I found Mr. Elliott on a whim searching for somebody last minute. He was so great through my entire case. He always responded timely to me and kept me informed of everything. I am beyond impressed with the representation I received in my court case. I had a reckless driving for speeding ticket and got the desired result. I was outside the norm but this is the first lawyer that I have interacted with that was genuinely interested in doing everything he could for my case and knew my case before the trial day. I was instructed in everything I would need to do to get my desired result. I did extra community service than he recommended (120 hours vs 80) as well before trial and this helped as well. Richard helped me navigate the court day and was reassuring but honest as well as agile in the presentation of mitigating evidence. I have said as well too many times in this review but that should speak volumes to the care I received that I was not expecting. I am picky with service and they were great! 10/10 would highly recommend this law office for reckless speeding tickets over 90!

I could not have asked for a better lawyer Richard Wiley was one of thw best lawyers that I ever came across. Actually this is my first time I needed an lawyer and I was very skeptical about this sensitive case that I had but I would not have changed it in the world. Richard was very prompt, he was on time, he stayed communicated with me with things that changed, he went over and above his duties as a lawyer to represent me in my case. At the end of the case I was granted everything I wanted. Richard was persistent he stayed consistent and he wanted to make sure that i received the best outcome for my situation. Mr. Bradshaw was very attentive to everything I needed and wanted. Being the first lawyer I ever needed, he made the process as easy as possible for me. He informed me of the entire legal process being that I had no prior experience. He kept me fully informed on everything that was going to occur in court ahead of time down to the judges name. I never once worried that he would not show up to court or leave me out of the loop. He is an aggressive lawyer in order to get your needs and wants met. He is a good talker and seems to really know his legal terminology. I would recommend him to anyone.

First of all, in today's day and age it is rare to go to trial. Deals are made and unless there is a life sentence at stake or someone is wrongly accused, there will not be a trial. If I was innocent, I would have rode with Beau till the wheels fell off but like most that get charged, I was guilty as guilty gets. No need for trial. Still, I should have received a 10 year sentence under Virginia guidelines and Beau navigated me over the mountains that were in front of me in order to fight for a fair and lesser sentence. That included me staying clean and being a successful and productive member of society. We continued to push back the final sentencing date until I had to finally face my punishment. During this year and a half I put together a beautiful life and a successful future was almost a guarantee, unless the judge went by my record and the guidelines. Beau really saw the change I had made and I think that is why he made sure the Commonwealth and judge knew the whole story. He fought very hard for me and I have seen him do the same for others that were serious about changing their lives. I received 11 months. Incredible to say the least. That was 2010 and I still am in contact with him and send anyone who needs proper representation his way. My wife and 7 year old are grateful for him as well!

Even though I was still convicted, Beau was an amazing lawyer who did everything he could to at least lighten my sentence. He was successful in doing so as well! I managed to get just probation that lasted two months! I was a hard client to work with as well, but he worked around that. I've had three lawyers in my eighteen years, and this man is by far the best, the most professional, and the most caring. If I ever have any more legal trouble, I'll be sure to go back to him!

I received a speeding ticket on fairfax county parkway. I hired Mr. Escobar based on great reviews from prior clients. The entire process was hands off. I got into a little fender bender on the commute to work and the officer that showed up at the scene was more than happy to issue me a ticket. Alan Escobar proved to be the right man for the job. After an initial fairly priced consultation, Alan agreed to represent me. I provided him with all the information he requested and he took the reins and did all the work. It was definitely reassuring that I could trust my case would be handled correctly by a person as professional, sharp, efficient, and welcoming as Alan Escobar. My first impression of Mr. Escobar was a very positive one. In the past I have gone to lawyers who have been very judgmental and condescending, ultimately making me feel uncomfortable. In comparison, as soon as I met Mr. Escobar he made every effort to make me feel reassured that he would do everything in his power to help me with my case. Mr. Vandenbrook provides highly professional services at reasonable rates. As I neared my 70s, I began having some trouble driving. As a result, I had to appear twice in traffic court. As parents of a juvenile who gets in trouble with the law, the road forward is often times confusing and terrifying. Aaron was recommended to us by family friends. Even though he was out of district and was not as well versed in the juvenile system, he took on our son’s case. My divorce took almost 3 years and included such fun items as a retired National Guard officer who refused to work, sued for spousal support, refused to pay child support, had a significant problem with alcoholism, voluntarily unemployed himself to reduce child support payments, and who hired incompetent lawyers. Throughout it all, Mr. Butler was the epitome of calm, cool and collected. He held my hand when it was needed, was a shark in the court room, and got me what I needed in the divorce to ensure my children were taken care of and that I wasn’t taken advantage of.
In a time of uncertainty and chaos that was my life after my ex-husband and I separated, Ted was the one stable person I had working on my side to make sure I didn't make any costly errors in judgment based on emotion instead of logic.
His staff is top notch and worked together so that my costs were minimized…even when my ex-husband tried to do everything in his power to run up my legal bills.

