In July 2024, I was cited for reckless driving with a recorded speed of 55/96 by an officer on Access Road, VA. The gravity of the situation left me deeply concerned about the potential impact on my employment record, rental agreements, financial stability, and security clearance. Mr. Green is an exceptional, professional and very well respected and experienced attorney in the state of Virginia. After being arrested for an elevated BAC and reckless driving, I was facing mandatory jail time, large fines, possible loss of job clearance and a full one-year suspension of driving privileges in the state of Virginia. Mr. Green instructed me of the necessary proactive actions I needed to take prior to my hearing, provided feedback and was available to discuss my case even during out of office hours. Mr. Green’s commitment and experience resulted in my charges being reduced with a stricken BAC, no jail time, the ability to drive unrestricted with the provision of an alcohol monitoring device and the ability for me to maintain gainful employment.
