It was traumatic of course but Sharon Lieblich not only did a great job as a lawyer, but as a human being. I truly grew to love her. Attorney Ryan and his team are great at helping their clients, not only from getting out of trouble but also from staying away from trouble. Ryan is kind, and patient with his clients and their families. Taking his time to explain the law, what's expected and how to go about with fixing the problem even before the case appeared before the court.
With Ryan experienced advise, My son was able to take all the required classes and carry out the required community service hours even before the judge requested for them. These exercise completely changed his concept of what he used to understand as his right, and responsibility of a careful driver with safety in mind.

When I received a reckless driving charge, I was researching law firms to hire an attorney to represent me since I did not want this on my record. I had talked to multiple law firms, but Ryan was the only lawyer who made me feel at ease with my charge since he took the time to explain next steps and potential outcomes of the charge instead of just informing me what to do and how much the service would cost. Originally, I thought my case would be reduced to improper driving, but once I told Ryan that I wanted it to be dismissed, he tried to assure me that he would do the best he can without getting my hopes up. Mr. Robinson is phenomenal! He went above and beyond for me. He was always there when I called or was quick to return my calls throughout the process. Mr Easley is by far the most professional and best lawyer I have ever had. He listens and fights for you to the end. I found that Mr. Crowley had a high level of integrity and knowledge, and seemed genuinely concerned about the case as an individual, rather than just another case number on the dock. During the trial, Mr. Crowley asked all the relevant questions, reviewed all the documents of the opposing counsel, he found the inconsistencies with the plaintiff’s testimony, and was VERY concise with the cross examination. I spent a lot of time searching for an attorney that has experience in handling expungements in VA. VA is one of the toughest states to grant expungements and to handle it by yourself is pure stupidity.
The next couple of days I spoke with many different attorneys via telephone and office consultation.
Office: I visited Mr. Vincenzes Law firm in Fairfax where I was greeted by his secretary staff and offered coffee until my appointment time.
Consultation: Mr. Vincenzes explained how the expungement process would work and what was needed from me. We agreed on a very reasonable price for 2 misdemeanor expungements.
Mr.Vincenzes and his partner Josh understood the urgency I was facing being a college graduate wanting to enter the Law Enforcement profession. I did not want this youthful mistake haunting my future.
Mr. Vincenzes and Joshua kept me informed and updated me with any news relating to my case.
Court: The prosecutor was hesitant to approve BOTH expungements. However, Mr. Vincenzes did not go down without a fight. He was able to explain to the judge every reason why it should be granted. Believe me, This is an attorney that is very skilled ( I trust him with my life). His Experience & knowledge in the courtroom and law is magnificent.

When I was charged two, yes two i really thought my life was over. I had never been in trouble with the law and I was personally battling anxiety depression, and PTSD. The criminal charges were false alarm calls to Loudoun County EMT and deputies and the second was in Fairfax County for disorderly conduct. Fortunately, I went through AVVO and found Brent and his right hand man Sean ( a former prosecutor.) This is the BEST DECISION I MADE. TRUST ME. All got plead out and no jail time for me. I will always remember how thoughtful and considerate they were towards me and as caring. They took their time and really i can’t thank them enough. I got stopped for reckless driving in Fairfax. I know that it's not the most serious offense in the world, but I was still pretty scared once I read up on it online. So I immediately did a search for traffic attorneys in Fairfax and found Mr. Ervin. I was being charged with a very challenging felony and misdemeanor some years back. My situation wasn't the easiest though, at that time I was also in the process of obtaining legal status in this country and being charged with those type of charges was a definite and clear way to deportation; at least that's what the two previous two lawyers said about my case, "there is no point of fighting the case" they said, I was doomed and I was going to return to a country a barely knew...But my family and I didn't want to accept it, and so we kept trying! and I'm glad we did ! I was charged with reckless driving and I tried to fight it without a lawyer and that took 3 month when the judge postponed the dates even if the officer was not present. I hired Mark and he gathered all the evidence and the date of the hearing he explained to the judge how the bureaucracy of the entire court process took my time as well as the judges and the judge threw the case and dismissed the entire charge.
