I still don't have the words to describe what Nathan has done for me. Not only is he the most decent lawyer I've ever met, but also a decent human being. Not once did I feel like I was talking to a lawyer. His human decency outweighs everything. He got me something irreplaceable and beyond sentimental. Extremely professional and effective law firm. Christina was constantly talking to me about the case and any updates that she had. She was able to reduce my case from an original deal of 3 months incarcerated to 45 days of house arrest due to the research she did on me and her ability to show the court the ways in which I have vastly changed since the beginning of my case. I was wrongly charged with domestic violence when I was the victim but, because I did not call to report an incident, the police believed the fabricated lie. I was arrested and forced to go through the most embarrassing process I have ever experienced in my life, all the while, feeling like a criminal when I didn’t do anything wrong.
After I posted bail, I new I needed help with this fight and began looking for defense attorneys, which was when I found Mike.
When I met with Mike and broke down the whole story, he thought it was a great case to take all the way to trial. He was very honest and let me know that the DA will try to ‘sweeten’ the plea deal, at every disposition. He said there is a good chance the charges would get dropped before trial but, it could take all summer and may not be dismissed until an hour before trial. He told me to prepare myself and expect it to go to trial.
We were all set for trial and Mike couldn’t wait for his opportunity to cross examine. Just before trial, he made one last attempt to get the DA to look at all the evidence. Finally, the DA listened and the evidence that Mike presented, was enough to dismiss the case. Just as he prepared me for what to expect, the case was dropped an hour before trial.
Although the whole situation cost me a lot of money, time, embarrassment, heartache, etc... I couldn’t have done it without Mike. He was always available when I had questions or needed to run something by him. His price is much more appealing than several of the others that I had tried calling.
Overall, Mike Boyce is a true professional, very candid, and someone you can trust!

I called Jeremy Loew on a Sunday and he responded quickly. He is by far the best attorney ever! I was emotional and he put my mind at ease but letting me know the process. Jeremy is a straight forward person who doesn't sugar coat what he says, he doesn't say what he thinks you want to hear. If I could give 6 stars I would! Beyond exceeded my expectations. Jeremy and Matt are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and without a doubt if you’re dealing with the court system the criminal defense attorneys you want on your side. To say I was impressed is an understatement. They walked me through my entire process step by step, all of my options, and even went out of there way to help me get my best friend (my dog) back.
They got me a plea deal that was even better than I could’ve ever wished for, with everything being deferred, and because of them I can enjoy my life again. They reinsured me from the beginning, and what they promised, they kept! I felt confident every time I saw them in the court room by my side.

I contacted Kip to represent me for a domestic violence charge. Colorado law requires mandatory arrest(s) be made if there is a 911 call related to domestic violence. That arrest happened to be me even though I was the one that walked into the police station to fill out a report. Ironically I was never allowed to complete my report before taken into custody. There was never intent to file charges from either parties involved but Colorado law rarely dismisses a case once there is an arrest. I thought about representing myself but these are serious charges and I wanted the best to represent me. I found Kip online and his great reviews convinced me to pick up the phone and call. I'm glad I did. Kip was great. He was very professional and helpful. He explained things to me and worked hard on my case. He negotiated a very generous plea agreement but I have a hard time agreeing to something that in my opinion is untrue and unfair. I rejected the plea agreement and wanted to exercise my right to a fair trial. KIP is amazing at what he does and was honest about his litigation Comfort level. He understood and respected my position and suggested I hire an attorney that specializes in trial litigation. He did a great job for me and I felt that he truly cared and put in the extra effort. Rob fought hard and victoriously for me to get a bogus trespassing case dropped without me ever having to step foot in a courtroom. I never had to follow-up or do anything whatsoever, as Rob took care of everything on a case that dragged out for greater than six months. I was originally referred to Maureen O'Brien at O'Brien, Thomas and Bibek, LLC law firm by my personal attorney. Maureen was unable to take my case due to illness but she recommended David and he accepted my case.
David provided invaluable professional and discreet assistance in the court room while handling my case. He spoke to the judge and the district attorney on my behalf on several occasions while we were both in the court room. He negotiated a reduction in charges with the district attorney that changed my potential conviction of a felony to a misdemeanor. David also led me through the required paperwork and after I fulfilled my court ordered probation requirements, achieve early termination of my probation.

I spoke briefly with Brandon Luna and described my situation. He relayed that he had experience in similar cases. We hired Bandon Luna. He reviewed my situation and came up to speed very, very quickly - he did not invoice for many, many hours. Brandon Luna met with me and shared his strategy. He was spot-on. He arrived at the court appearance and very quickly was able to get one charge dismissed and the other vacated. Originally I started with a lawyer where when we showed up to the first court appearance the Judge shut us out didn’t let that attorney speak, and didn’t want to hear anything she had to say! I’m so glad she chose to transfer the case to Jessica Lasky. This amazing attorney came in like super woman throwing blows to the entire court system. I hired Mr. Suro on a personal injury case. The insurance company of the person at fault significantly undervalued my claim. David was able to get me over four times what they initially offered. It took a couple of years, but he stayed on them for a very satisfactory result. He kept me posted on the progress of the claim at regular intervals and was very professional. Once the insurance company paid, he had my money to me in less than a week. Highly recommended.

I was David's client for two years while we navigated through a frustrating and tedious personal injury case. It was immediately clear that David knew what he was doing in the legal sense, but also understood the personal aspect to a life changing event like a major personal injury. I hired Mr Johnson to handle sealing my court record. Being out of state I didn't want to try and do this myself, boy was that a good decision! Although the law was on our side the Assitant DA was not and took a fairly easy situation and made it his life's mission not to seal my 1985 felony charge. Mr Johnson defended every argument the DA had with multiple court hearings and In the end due to the over and above efforts of Mr Johnson my 1985 felony charge was sealed and I can now live the rest of my life without explaining something that happened 30 years ago when I was just a young adult!

I had some very specific questions about a custody case that I am already waste deep in. It boiled down to me making a choice between two possibilites and one of them meant not seeking any legal representation (a.k.a. Mr. Cramner not getting hired or paid). He patiently answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. I felt that he gave me thorough explanations without coming across bias. I expected to be pushed into a certain direction. I was not. I left the lengthy conversation feeling like I got some solid advice from an attorney who seems to genuinely care. I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Olivia Larson and all she has done for my family. My case was extremely complicated as it had both civil and criminal accusations. Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it.
My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody.
