Unbelievable experience. I called this firm and was transferred to speak to a paralegal lady, thanks a bunch! She listened to my concern, made her own assumptions without consulting an attorney, then proceeded to tell me 'she' wasn't comfortable with the call and told me to basically take a hike and then hung up the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any company. Partners should be made aware that you have an extremely rude and unprofessional paralegal working in your company that will continue to damage your reputation.

GREAT JOB!! I hired them for a 40/25 SPEEDING ticket, and they got it reduced to a no point, non moving violation NO DMV (98-14)!!! They saved me tons on my insurance premium, no DMV points, and no record for the prior offenses. I was extremely satisfied with their service, work, and I'd hire them again!

Mary Soliman was an extremely courteous and effective attorney. In the traffic case she worked on with me, she patiently listened to the details of my case, understood my perspective and context, and helped us get the result we both wanted in the end. The headline is that Sarah Buskirk is the best lawyer I've ever encountered, working for a justly praised law firm. But the specifics mean everything. She was a calming presence on the phone, she answered with concise and informative responses via email, she looked into my eyes while explaining every step of the process, and then as if by magic, got my charges reduced to nearly nothing. But it isn't magic, it's skill and justified confidence. It's knowing who to tell and what to tell them, it's by being the best and caring what happens to her clients. The months I spent worrying, the hour and a half I spent waiting in the courtroom, all of the stress of it vanished because she knew what she was doing. Cannot recommend more highly.

I decided to reach out and ultimately hire Ms. Pervaiz after receiving positive feedback from a friend. I am extremely happy with my decision because Ms. Pervaiz was very supportive and professional from beginning to end. At the time, I was in a very tight bind and conflicted on what to do next after reading about consequences that were levied on others in a similar situation to my own.
I knew that I wanted to hire Ms. Pervaiz after the initial consultation because she was confident and provided me assurance right away. She had handled similar cases in the past that yielded positive results so I was much more comfortable after reading all the horror stories online. After the initial consultation, she gave me a list of documents to obtain so she can review, understand, and fully assess my case.
After I sent over the documents, Ms. Pervaiz made herself available every day until my actual court date. This really put me at ease knowing that I could always reach out anytime I had any questions. I only called a few times mainly to ensure she had everything she needed but the initial checklist she gave me covered it all.
On the actual court date, we agreed to meet early to go over any final questions and to explain the process in the courtroom. She made it really easy for me as she did all of the talking. She laid out potential scenarios, explained the details of each situation, and asked what outcome I would prefer.
The case ended in a favorable outcome for which I am extremely grateful. I would gladly hire Ms. Pervaiz again and have recommended her to others.

Mr. Romanick and his associates work smartly and efficiently. We hired him for a collection matter that evolved into an adversary proceeding in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have known Ed Cuccias for over 15 years; he is a great lawyer and good friend. I have had to call on him for his legal services and expertise on two occasions to assist my son after he was stopped and cited for Reckless Driving (Speed in excess of 25 mph over the posted speed limit).
Ed met with us and explained the seriousness of the offense and possible consequences (6 Points off his license, misdemeanor conviction and possible jail time). While a parents’ threats of the consequences for poor driving habits sometimes go unheeded, Ed’s explanation of the seriousness of these charges put the fear of God into my son. His knowledge of the Virginia State and county traffic court system, Police, Sheriffs, Highway Patrol and prosecutors makes him the attorney to call if you have any legal issue associated with driving violations in Virginia. In one case the charges were not prosecuted and in the other they were reduced significantly. (Why 2 offenses you might ask; same road, same time of day and my son late for work yet another time.)

When I received a reckless on the Dulles Access Road, I was pretty freaked out being an out-of-state driver. I met with several attorneys in Fairfax but none of them really struck a chord with me. I ended up going with Andrew Elders, the only one whom I didn't meet in person, because he was highly knowledgeable and clearly laid out his goals according to my needs. I appreciated his honesty and responsiveness to my questions. Andy appeared in Fairfax traffic court on my behalf and substantially mitigated my fine. His fees are also reasonable and I never felt like he was solely out to make a buck off of me. I highly recommend Andy for reckless speeding ticket situations but in other legal areas as well.

Andrew is the best criminal defense lawyer I have come across. In one of the toughest times of my life, Andrew was the light that kept me moving forward. I was referred to Andrew through a friend of mine who had hired him for a DUI case a few months prior. When I met with him to discuss my case Andrew spent over an hour asking me questions and explaining the different nuances of my case. In December of 2015, I was accused of four felonies and a misdemeanor in Lorton, Va. These charges, if convicted, carried a mandatory sentence of 48 years. I went for a trial and Ms Wright said she would fight for me and she did. I was handed a malicious indictment by a prosecutor who wanted a conviction by any means necessary (I was a retired U.S. Army veteran in deep trouble).
I knew I had a good lawyer at the opening statement, she came in strong and confident, the prosecution was out matched from the start of the proceedings. During the trial process, Ms Wright highlighted the discrepancies in the allegations made against me with pinpoint accuracy. Her cross examination of the witnesses dismantled the credibility of my accusers and during her closing arguments she tore apart the accusations, the police, as well as the state, with no fear. As a result of a three day trial, I was found - NOT GUILTY-

Attorney Caldwell is an excellent attorney and I would highly recommend her. I really do wish that I had done my research and gone to Mr.Kearney from the beginning. The first lawyer that I hired for my car accident was from a big name company in the area and a friend of mine who used to work for him recommended him so I thought what could go wrong. Practically everything from not getting back with me for two months, to asking me to resend paperwork that I had already sent in, to telling me that he doesn't believe that I would be getting much out of this case almost a year later! Changing over to Mr.James Kearney was a decision I made based off of the reviews on this site as well as his background info particularly the part related to him having worked on the side of the insurance company so he knew how they thought. If I had a question I think that the longest it took for him to get back with me was the days end but it was usually an immediate phone call or email. I also didn't feel as if I needed to constantly contact him as he kept me in the loop with my case every step of the way. I learned more about my case with him than I ever did with the previous lawyer. And I absolutely love how you get him directly and not a secretary that you hoped passed on the message to him. Since he doesn't take on more than a certain number of cases at a time he was able to make you feel like you were his only client. I wasn't just another case to him as he was very concerned about my injuries and hopes that I can get back to my profession some day. Regarding the case itself we settled for everything that we asked for! A far cry from the previous attorney saying that I wouldn't get much at all! He fought hard for us and we didn't even have to go to court. The last thing that I want to do is go through another car accident but if I did I know exactly who to call without hesitation and you better believe that I will be giving his info to anyone who might need his expertise. I received a misdemeanor charge in a different state, which I was not convicted of. Unfortunately, the pending charge resulted in Fairfax County denying my CCW permit renewal without cause or due process. I found Mr. Frazer on VCDL's website and gave him a call to see if he could help me. Not only was his experience in firearms law vast and impressive, he also took a genuine interest in the application of law within this situation. He offered to work on either an hourly or flat fee, which was helpful as well. He kept in constant contact with me regarding both the case status as well as any information he might need from me.
Mr. Frazer presented all legal options to me during the process. For example, should we have lost, it was wise to have a stenographer there so we would have a court record to appeal the decision.
When we arrived at court, he presented a very well researched, developed and precedented argument. The judge was very impressed and agreed my case was "very well founded."
John really helped me out, and was professional, honest and up front about the entire process. He helped me renew my permit which was denied on false grounds to begin with.
I'm positive he is not only a good lawyer, but a good man, and has a firm grasp of the Constitution and the applied law associated with it.