I have known Ed Cuccias for over 15 years; he is a great lawyer and good friend. I have had to call on him for his legal services and expertise on two occasions to assist my son after he was stopped and cited for Reckless Driving (Speed in excess of 25 mph over the posted speed limit).
Ed met with us and explained the seriousness of the offense and possible consequences (6 Points off his license, misdemeanor conviction and possible jail time). While a parents’ threats of the consequences for poor driving habits sometimes go unheeded, Ed’s explanation of the seriousness of these charges put the fear of God into my son. His knowledge of the Virginia State and county traffic court system, Police, Sheriffs, Highway Patrol and prosecutors makes him the attorney to call if you have any legal issue associated with driving violations in Virginia. In one case the charges were not prosecuted and in the other they were reduced significantly. (Why 2 offenses you might ask; same road, same time of day and my son late for work yet another time.)

I often encountered Mr. Salvado in court while I was a law-enforcement officer. He always conducted himself professionally and ethically. He was always very knowledgeable. This review comes from someone that arrested people that Mr. Salvado defended. I always felt that Mr. Salvado really did have the best interest of his clients in mind and fought for them. I cannot possibly have enough amazing things to say about Simon Marle and his entire staff. It’s not only about the lawyer, but the support and staff behind it for me. I called Simon’s office one night, over a year ago in desperation of where to turn and what to do. If you are not a lawyer, and you are involved in any kind of legal case, things can be very overwhelming and knowing what steps to take can be tricky. I called around 6pm and Simon Marle, himself answered the front desk phone. I was very thrown off, because typically lawyer/attorneys will not handle those kinds of matters. He gave me a free consultation about 20-25 minutes on my case. Was VERY straightforward, honest, and to the point. I put my trust in him, and I have NOT been disappointed in any way. His staff, Taylor, Samantha, and Lisa truly care about the clients and really spend their time being personal with you. I love that they address me by name and not by “client”. Samantha has bent over backwards to contact other parties for me and you can tell she put’s her time into her job. She is always on top of it, super respectful and goes above and beyond. Not one time, have I been brushed off or felt like I was being annoying or I have been to well over 5-7 court hearings with Simon. Each time we have gone, it has been a complete satisfactory outcome IF not more. Simon has always been a very caring and honest man. It is really hard to find people now that do not take advantage, or who really just do not spend time with your case. He personally will pull out a file and go line by line with you and explain and questions, details you may have missed or anything you do not understand. I think for me, the best is that it runs as a family unit, and when you are dealing with family courts/judicial issues, having the same mindset in your company, reflects when the clients are in person. He is affordable and I am so very grateful that I decided to go with him. I recommend him to ANY and all my friends and family who ask for recommendations. I couldn't believe what had just happened to me, I was accused of a felony for shoplifting. No matter how I tried to explain the situation,I was ridiculed and mocked. I felt helpless and scared then I had a free consultation with Simon. Talking to him was easy and I knew I wanted him on my side. I have the pinnacle of a deadbeat ex-husband. Many think they have it, but mine can take the cake against anything you have faced. He's talented that way.
One day he seems to have woken up and decided to sue me for full custody. I had a lawyer previously who was too nice. He felt I was being unreasonable, and I think Mary did too before she met him.
He had not paid child support in, well... ever. He had not seen our child in years, and lost his legal rights about 3 years before this case.
Mary and I only had a few brief conversations before the court date, and as I said I think she thought I was being unreasonable before she met my ex. The reason we only talked briefly was because I fired my former lawyer and their was a short amount of time we has once we were in touch with each other, and it was what I wanted. I am sure she would have made time if we had it to talk before the court appearance.
Mary met with him before the case, and he agreed to pay more than he owed in back child support! I was thrilled, they amended the support to a higher amount than he was previously ordered to pay, and he agreed to garnishment. This was nothing short of a miracle.
Mary again asked me if I was willing to give him some visitation, or allow my child to travel to his place.
I told Mary I would not let my ex have visitation, and I wanted it legally removed so that he did not think he had any rights. She told me she was not sure that would happen, but she would do what I asked.
In the end he lost his physical custody too, but they allowed for a very limited visitation; to make it so he still had to pay child support! I had been asking for years to remove his rights, and the court felt sorry for him and my old council did not fight for me.
I love this woman, and have sent LOTS of people her way! I referrer to her as "Sick Em". Ex acting like a butt get Sick Em!
Oh and on top of the fact she did in one court appearance what I tried to accomplish with my past lawyer for years and $56K+, the retainer I paid was not even half used! So I got a refund! That has never happened to me with a lawyer before! (I use lawyers ALL the time)

I was falsely accused of committing a crime by an angry ex who I was not in contact with for at least 6 months. He was convicted of a misdemeanor against me and I was trying to leave the area and start fresh, until I was wrongly arrested. When I received a reckless on the Dulles Access Road, I was pretty freaked out being an out-of-state driver. I met with several attorneys in Fairfax but none of them really struck a chord with me. Michael Huyoung was a godsend for us. At age 68 I found myself in a situation I never could have imagined and was being prosecuted by the federal government and was looking at a long sentence.
Never ever in all my 68 years have I ever faced such a frightening possibility and had never, prior to that time, been involved in crime. I was informed by the FBI that I needed to get a good attorney.
