Was referred to this firm after a car crash by a friend and from Day one that they took the case up, they never rested, fighting very hard to get the case done even though it involved a Government employee, ending up in the Federal courts , but Ryan Probasco was optimistic, forceful and got his staffworking to piece every bit of information together and got an excellent check for me..... Jad..was able to get my 107mph down to improper driving, in Fairfax. Prosecutor wouldn’t do anything for us so he took it directly to the Judge and got it reduced. Highly recommend, and his prices are very reasonable. He did for 1/3 The price of other lawyers.

After my son received a reckless driving ticket in September, I tried helping him out by finding an attorney. When I was referred to Andi, from the first interaction, she made us feel comfortable. The offense was significant, and there was a high likelihood that my son may lose his license and receive some jail time. This offense was not characteristic of my son's driving behavior and right away Andi clearly understood that. She skillfully engaged with the judge, and when all was said and done, the reckless driving offense was reduced dramatically to a minor infraction. A day full of anxiety and fear turned into a day of jubilation. Beyond Andi's ability to help us in the most profound way in court, she took the time to have a thought-provoking conversation with my son and I when we were done. She spent about 30 minutes, talking with us about life experiences and saying words of encouragement and support for both my son and I. We are so thankful that we found Andi, and while I hope to never need her legal assistance again, without any doubt in my mind, she would be at the top of our list if I did. Mr Easley is by far the most professional and best lawyer I have ever had. He listens and fights for you to the end. I had met with a few other lawyers prior to Mr Easley and they were certain that I was going to be found guilty but will see what they can get the to charges reduced to a “lesser charge”. I was charged with reckless driving and I tried to fight it without a lawyer and that took 3 month when the judge postponed the dates even if the officer was not present. I hired Mark and he gathered all the evidence and the date of the hearing he explained to the judge how the bureaucracy of the entire court process took my time as well as the judges and the judge threw the case and dismissed the entire charge. Mark was very professional and to the point. I highly recommend him.

I was being charged with a very challenging felony and misdemeanor some years back. My situation wasn't the easiest though, at that time I was also in the process of obtaining legal status in this country and being charged with those type of charges was a definite and clear way to deportation; at least that's what the two previous two lawyers said about my case, "there is no point of fighting the case" they said, I was doomed and I was going to return to a country a barely knew...But my family and I didn't want to accept it, and so we kept trying! and I'm glad we did ! One amazing Immigration lawyer referred her to us, and that's when everything changed for the better for me...The moment you walk into her office and start speaking to her, you realize this is no ordinary lawyer. I spent a lot of time searching for an attorney that has experience in handling expungements in VA. VA is one of the toughest states to grant expungements and to handle it by yourself is pure stupidity.
The next couple of days I spoke with many different attorneys via telephone and office consultation.
Office: I visited Mr. Vincenzes Law firm in Fairfax where I was greeted by his secretary staff and offered coffee until my appointment time.
Consultation: Mr. Vincenzes explained how the expungement process would work and what was needed from me. We agreed on a very reasonable price for 2 misdemeanor expungements.
Mr.Vincenzes and his partner Josh understood the urgency I was facing being a college graduate wanting to enter the Law Enforcement profession. I did not want this youthful mistake haunting my future.
Mr. Vincenzes and Joshua kept me informed and updated me with any news relating to my case.

Hired Ben for a misdemeanor reckless driving charge, with the possibility of jail time. During consultation, Ben was very methodical in laying out what I needed to do to prep for court. In court, Ben negotiated the terms of my penalty with the prosecutor and the officer. He pulled me out of the courtroom and explained to me the options on the table and made a recommendation.
The terms Ben negotiated on my behalf were the best I could hope for. Just a fine. No license suspension. No active jail time. The terms were so favorable that the first judge would not sign off on the terms. The second judge did, but both were furious with the prosecutor for agreeing to the terms. That is a testament to Ben's negotiating prowess and I could not be happier with the results.
