Little more than 25 years ago I walked into Andrews office with a some what complicated land deal / sub contract dispute. Well in a matter of days Andrew had the dispute resolved with both parties satisfied and relationship intact. I needed legal counsel for each of my older teenage boys, both for separate issues within a two year period (2014 and 2016). My first phone call to Wade was a message of urgency I left on his voicemail at 2am one morning because my son had been arrested and was in jail. Wade returned my call by 8am and began working for us immediately, which included visiting my son in jail. He took the situations with each of my boys seriously; he was eager to help and was great with keeping us informed, we didn't feel like just another number. My son's crimes were wiped of their permanent adult record and their probation terms were reasonable as well. His expertise in the law, as well as his personal interest in helping others, gave us great peace of mind. I felt my boys were well represented and as a parent I felt supported.

When I first ended up in my legal problems, I was afraid, confused and frustrated, I found Wade from online and decided to contact him, it was the best decision I ever done in my life!
He is extremely confident and knows what he is doing, he told me he never lost a felony case in his long career, and to my expectations I walked away from my serious legal problems ( 11 felonies) .
I tried other lawyers before, but no one ever like Wade. He gave me his personal cell phone, always answers or texts back. He actually cares about his clients like family!
If it wasn't for Wades hard work and determination I wouldn't be writing this review right now online, I would of been writing letters to my wife from prison.

I am almost fifty years old and have never had a run in with the law. I had a momentary lapse of better judgement and was facing six months in jail at the behest of the complaintent which I had never met in my life. Long story short, attorney Karen Phillips was able to work with me and the county prosecutor to resolve the the case to all parties satisfaction.

I had a very serious case in which jail time was on the table and had Karen not been my lawyer, I couldn't have said that I wouldn't serve time. I was facing two felonies and a misdemeanor. Her experience and knowledge was a must with my case and her work ethic for me was next to none. She's very easy to talk to and someone that's very genuine, honest, trustworthy, and understanding. In a tough time Karen was there for me and my situation and was willing to work with me as my main residence is out of state, in California. When it was all said and done she worked out a deal that handed me probation with no jailtime and essentially my life back. What was such a hard case and even harder time, she always gave me the peace of mind. I wouldn't do it again without Karen. THANKS KAREN!

It took me a while to write this review because being arrested is a difficult experience and I've had a hard time looking back on it, but I'm writing it now because Richard went above and beyond for me when I really needed someone.
After I was arrested Richard came to court immediately to help me and got me released from the holding cell within 30 minutes on a personal bond, meaning I didn't have to pay any bond. Had he not jumped into action right away I would have been stuck by myself in that holding cell over the weekend.
Richard is an attorney who truly cares about the rights and freedoms of the people he represents and I am so grateful he was there to help me when I needed him.

Without Dustyn I wouldn’t be doing as good as I am now, and I wouldn’t know how the rest of my life would pan out. Not only did Dustyn help me get into a program where I would not be convicted of any of my charges, felonies to be exact, but he related with me. Not in the sense of getting into trouble, but he knew what it felt like to be in a rough patch and so he sympathized with me. He also talked to me a little about some other personal issues I had been dealing with for quite some time, and made me realize that I could overcome them, and not just allow them to overcome me. He gave me 2 excellent books of his that he said he enjoyed, and would help me understand and how to overcome this issue. I could feel that he truly cared about me as a person, not just for my case. I will be eternally grateful for all of the help he provided to help get my life back on track. Definitely recommend him.

I have had a few different attorneys over the years and Dean actually has helped me a few times and has even stopped charges before the police filed them. He is not like some past lawyers who just wanted to be paid and did not care about what the best outcome was for me.

Being in a gay marriage and undocumented at the time, I was both excited but extremely apprehensive about the immigration process. It can be a pretty stressful experience to say the least!
Azin is the best immigration attorney I could have asked for. Despite a few delays on my end, Azin was extremely patient, understanding and an absolute professional. Azin guided me and my wife to file a fiance visa (K-1) successfully. She was very clear and orderly with all the steps and procedures and made sure that we had everything the officers needed. After the visa was approved she also advised us through the legal procedures for marriage in the state of Michigan.
She also gave us specific guidelines for filling all the paperwork needed for my wife's green card. The officers had everything they needed and more thanks to her sound advice. I will be honest here. After lending credit to pay the debts of a friend nearly twenty years ago, and then that person failing to pay me back, I found myself in more debt than was manageable.
Bankruptcy for me seemed like failure. Over the years I had been in to see three other attorneys, one of which was even recommended by my own attorney. The entire process seemed frightening and at every turn I left without seeking help.
I found Mr Scully through Yelp just looking for help in the neighboring town. I made an appointment, met and for the first time I got clarity rather than fear tactics. He was kind and sincere and got me started right away.
For most of us, seeing an attorney is akin to seeing a brain surgeon. You hope you never have to, but at some point you might. Mr Scully made the experience easy, lowered my stress and certainly raised my confidence. I would recommend him and the entire team to anyone. Even if they can't help with your situation, I would feel confident in their referrals to someone who can.

