Will Bruzzo is honest, reliable, responsible, savvy, confident, flexible, knowledgeable, reassuring, calm,
experienced, communicative, supportive, patient and well-connected. What set Will apart initially, was that he was the only attorney that responded to me virtually immediately after I submitted a contact form. He listened to me and didn’t judge my behavior nor actions. After becoming familiar with what
transpired, he developed a plan – a reasonable plan based on the circumstances and evidence. As the
process unfolded, at each decision point, he described the possible outcomes and then recommended that he believed was the best course of action - but always allowed me to make the final decision on
which way (when and how) to go. He was never patronizing and was careful to never over-promise. He always answered my texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I never felt that he was “aloof,” avoiding me, too busy or difficult to reach. I never felt that he “didn’t care.” While I went through multiple emotional stages (anger, frustration, confusion, helplessness, impatience, uncertainty, etc.), he remained resolved that his plan would work. He never promised that his plan would be 100% successful, but he laid it out clearly and stuck to it. He knew most of the other players (judges, DAs and courtroom staff) and they knew him. Over time, he has become familiar with how specific judges decide on certain
issues. Some judges are more lenient in certain areas, while others are more strict. He combined this experiential knowledge with his patient and methodical manner to guide me to the best possible outcome. In the end, his plan worked – exactly how he said it would. He would probably be the first to
say that my case could have gone any number of other ways, but it was no accident that the plan he laid out came together just as we both had hoped.
Regarding money, it's hard to tell if Will's fees were appropriate or excessive, because I didn't have time to "shop around." Could I have "saved money" by hiring someone else? Maybe. But you never know if someone else will charge less upfront, but then nickel and dime you to death later on. Will had a fixed fee that I thought was pretty high, but looking back, his services (and his character) were worth every penny.
Will Bruzzo is a straight-shooter, does what he says, and is a man of his word. Tough to put a price tag on that.

I highly recommend The Law Office of Curtis Daugherty. He handled my husband’s case professionally and was aggressive when he needed to be. Where do I start. I was going through a bad divorce and had lost all hope of having any sort of custody of my only son. Magdalena Chattopadhya was my third lawyer and I do not know why I met her. I just had a feeling that I should meet her as a last resort. And boy did she exceed my expectations. In the first meeting itself, she assured me that she’ll do the best she can for me. Although, she didn’t promise anything but kinda said what might be the outcome of the case if I had her on board. She’s an absolute gem of a lawyer and has so much knowledge about the family law cases and commands respect in the San Jose family court circle. She has a very pleasing personality and even though her fees are kinda on the higher side but she never charges a penny extra and is very cognizant of her client’s time and money. Legal issues can be daunting. Often we are in need of representation when one is at their low. Especially regarding matters that carry so much emotion. This was my state of mind while facing child custody proceedings and financial support struggles. When under the influence of such high stress and emotion, you need a clear thinking representative that is capable of systematically engineering a plan of action. An attorney who can draw on years of experience and is able to lay out a roadmap. Only then can one begin to see a path toward liberation. What I have found is that it's best to get out in front, take in on and face the challenges with grit. If you procrastinate, you give others the ability to create the narrative and gain advantage. I found Magdalena to be a most wonderful advocate. She was a voice of comfort and reason within a very dynamic and emotional set of circumstances. Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case. Worst lawyers ever. They let a whole year go by and never sent my husband to the doctors or anything. They had my email , his email, my number , his number , including our home address and we’d call for updates and they’d always say everything is going great if they needed anything they’d call us. After a year they dropped our case for “no communication”. And then told us they had the wrong number on file. Now we’re struggling to fight a car accident case because of how long it has been.

I was represented by the attorneys of Lari-Joni & Bassell for a recent personal injury case that I had after a severe motorcycle accident and I have to say that I am very impressed with this team and their employees.
I was fortunate enough to have them recommended to me for my case and I found that they just don’t view you as a “client.” They see you as a person and will go above and beyond to do what they believe is most beneficial for you. They truly care about the people that they set out to help.
In addition, I found their candor and their professionalism above reproach. Now, personally, I have never had to work with attorneys before but I found that there was no need for me to constantly call for updates on my case. I trusted that they didn’t need me to bombard them with questions about this or that. They showed that they were more than competent in acting on my behalf. They truly look out and fight for what they believe is best for their client and their future.

Mr. Garcia and Mrs. Gnekow were exceptional in their representation. They worked on my case which was difficult. Unfortunately, I was dealing with an ex-wife who had no interest in dealing or negotiating in good faith for what would be best for our children. My case has been on-going for nearly five years. Multiple RFO's filed through the years and endless litigation just to get small extensions of my visitation. The biggest issue is I had no legal or physical custody rights to my children. I was in a big deficit. I had a previous attorney that was good, but Mrs. Gnekow had big plans for me. She believed in my case and from day one believed she could help me get more than what I was even asking for. I had pretty much dropped the idea of joint legal custody because most people thought I needed a change of circumstance to make that happen. Not Mrs. Gnekow or Mr. Garcia. They saw their chance to argue that for me along with all my other requests which were very reasonable, (holidays, half of vacation breaks,). When they time came in the last few weeks to go to court; we hardly spent time in the actual courtroom. It took a few weeks to navigate through the stipulation and I knew my ex-wife would not go down without a fight, but in the end Mrs. Gnekow and Mr. Garcia got it done. I am a Christian and God brings people into your life for a reason. God brought me to this firm and their firm delivered beyond my expectations which is how God operates. He always exceeds your expectations as long as you have faith. Thank you again Mrs. Gnekow and Mr. Garcia and the rest of your firm.

