I am so happy to share that after 6 years of putting off a divorce, it is finally over with. Uncontested made the entire thing easier than doing your taxes. A few questions you have to fill out and then they take over. As with everything else that is sold online as a service, I originally thought this was fake, a gimmick or just a scam. We'll it definitely isn't. I paid for the premium service (documents, filing, final hearing and court fees), filled out all the documents and I was basically done. I did have a couple questions at start, they contacted me within 48 hours of me requesting help and took care of the worries I had. We did the notary portion within a couple days and we're done. They contacted me and let me know that the process was in the 60 day waiting period before it goes before a judge on June 26th, 2024. The human mind always wanders and I had worries and doubts. August 27th, 2024, I received an email congratulating me that the 60 days were over, no changes were made, and that it was time to put it through to a judge. I was picking up food today, September 4th, 2024, and while I was just browsing youtube, I got a notification of a VIP email. The divorce decree was completed and signed by the judge. I can honestly say that after 4 days shy of a 15 year marriage (the last 6 we've been separated, the last 4 we've lived 3700 miles away from each other), I am happier now than at any point of the marriage. THANK YOU UNCONTESTED.

Where do i start? Amazing Law Firm and let me just say how professional Robert Swensen was with me, told me everything that was going to happened and how it was going to happened. He even went over and Beyond the call of duty, when I called him after hours he picked up and spoke with me, I don’t get that from lawyers, I usually get the answer machine and wait 2-3 business to get a response, but Robert was different he was on my case as soon as he got it in front of him. he always helped me with question and concerns I had. I got into a rough situation a little while back. I had a court appointed attorney but she wasn't doing a damn thing to help me. I met with Jesse and he said he couldnt promise me anything but said that he would fight for me. It took two years and 4 trial settings but he kept telling them that we wouldnt take a deal and that I wanted a trial and he got my case thrown out!

I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. Hands down the best law firm! This is my 1st time going through the court system and I was facing 2 felony charges from the same incident. Hands down the best law firm! This is my 1st time going through the court system and I was facing 2 felony charges from the same incident.