Jason has represented me and my family many times for all types of cases, including traffic, drugs, alcohol, probation violation and fraud. He has also given me free legal advice when I didn't hire him and recommend me to different lawyers when necessary. I would definitely recommend him. He genuinely cares, he fights hard for you, he has literally begged a judge on my sister's behalf. He is direct with you, he tells you the truth on what he thinks he can do for you and he does it. I have only had positive experiences with him. He has got me out of trouble everytime and kept my record clean and he also fight for a low sentence like less probation and less drug testing. Super nice guy, always picks up his phone and gives the best advice possible, even when he's not representing me. He's always gets me in and out of court quickly and usually is one the first lawyers to be seen by the judge. Also he's super smart and thinks of unique ways to keep you out of trouble. In my opinion Chris is a true professional. He has the knowledge and experience to navigate the complex legal and justice system with ease and finesse. My experience has been filled with education, great advice and complete follow through. The legal system is filled with enormous pitfalls and confusion. Chris not only has the experience to overcome these obstacles through his experience, he has the wherewithal to see what is being put on the table, methodically address the issue at hand to negotiate and resolve the issue with a fair and clear resolution. I have hired Corey Silverstein a few different times on different matters (business formation, trademark, contract law, collections, etc) and I have also referred him to a number of my business contacts when they needed legal advice.
In every single engagement Silverstein has represented me or my clients properly. He has provided reasonable expectations, laid out clear courses of action, followed up continually and seen the entire matter to its final resolution without constant supervision. That's very rare.
What is more rare (and the reason why I am reviewing him frankly) is that Corey Silverstein acts like a normal person. I graduated from law school myself and then chose a very different career path because the idea of surrounding myself with "most lawyers" every day was nauseating.
With Silverstein I'm not on the clock if I just ask him what time it is... He doesn't try to nickel and dime me on small matters and his goal seems to actually be helping my business prosper so that he has a healthy long term client -- rather than the short term thinking much of the legal profession is unfortunately known for these days.
Put simply, if you want a real high quality lawyer whose advice you can rely on, and a person who you can talk to on the phone or in person about serious matters without cringing constantly - Corey Silverstein is the best person you can choose. Hire him... it's that simple.

Matthew came recommended to me when my husband filed against me for divorce. After a brief interview I hired him. He was very concise and thorough making sure he didn’t leave anything out that could be damaging to me down the road, as he explained my options. He took as much time as I needed to help me understand how to move forward explaining the pros and cons to help make my transition as easy as possible. He was very caring and supportive through all of it and helped me get the peaceful outcome I was trying to achieve and never tried to talk me into something that I didn’t want. We hired Attorney Martin on a juvenile court case and she got our son justice. The court botched the plea under advisement deal when it switched the case to another courtroom. When Attorney Martin discovered this glitch she advised us, went into action, ordered the transcripts, gathered all court documents, then she scheduled a hearing before a judge and presto!! The plea deal was back and our son completed his probation and now has a clean record thanks to her. We were never focused on the money to retain her services, just the outcome and what Attorney Martin could deliver and she made good. Jeff Kortes put some extra work in convincing the assistant DA to get my case dismissed. A few months ago I was charged with felony child abuse in a matter involving my son. I didn’t like the prospect of going to trial, and pleading to a reduced charge would have some bad consequences. I understand that most cases are settled during the 1st court appearance however we had to do some extra work to get a dismissal.
Jeff always replied to my emails the same or next day and I liked that he usually answers his phone, unlike most lawyers. He also asked the judge to modify bond conditions and allow me travel out of state.
Overall Jeff is a very professional, understanding and experienced attorney.

Jeff and his team did a great job managing my case. This was the worst thing to ever happen to me, but he and his staff helped me navigate this troublesome time. They kept me in the loop on what was happening with my case in the court and answered the many questions that I had for them. I hired Mr. Kortes in August 2015 to represent my son, a college student, for a probation violation for 2 misdemeanors from 2014. My son organizationally challenged, absent minded and struggles with attention (all diagnosed), and missed a recent probation appointment. As this was not his first, he was facing jail time for the remainder of his probation.
