Attorney Edari was WONDERFUL with not only my son who was in trouble, but me as a mom when I had questions. We spoke to another attorney about my sons case and all he seemed to care about was a paycheck and not helping my son. My son was facing time not only in jail but in prison, Attorney Edari worked long and hard to do what she could to lessen that time. While meeting with her and my son I could tell no one is a case number to her, they are human. She does not only care about helping with court, she stands up for that person and makes sure she gets them into a position they need. She discussed with my son getting into school, counseling, etc. She would check in with both of us to make sure things were going ok. She believed in my son changing as much as I do. My son ended up serving a month in jail and is now out trying to straighten his life up. He is with his young son who needs him. Which Attorney Edari made possible.
Attorney Edari has a calming, caring presence about her the minute you meet her. I cannot say enough about the positive encounter we had with her. I met Vata, during the most horrific time in my life, I was facing felony child abuse charges. Vata was the third attorney that I had spoken with inregards to my case. The first two attorneys seemed as though they were straight to business and that's it. That left me feeling very unsure of hiring either one of them to represent me. Finally, a family member recommended Vata. I was a little reluctant at this point because this was going to be the third lawyer that I had spoken to about the chain of events that occurred. After the first conversation on the telephone, I knew she was the lawyer for me. She clearly explained everything to me. She told me what I needed to do to improve the outcome of my case and my life. Vata has become not only my lawyer, but my friend as well. She has called or texted me to see how I was doing and she made/and is making sure that I'm staying on my obligations that I have to do to satisfy for the court. I was exceedingly worried about retaining a lawyer for my DUI case as I heard it was fruitless by many people who have been in my shoes previously.
After reading a lot of reviews, and making many phone calls to other attorneys it was evident after completing the consultation that Mr. Welch was going to be my "gamble". He was exceedingly knowledgeable, realistic, reasonable, also kind and understanding.
The outcome was as favorable as one could get in my position, which would not have happened if I had not retained Mr. Welch. I am confident that Mr. Welch not only knows the law inside and out, but will see you as a person and not just another number going through our judicial system.

My wife and I came to visit Wisconsin last year for some R and R and unfortunately found ourselves in need of an attorney. What we thought to be a simple misunderstanding quickly escalated into more and we found ourselves in a desperate situation doing our best to research available attorneys with experience and a good reputation in the area. Neither my wife or I have a record or have ever been in trouble so to speak, so we found it a bit overwhelming in differentiating which attorney would be the right fit for us so to speak. We came across a lot of attorneys but ultimately decided to go with Adam Welch. Upon our research we found Adam to be listed as Wisconsin elite when it came to law and trial cases. After retaining Adam's services, it was beyond apparent why. Not only did he live up to everything we read online and then some...He had a very polite and kind demeanor and it was obvious he cared. Let me say that again. I whole hearted believe that not only did he care, but he had our best interests in mind. Now a days, that's a hard found quality in any line of work. It did not go unnoticed. After almost a year of dealing with a less than desirable District attorney, Adam stuck to his guns and we ended up going to trial. Again, neither my wife and I have ever been through anything like this and it was beyond a little nerve racking to say the least. Adam was cool, calm and collect and reassuring the entire time. In fact, not only during the trial, but the entire time for the last year any time we needed Adam made himself available. Ultimately, a not guilty verdict was had which was what we were hoping for and thank goodness we can finally start to put all this behind us. I hope that no one ever finds themselves in a situation like ours, but life happens...Thank God we found Adam. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN!!! Adam was incredible throughout my entire OWI case. From being the only attorney I contacted that instilled a sense of confidence in me, to always being available to answer my questions and calm my nervousness, to keeping me informed through every step of the case I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Tim knows better than anyone else the tactics the police and prosecution uses, so he knows and understands how things roll if your ever facing a legal tsunami. Before I made any statements to the police, I called Tim and knew right away that he was the lawyer for me compared to other law offices I called. I was facing 7 months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines and he made it all go away. Now what other lawyer around here and top that?

Before ever giving him a dime, Tim took an hour out of his day to help me decipher my case and lay out my options. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly cares. He knows the OWI laws in Wisconsin are primarily a fee tax on the public, the field sobriety tests are designed for even sober drivers to fail, and the state statute limiting negotiated settlement before trial a ridiculous encumbrance. I would trust Tim to handle any OWI case given to him and believe he will get the best possible result for his clients.

