney. Emily is the ONLY attorney I've ever seen make a DA mad, because Emily's knowledge and comprehension is way above that DA here in San Joaquin. Remind you she did nothing insulting or rude.
Emily is completely fair across the board and will not sugar coat things for you. She has told me im wrong for doing certain things but corrected me and gave me advice rather then shunning me.
Pricing? abnormally cheap for an attorney.

But to sum things up. She beat a case that would normally be seen as unbeatable.

We are forever indebted to Don. He brought an expert witness(retired CHP) who was outstanding as well !
He filed a motion for suppression of evidence as my fiancé was pulled over for a vehicle violation for failure to use his blinker.
He was able to prove that this was an unlawful pull over and arrest as the officer was profiling. He got the officer to admit this on the stand !!! All charges were dropped as the evidence had to be thrown out. He was caught with 8 lbs of marijuana and got off scott free. He was facing atleast 1 yr in jail and up to 5 yrs. When I was younger, I received a Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Sandy was able to get the charge dismissed. As a young adult, I wrongfully received a speeding ticket. I recorded the entire encounter with the police and was able to provide Sandy with the video along with other notes. Once again, she was able to get the charge dismissed. She spoke with the police officer before the case was brought to trial and convinced the officer to drop the charge. Sandy is very knowledgeable and an expert criminal attorney. I had been charged with a DUI back in February in Burbank and Sandy was successful in not only working the plea down to a wet reckless, but also in getting the fines and accompanying alcohol classes waived as well. I would strongly endorse Patrick R. Campbell for being a legal advisor, counselor or attorney for business related legal issues. In my case, a business legal issue involving litigation that involved myself and another family member, I needed an attorney who was in the business of performance not taking retainers and billing..
I went through 6 attorneys for a specific legal matter including Patrick who out performed all of them. Do yourself a favor and call Patrick - he is not stand-offish, and has no hubris; holier than thou attitude that one may or may not come across with varied attorneys.
I would also add that Mr. Campbell provides quality legal services, which I have found is rare in the Bay Area. By quality I mean he takes quality time in seeing legal matters through. He returns phone calls. He returns emails - - promptly. Not days or weeks. Patrick also spoke to me with respect and a great degree of graciousness. Rare characteristic to find in an attorney. I contacted James when I was arrested for a DUI. I am a control freak and when it came to my babies, I was panicked at the though that my soon to be ex-husband would take them from me. Finding Jacob was the best thing that could have happened. I had an ex-girlfriend who was stalking me and making my life miserable. One day, she was banging on my door for hours. When I tried to leave, she chased me in her car and ended up rear ending me. I got out of my car and was trying to pull her keys out of her ignition and some witnesses saw that and called the police. They arrested me for felony domestic violence. I hired attorney Joel Hoffman and he immediately called the court and had it reduced to a misdemeanor. At the hearing, he was able to have the charges further reduced to misdemeanor trespass with minimal fines and no jail time which I was very happy to accept, considering what it could have been. This was a very stressful time for me since I had never been arrested before in my life but Mr. Hoffman really helped me through the whole nerve racking process. It would be hard to overstate just how professional Nigel Witham is. After getting arrested for DUI, I shopped around *a lot* for my lawyer, calling at least 15 different law firms. I chose Gold and Witham after calling them and seeing that Nigel Witham (1) knew much more about the court where I was going than anyone else I had called (Nigel could instantly rattle off the name of every judge at that court, as well as their reputation for being either harsh or lenient); (2) he was incredibly professional and polite; (3) he was willing to talk to me for a long time and answer all my questions. I find that some DUI lawyers, like doctors, want you to sit back, shut up, and let the "professionals" handle things. Nigel was not that way: he would always answer any questions I had about my case or about the DUI process in general.
Yes, he was a bit pricier than some of my other options. But he was well worth it. Where some lawyers whom I talked to told me that they would have me go to court alone on certain pre-trial dates, Nigel went instead of me and didn't even ask me to come along! He saved me countless trips to court in the run-up to the actual hearing date, trips I would have had to make if I hadn't had a lawyer or if I'd hired a cheaper, more hands-off lawyer.
Nigel knows his stuff. Ask him any question, however bizarre, about DUI law in California, and he can give you the detailed answer right away.
Furthermore, he and his secretary treat you with the height of professionalism. Nigel was professional even when I was not. About a month after my sentencing, I had to reappear in court after having missed an alcohol education class that I was court-ordered to go to. It was 7:30am in the morning, I was due in court at 8am, and I was lost in Westminster (I had left the house without directions because I had been sure I knew how to get there from memory). I called Nigel at that time in the morning, practically panicking about the fact that I was going to miss my court date by being late (to not appear in court when you are told to appear is very bad! I don't suggest you try it!). He calmly helped me out and got me to the court on time. Bear in mind, this is AFTER my original court date, and technically, he was no longer my lawyer. Our original contract only said that he would be retained as my lawyer until my sentencing took place. Well, here I was, after my sentencing, having screwed up on my probation, lost, calling him at 7 in the morning in a total frenzy, and he still helps me out even though he is no longer getting paid for it. You will not find another lawyer who will do that for you in the manner that he did, I feel pretty certain.
Anyway, I ended up getting my DUI charges reduced, and I was only convicted of a Wet Reckless. Mainly this was due to the facts of my case, but it was also due to Nigel's hard work on my behalf. The important thing is this: with Nigel as my lawyer, I feel confident that what I got was the best I could have gotten. With some other lawyers I talked to, I probably always would have wondered if they had really done the best job possible to get me the best deal possible. But I know that Nigel did.

Living on the Central Coast a home rental deposit is much more than a drop in the bucket. As I have always left homes in better condition than when I moved in- my landlord's illegitimate claims in order to retain my deposit came as a complete shock.
