Hired Ben for a misdemeanor reckless driving charge, with the possibility of jail time. During consultation, Ben was very methodical in laying out what I needed to do to prep for court. In court, Ben negotiated the terms of my penalty with the prosecutor and the officer. He pulled me out of the courtroom and explained to me the options on the table and made a recommendation.
The terms Ben negotiated on my behalf were the best I could hope for. Just a fine. No license suspension. No active jail time. The terms were so favorable that the first judge would not sign off on the terms. The second judge did, but both were furious with the prosecutor for agreeing to the terms. That is a testament to Ben's negotiating prowess and I could not be happier with the results.

Few months ago I got a reckless driving ticket , I talked five or six lawyers before I decided on Mr.Clingan. it was my first time going to court for anything so I got a free consultation. Mr.Clingan took his time and gave me a very descriptive overview of my legal options , and what he could offer, his rates are very fair, and he doesn’t use fear tactics to get your business. Mr.Clingan is very responsive to texts/calls and he seems like one of the few who genuinely care about their client. I am extremely pleased with his services.
I also agree with the other 5 star reviewers he seems to be the best traffic attorney in the area. I’ll be referring him to any family or friends who end up in a similar situation.

I've met Mr. Nourse when he took a court appointed case in Fairfax VA. I've realized right away that he was different. He reminded me of what I used to believe lawyers stood for when I was just a innocent and naive child. I've had dreams to become a lawyer as I believed they were supposed to stand up for the weak, innocent, & even poor but punishes and puts away the evil, dangerous & harmful people. So imagine my shock and despair when every single attorney I've encountered or heard of has been nothing but huge disappointment, totally predictable, and only has two main goals (money & winning). But not Mr. Nourse! He showed genuine effort on his court appointed case with zero hint of negativity judgements or biased opinions. He's given us honest input and advice riddled with purely good intentions. He's also told me that it wasn't too late for me to study now to become a lawyer. He's changed my entire outlook on life and humanity and given me hope again. He never acted arrogant or cocky, while remaining steadily consistent, genuine, kind, honest, and warm. I wish there were more people like Mr. Nourse shows what true defiiniotn of lawyer stands for. Mary Soliman was an extremely courteous and effective attorney. In the traffic case she worked on with me, she patiently listened to the details of my case, understood my perspective and context, and helped us get the result we both wanted in the end. I was between a rock a hard place and had to seek help in very short order, or I would lose my home to unfortunately circumstances. When I found Brian's information, I picked up the phone, on a whim, and assumed that I'd be leaving a voicemail and then waiting for days to hear back, as time was ticking away. I believe it was a weekend evening; phone started to ring and he answered right away!
I was completely unprepared, but midst being very emotional and almost crying, I tried to explain my situation. He listened, he asked key questions, he seemed empathetic and he calmed me down by providing a few possible solutions. I hung up the phone feeling entirely different and relieved. From that point on we communicated by text message and a few phone calls, and he never missed a beat. He was immediately responsive, frank, to the point and ready to clarify my clueless questions. Long story short, he was able to stop a foreclosure within 24 hours. He then continued to guide me forward in solving my issues in a timely manner and closing that chapter of life. All of this was done without even meeting face to face (Covid). I decided to reach out and ultimately hire Ms. Pervaiz after receiving positive feedback from a friend. I am extremely happy with my decision because Ms. Pervaiz was very supportive and professional from beginning to end. At the time, I was in a very tight bind and conflicted on what to do next after reading about consequences that were levied on others in a similar situation to my own.
I knew that I wanted to hire Ms. Pervaiz after the initial consultation because she was confident and provided me assurance right away. She had handled similar cases in the past that yielded positive results so I was much more comfortable after reading all the horror stories online. After the initial consultation, she gave me a list of documents to obtain so she can review, understand, and fully assess my case.
After I sent over the documents, Ms. Pervaiz made herself available every day until my actual court date. This really put me at ease knowing that I could always reach out anytime I had any questions. I only called a few times mainly to ensure she had everything she needed but the initial checklist she gave me covered it all.
On the actual court date, we agreed to meet early to go over any final questions and to explain the process in the courtroom. She made it really easy for me as she did all of the talking. She laid out potential scenarios, explained the details of each situation, and asked what outcome I would prefer.
The case ended in a favorable outcome for which I am extremely grateful. I would gladly hire Ms. Pervaiz again and have recommended her to others.

