I chose to go with Brown and Gessell after my son and I were in a serious accident...and I'm glad I did. I was skeptical to seek representation but they took all of the hard work off my plate. Michael was hired to help with a case involving two cross-border jurisdictions. An amount of undue stress, frustration and mental/financial cost was unfortunately beyond normal, largely due to us having to deal with an extremely dishonest opposing side, whose counsel (a gentleman named Gaurav Bali) in a counter motion was close to facing the judge and get sanctioned due to his unethical/illegal actions on this case (which included them faking the evidence, as well as illegally subpoenaing my former employers and financial institutions). Amidst all of this, Michael was the one who actually helped manage this mess, providing much needed clarity and guidance as to what to do and how to sanction them. I plan on further retaining (and working with) Michael going forward, and highly recommend him as a person/professional with the highest standard of integrity.

I am obliged to post my review since the reviews and comments here has lead me to a right decision of choosing Julia Jayne. She is one of a kind- prompt in answering emails, calls and inquiries, approachable, honest, straightforward, witty, pro active. We’ve only met for a short time, she listened, had genuine concern, and had acted right away. My case was resolved in less than half an hour. And even after that, Julia still reached out when she has concerns. And she only charged reasonable fees. Words are not enough to thank Julia for what she has done. No one would wanna be in a position where you need to consult or hire a lawyer, but sometimes, that is life. Don’t hesitate, consult Julia. From my heart, I highly recommend her.

Joel Lueck is extremely professional and upfront. I highly recommend Joel, he is an excellent lawyer that keeps open communication. He always responded to my emails or text messages in an efficient matter. When I called Joel he was straight forward with me and did not make any promises about winning my case, however he said that he was going to try his best at pleading on my behalf. I was scared because I was charged with three traffic violations: Exceeding 101 MPH, unsafe lane change and following to close. Which meant the suspension of my license for six months according to the website of the DMV. If I plead guilty to all charges the judge told me that I was going to obtain four points in my driving record; the judge also stated that the first violation was going to remain on my record for ten years if found guilty. ( speeding over 100 MPH). So I felt the necessity to hired him via phone because my court was at Kern County Superior Court in the city of Shafter and I live in Oceanside. I wanted to avoid driving three hours away from my location. After court, Joel gave me the news of my life. He said that the only charge I was convicted of was speeding in excess of 70mph(one point). All the other charges were dismissed. For such a strong case I believe that his fees are very reasonable.

If you have any kind of personal injury claim in California, individually or as part of a class, you need to hire Chris and Kevin Moon. It's that simple. Meike is the best! She's intelligent, knowledgeable and compassionate. We hired Mieke to represent my brother who found himself charged in a criminal matter. We were beside ourselves, worrying about the outcome. We had retained a prior attorney who we felt did was not representing him properly, and would have landed him in prison. To start, no one knows what to expect going into a dirty divorce. Mrs. Brianna Davis and her team were referred to me by another highly reputable attorney. I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Star Law Firm Marshall law firm is the best. I want to thank him again. I don't think his clients are just another case to him. When I read his demand letter I had to thank him for listening to me. He not only represented me throughout the matter. He was available to answer questions I had along the way. I'm grateful that Chuck Marshall is on my side. My matter was settled before the real damage was done. I purchased a BMW Thinking they would use my capital one. “ Never do what I did, That is leaving with the car without ever seeing the contract”. If you are looking for legal representation, I can say with 100% confidence: “look no further!”. Jennifer B. Gardner is the perfect combination of a kind considerate “people’s person” and a highly professional straight-shooting “fighter”. She understands and acknowledges the level of stress a client (and parties involved) is likely to experience when situations get to a point where an attorney is needed, as well as during the process of solving a case. She also understands the power of words and is therefore a master of formulating incredible sentences on the spot; to the point in exactly the right tone that’s most effective for the moment, because she is very good at gauging a situation not only by looking at the facts in play but also taking the ‘human factor’ into consideration. Which, in my case, resulted in a tactful approach; reasonable, firm, and demanding, yet nicely wrapped in amicable non-offensive language. By the time I decided that I needed a lawyer I couldn’t see the forrest for the trees because my case involved a lot factors of which I couldn’t judge their relevance anymore. I did an online search and as soon as I stumbled upon some articles written by Jennifer I knew she was ‘the one’, because everything I read completely resonated with me. She was available for an online phone consultation the very next day and my instincts were right; we had a very pleasant conversation in which she took the time to hear me out and make sense of it all, upon which she was able to narrow it down to it’s essence and lay out several possibilities on how to proceed. A huge weight fell off my shoulders because I knew I was in good hands. In order to form the right strategy, some research was required to make sure we had all our facts straight and to cover our bases depending on different potential responses from the other party. She advised me on things I could do myself in order to cut costs. It took a few weeks and frequent communication to formulate the ultimate Demand Letter, which proved to be instantly effective because in the first phone conversation between Jennifer and the other party my demands were met, actually I got even more than I asked for! That conversation must have gone really well because the other party expressed their relief and gratitude for coming to a solution. I am convinced that the way Jennifer formulated the demand letter led to this gratifying result and that her amicable way of handling things resulted in zero conflict. There was a brief moment when some important final details needed to be negotiated and Jennifer had to play hard-ball with the other lawyer while it came down to a few crucial minutes. While driving and consulting with me, she was able to narrow down a complicated matter into one genius undeniable sentence. I was astonished! It was very impressive to see her ‘fighter’ side in action, haha! Thank you Jennifer, for being an amazing genuine human being and the most badass attorney in town!

They take on too many cases, promise you the world, and then pressure you to settle. I spent six months in a wheelchair six weeks in a hospital and had to take medicine designed to be taken for a couple of months every day of my life to walk, for an incomplete paralyzation. After everything was said and done I lost $60,000. Catherine, who was my attorney would constantly not return my calls and have her husband call me. When you ask for a copy of your file, they refuse to give it to you. I had written them a good review just to get them to leave me alone as the pressure was relentless. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction that is if you still can.