I was fortunate that Andrea Winder represented me.
They charged me with 2 offenses, one of which is serious enough to tarnish my reputation and threaten my employment. Thankfully, within 24 hours of describing the case to Andrea, she had negotiated a reduced charge, the more serious charge dropped.
I had hoped this would be the outcome but was reluctant to believe that this best outcome could be realized. Thankfully, I was wrong. Andrea had the charge reduced to a minor ticket, and even more remarkable accomplished this goal within record time.

Attorney Nicholas Gansner acted very quickly in response to allegations about 2nd degree sexual assault from 3 and a half years prior to the report. He took his time to gather all of the facts and spoke with the investigating detective on my behalf. Nick kept me updated and informed about the strategies he was taking while working with the detective. I left all of the work to him and he took care of everything. Ultimately, the case never made it past the initial investigation and was never forwarded to the district’s attorney’s office. He was nearly always available by call, text, or email—even responding late at night sometimes. If he was not immediately available, he would reply as soon as he could. I would highly recommend hiring attorney Gansner.

Attorney Gansner worked on my very difficult and emotionally draining case for around 2 years. My confidence in him NEVER wavered! When I had things to say, he really listened and took note. He remembered and made use of pertinent information I had given him. I never felt like he left important details out that I would later need to correct myself. In addition, I noticed that he is extremely well respected by judges and commissioners as well as his peers which is very comforting to witness. Jessa is amazing. My family called her office when I caught my last case, and she was willing to come and visit me in the jail. I was accused of multiple charges, distribution, a shooting, and also facing revocation for violating my probation. Jessa fought for me the entire way, including my trial, where I was found NOT GUILTY! My revocation was dropped for an ATR of time served and now I'm back in the world where I belong. If I ever catch another case, Jessa is going to be my first call.

If you have plenty of time for things to work out, Hazelbaker is a fantastic attorney!! Very smart, very knowledgeable, very interested in both your interests and doing things right. And frankly, for most legal cases, the best way to proceed is unrushed. He's not billing you for time passed. But the passage of time softens the stubbornness of your opponent, makes them more reasonable, and allows more relevant facts to come to the surface and sort themselves out. So he does not rush things through. If you are not in a huge hurry (like you have a year or more) you'll get great service, a much better outcome, and pay a very reasonable price!!
Plus, he's a super-nice guy, easy to talk to, knows your case, knows the law, explains everything to you, honors your wishes, and is willing to go to the matt for you.

I has the pleasure of working with John after I was involved in an accident. He made me feel like a member of his family and was genuinely committed to doing his best for me. I was charged with disorderly conduct on a government installation ,I was not charged at first ,I hired a lawyer to get the charges dropped ,this case went uncharged for a year and when I received notice that I was being charged the lawyer I hired wanted more money to show up in court ...to make a long story short I had already paid this lawyer too much for doing nothing so I fired her and hired William Richard Jones. he was on the spot he came in and argued my case got the charges dropped and was done in less than an hour although we had agreed to a much higher price he only charged me for the time he spent on the case which was about 10% of my previous lawyer . He was professional and courteous at all times and showed a great concern for my case and the outcome that I wanted one of the best lawyers I have dealt with in a long time

I was referred to Brandon via the Lawyer Referral & Information Service of the State Bar of Wisconsin regarding a legal matter which other attorneys seemed reluctant to even talk to me about. We spent about an hour or so discussing my case and he gave me some very good advice. I didn't hire him because he felt that my case was out of his range of expertise, but he did provide me the name of a firm that might be willing to help me rather than just dismissing me or (worse) taking the case and not being able to do a good job for me. I felt he was very compassionate and concerned about my problem, and I appreciated that.

I hired Chris 3 years ago to assist me with FSBO transaction. He responded in a timely way to my needs, his place of business was a nice setting but when I say the transaction was all business, I mean it was all business in an almost uncomfortable way.
Let me give an example: I recently contacted Chris by email to hire him to assist with the sale of my home. I sent a personable email greeting him and reminding him that I used his services 3 years ago. I let him know I was interested in hiring him to assist with the sale of my home and how much it would cost.
I received an one word(number) email back saying - "$750.00" That is it.
So I sent a one word email back saying "no". Thought maybe he would get that is no way to treat a returning customer and you could at the very lest great them in a professional business email but I got no reply from him.
Our office visits were about as personable as his email.