Mr. Romanick and his associates work smartly and efficiently. We hired him for a collection matter that evolved into an adversary proceeding in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have known Ed Cuccias for over 15 years; he is a great lawyer and good friend. I have had to call on him for his legal services and expertise on two occasions to assist my son after he was stopped and cited for Reckless Driving (Speed in excess of 25 mph over the posted speed limit).
Ed met with us and explained the seriousness of the offense and possible consequences (6 Points off his license, misdemeanor conviction and possible jail time). While a parents’ threats of the consequences for poor driving habits sometimes go unheeded, Ed’s explanation of the seriousness of these charges put the fear of God into my son. His knowledge of the Virginia State and county traffic court system, Police, Sheriffs, Highway Patrol and prosecutors makes him the attorney to call if you have any legal issue associated with driving violations in Virginia. In one case the charges were not prosecuted and in the other they were reduced significantly. (Why 2 offenses you might ask; same road, same time of day and my son late for work yet another time.)

When I received a reckless on the Dulles Access Road, I was pretty freaked out being an out-of-state driver. I met with several attorneys in Fairfax but none of them really struck a chord with me. I ended up going with Andrew Elders, the only one whom I didn't meet in person, because he was highly knowledgeable and clearly laid out his goals according to my needs. I appreciated his honesty and responsiveness to my questions. Andy appeared in Fairfax traffic court on my behalf and substantially mitigated my fine. His fees are also reasonable and I never felt like he was solely out to make a buck off of me. I highly recommend Andy for reckless speeding ticket situations but in other legal areas as well.

Andrew is the best criminal defense lawyer I have come across. In one of the toughest times of my life, Andrew was the light that kept me moving forward. I was referred to Andrew through a friend of mine who had hired him for a DUI case a few months prior. In December of 2015, I was accused of four felonies and a misdemeanor in Lorton, Va. These charges, if convicted, carried a mandatory sentence of 48 years. I went for a trial and Ms Wright said she would fight for me and she did. I was handed a malicious indictment by a prosecutor who wanted a conviction by any means necessary (I was a retired U.S. Army veteran in deep trouble).
I knew I had a good lawyer at the opening statement, she came in strong and confident, the prosecution was out matched from the start of the proceedings. During the trial process, Ms Wright highlighted the discrepancies in the allegations made against me with pinpoint accuracy. Her cross examination of the witnesses dismantled the credibility of my accusers and during her closing arguments she tore apart the accusations, the police, as well as the state, with no fear. As a result of a three day trial, I was found - NOT GUILTY-

Attorney Caldwell is an excellent attorney and I would highly recommend her. I hired her for victim representation during an assault case and I was extremely nervous about the proceedings and the possibility of testifying. Attorney Caldwell had several meetings with me to make sure I felt prepared, met with me early before the court case and stayed with me during the whole trial explaining every step of the case to make sure I understood. I really do wish that I had done my research and gone to Mr.Kearney from the beginning. The first lawyer that I hired for my car accident was from a big name company in the area and a friend of mine who used to work for him recommended him so I thought what could go wrong. Practically everything from not getting back with me for two months, to asking me to resend paperwork that I had already sent in, to telling me that he doesn't believe that I would be getting much out of this case almost a year later! Changing over to Mr.James Kearney was a decision I made based off of the reviews on this site as well as his background info particularly the part related to him having worked on the side of the insurance company so he knew how they thought. If I had a question I think that the longest it took for him to get back with me was the days end but it was usually an immediate phone call or email. I also didn't feel as if I needed to constantly contact him as he kept me in the loop with my case every step of the way. I learned more about my case with him than I ever did with the previous lawyer. And I absolutely love how you get him directly and not a secretary that you hoped passed on the message to him. Since he doesn't take on more than a certain number of cases at a time he was able to make you feel like you were his only client. I wasn't just another case to him as he was very concerned about my injuries and hopes that I can get back to my profession some day. Regarding the case itself we settled for everything that we asked for! A far cry from the previous attorney saying that I wouldn't get much at all! He fought hard for us and we didn't even have to go to court. I received a misdemeanor charge in a different state, which I was not convicted of. Unfortunately, the pending charge resulted in Fairfax County denying my CCW permit renewal without cause or due process. I found Mr. Frazer on VCDL's website and gave him a call to see if he could help me. Not only was his experience in firearms law vast and impressive, he also took a genuine interest in the application of law within this situation. He offered to work on either an hourly or flat fee, which was helpful as well. He kept in constant contact with me regarding both the case status as well as any information he might need from me.
Mr. Frazer presented all legal options to me during the process. For example, should we have lost, it was wise to have a stenographer there so we would have a court record to appeal the decision.
When we arrived at court, he presented a very well researched, developed and precedented argument. The judge was very impressed and agreed my case was "very well founded."
John really helped me out, and was professional, honest and up front about the entire process. He helped me renew my permit which was denied on false grounds to begin with.
