My husband and I hired Mr White while my husband was incarcerated for a violation of his probation. My husband was facing being revoked on an 18 year sentence. Mr White was amazing the entire time. He gathered all the information needed and took my husbands case in front of the judge for a hearing. He was not willing to accept my husband going to prison for such a long time. Robert White won our case! He was compassionate, understanding, and would communicate every action he was making towards the case. I hired Robb after having 2 prior attorneys for a highly contested custody matter. Robb took my case on a fairly short notice and immediately got to work. My case had several layers that had to be peeled back and was complex to say the least. Robb was able to get up to speed very quickly on the facts of the case as well as my concerns surrounding the matter. Robb was always prepared for any motions that had to be heard as well as during the trial which was a seven day trial. He truly wants the best outcome for his client and he shows that through his attention to detail and open communication. I walked into Wesley’s office looking for an attorney to handle my contentious and complication divorce. Though it was no easy case, Wesley said he was up for the task. For the past year I have worked alongside him and his staff and can honestly say I was wowed by the level of knowledge and service they provide.
Wesley is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. He answers questions with the ease and confidence of someone who has an in-depth understanding of how the system works. Wesley is, above all else, honest. He does not sugar coat advice, which I greatly appreciated. It’s very easy to get bogged down on the specifics of a divorce; however, Wesley gives his opinion straight and makes sure he doesn’t waste time on things he knows aren’t going to be important in the long run.
In addition to knowing his way around the law, he is amazing to watch in court. Precise and cunning, he deftly handles arguments and testimonies and knows exactly how to manuever to get the testimony he needs.

I've been an over the road truck driver for over 24 years and Mr. Crabtree represented me in a traffic citation case that not only got me terminated from my former employer, but could have possibly ended my trucking career and which of course would have greatly impacted my livelihood. After doing some research online, I discovered Mr. Crabtree's practice and gave him a call. I was immediately given advise by his highly professional office staff in regards to my case, what I needed to do, plus, I was given an appointment time for my phone consultation with Mr. Crabtree. Weston did an awesome job helping to sort out our property heirship since we had no wills. He provided the necessary affidavit of heirship and Tenncare release form required to establish a property deed for the inherited land. He also assisted with limited power of attorney needed so that I could represent the family. He promptly had all documents registered at the courthouse so we could move forward with a property listing. Weston explained everything involved with the process and was very helpful in guiding me along. I would definitely work with Weston again and he is highly recommended!

I reached out to Mr. Gantte in reference to getting an affidavit that shows my husband as property owner by heirship. The land went from my husband’s grandfather to my husband’s mother. However, neither of them had a will so there was nothing showing the lineage for my husband.
Mr. Gantte explained what he needed to start the process. Once received Mr. Gantte was expeditious in getting the affidavit registered and verified no bills owed to any nursing home.
Mr. Gantte has a good personality, is easy to work with and explains things so that it is easy to understand. I would definitely use him again.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

Previous reviews speak volumes of this man's skills and concern for cases he upholds. He has turned a bleak and dreary, nearly irredeemable case into a hopeful, salvageable one.
Without going into too many details, I had to change attorneys and dump their mess onto Luke's shoulders. He had very little time to make adjustments and to absorb the case. This did not deter mister Durham. He took it upon himself to visit places handfuls of hundreds of miles away (out of state) so that he could 'paint a picture' and get the information he needed.
He did the work you would expect a phenomenal attorney to do. No stone was left unturned, no possibilities or options had gone unconsidered. He did his absolute best, and hardest work for me. My best interests were - and still are - in his heart. This is why he is my attorney, and why he should also be yours.

My divorce experience was a long, painful nightmare using two different attorneys. While I recognized the need for extra time due to the pandemic and court closures, my first attorney failed to respond to any type of communication. Phone calls were useless and it took me 5 email attempts to get even one response. My second attorney was more responsive to my communication, however, slow to make any moves. We ended up in court in front of a judge which was a stressful and unnecessary ending to an already irritating process. I swear my divorce could've been completed in 30 days had I have had a supportive team behind me.
Fast forward to the need to relocate out of state (like across the country out of state) with my two children and I knew I needed to find better representation. Someone who was truly prepared to fight for me as I knew it wouldn't be easy. John was recommended to me in the middle of my divorce by several people, but at that point it was too late in the case. I knew that he would be the person to turn to when it came time for this next fight because of the successful outcomes of the recommending parties.
John did not disappoint. His responses were prompt and full of useful information. He kept me informed of the process, deadlines and delays. He had a plan mapped out for me right away and made sure I understood what I needed to do in order to move the process along. He was familiar with the laws, gave me his expert opinion on what to do legally once I had moved out of state and helped me through a surprisingly quick and painless mediation process. I'm writing this after my cross country move that went off without a hitch truly thanks to John's expertise, professionalism and solid work ethic.

If I had three words to describe John Haines, it would be professional, knowledgeable and blunt. Divorce is always a sticky situation, but John navigated it like it was child's play. He's been doing this for a long time and if you think the retainer is too much to pay, it isn't. He chews gum and shoots from the hip. This does not mean he's cocky. He's just confident and that's what you need in a lawyer. Just listen to him, do what he tells you to do and it will be all over before you know it. He really isn't one of these sleazeball lawyers who is looking to overbill for every e-mail or call. I saw my ex's financials and he got billed 3-5 times a month. I never got a bill until the very end. He's there if you need him, but check your problem at the door to make sure you really need him. Divorce is emotional. He's not Dr. Phil. He's there to get you out of the predicament you're in and if it goes to court, fight for you. I appreciated his demeanor and when you hire him, you will too.

He was very professional, listened to my needs, had my sons best interest in mind, and maintained his integrity throughout my entire case.