Vincent Garcia was a good attorney. The actual attorney I retained never represented me. There was a lack of communication between client and attorney. Paralegal assigned to my case didn't mention certain rewuests I had, such as child support back pay. But over all Vincent Garcia And Heather did a good job arguing.

Mr. Hamilton changed our lives for the better. I had gone through divorce 4 years before without representation. I wound up moving to Orange County to be closer to my family. The marriage and settlement agreement gave my ex wife physical custody and me “reasonable visitation.” My ex wife decided that meant she could dictate visitation how she saw fit. As she remarried and had another baby, she decided she would only allow me to see my daughters once a year, told me I didn’t have a right to phone calls, and if I wanted the girls to visit me during the summers I could wait till they were 18.
I hired Mr. Hamilton to represent me and file a request I for order changing the custody arrangement. He negotiated with me ex wife’s attorney and represented me in court. I now have joint legal and joint physical custody. I get to drive up every other weekend to see them. They now will come down here half the summers and alternate holiday weeks. I was missing out on my daughters’ lives. Mr. Hamilton fought for me. My daughters are the most important part of my life. I couldn’t be happier, and I owe this all to Mr. Hamilton.

Mrs. Peters has been a real blessing during such a stressful anxiety ridden stage in my life. I had two previous attorneys that can’t hold a candle to Laurie and her abilities. I retained at a time when I was feeling my lowest. Not only did Rhonda help me through this process efficiently and thoroughly, I felt that her and her paralegal, Rene, truly cared about me. I had another attorney previously and I rarely got responses. In fact, his staff often didn't remember who I was. Renee always got back to me promptly and kept me informed throughout. WOW is the first word that comes to mind about Warren. I had a tough case fighting for custody of my teenager. It is hard to enforce custody orders when your child is older and it was imperative to have enforceable orders as the clock was running out. His orders along with Ex Parte's to get the job done in the shortest time we could do, were amazing. Warren knew just the orders to ask for that were enforceable. Warren is an excellent attorney. Last year he represented me in an international move away case. I moved back to South Korea with my children and Warren successfully won a trial in which the Los Angeles Court decided that the case and custody was better decided by a Korean Court. He was well prepared, highly organized, knowledgeable about the law and procedures. In Korea, I won custody of my children and I have sole custody.

So I usually do not write reviews however when I do the establishment or person went above and beyond my expectations. First off I hired Rodney as my attorney for a case back in 2019. Not only was Mr.Nosratabadi very professional he was also very knowledgeable with all the legal ramifications associated with my case. Not only did he reduce my charge he worked timelessly with the courts and myself to do everything possible. I was very satisfied with his service and I am sure you will be as well. Jonathan Kelman Is A Caring Criminal Defense Attorney Until Your Money Runs Out!
I was charged and then convicted of a sex crime. I paid a lot of money and went into deep debt to have Jonathan Kelman defend me in court. Jonathan Kelman communicated with the Special District Attorney and accepted a plea deal. A public defender could have done the same job and would have kept me out of the deep debt I am now in.
The only 2 things that saved me from serving years in prison were;
(1) I had a clean record.
(2) The police had very little evidence against me.
After the court case, Jonathan Kelman told me that I could go back to court and have my record expunged. I ended up going back to court by myself because I didn’t have anymore money to pay Jonathan Kelman. In the courtroom, the Special District Attorney told me and the judge that my case was Not Eligible for Expungement!
I would have received the same outcome and saved a lot of money if I would have had a public defender.
If you are charged with a sex crime and are looking for legal representation, I would suggest that you find a different attorney.
Bottom Line; Jonathan Kelman needs to go back to Law School and learn more about the laws.

Went to Summit Defense because their name appeared on Google search (don't trust search ads).
Richard is a busy lawyer. He almost had no time on my case. Every time I schedule a meeting with him, he talks as if I was a different client. He always reads my his files to remember about my case.
He missed my first ever appearance. He only represented me during plea bargaining. And that's it.

We hired Britney Malpiede to prepare and litigate in Family Court on two occasions. She arrived prepared with full knowledge of the scope of our complex situation and was able condense our argument into simple rational terms for the court, which she articulated with great skill and respect. If you are involved in a family law case I couldn’t stress the importance of a good lawyer enough. I talked to, and was disappointed by several Family Law offices before meeting Ms. Malpiede back in 2014.
