The only law group that I have ever been fully satisfied with. Being innocent helped, but I definitely needed a superior lawyer who knew what they were doing, and I surely got that in Casey Kane. Casey connected me with a polygrapher and a forensics specialist, both of whom were of immense assistance in my case. Casey formerly worked on the prosecution side of the law, so his inside knowledge of the workings of the prosecutor's office is an invaluable asset. Casey is a straightforward, no-nonsense attorney who will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.
Casey is easygoing and open to talking to as a client, but when it comes to court appearances, he wastes no time and will ensure your case is heard as soon as possible. Chris was also an outstanding attorney who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The office assistants were also outstanding. Aaron always made sure that I knew when I had a court date and what I needed to do. If I ever had a question, I knew that I could get hold of Aaron right away, and he would get me the answer as quickly as possible.
Hopefully, you will never need an attorney, but if you do, I cannot recommend this law group enough.

I needed help with some answers. Already being represented by a Public Defender with a plea already under way I didn’t think some things were fair. Andrew explained everything to me with such professionalism, knowledge and extremely caring and honest. In the end Andrew told me that he couldn’t get me a better plea deal and told me to save my money and stay with the Public Defender. I was so impressed by his honesty. Other firms wanted me to pay up front thousands of dollars before they even talked to me. Thank God for honest people like Andrew. I will refer Andrew to anyone I know needing an excellent attorney. I was originally referred to Maureen O'Brien at O'Brien, Thomas and Bibek, LLC law firm by my personal attorney. Maureen was unable to take my case due to illness but she recommended David and he accepted my case.
David provided invaluable professional and discreet assistance in the court room while handling my case. He spoke to the judge and the district attorney on my behalf on several occasions while we were both in the court room. He negotiated a reduction in charges with the district attorney that changed my potential conviction of a felony to a misdemeanor. David also led me through the required paperwork and after I fulfilled my court ordered probation requirements, achieve early termination of my probation.

Originally I started with a lawyer where when we showed up to the first court appearance the Judge shut us out didn’t let that attorney speak, and didn’t want to hear anything she had to say! I’m so glad she chose to transfer the case to Jessica Lasky. This amazing attorney came in like super woman throwing blows to the entire court system. Fortunately she is well experienced with the DA and knows a lot of things that normal attorneys aren’t familiar with. Everything started in early August and by Late November I had my life and freedom back forever. Kim went above and beyond for me. I was fired unjustly, and we received a settlement. Kim was compassionate and wanted to help me due to her ethical and empathetic nature. Kim took my case, knowing that she may not be commpensated at all. She let me know she wanted to at least stand up to them. If we hadn't reached a settlement outside of court, then she wasn't going to charge me anything. I really am grateful for Kim being there for me. I hired Mr. Suro on a personal injury case. The insurance company of the person at fault significantly undervalued my claim. David was able to get me over four times what they initially offered. It took a couple of years, but he stayed on them for a very satisfactory result. He kept me posted on the progress of the claim at regular intervals and was very professional. Once the insurance company paid, he had my money to me in less than a week. Highly recommended.

I was David's client for two years while we navigated through a frustrating and tedious personal injury case. It was immediately clear that David knew what he was doing in the legal sense, but also understood the personal aspect to a life changing event like a major personal injury. We were in an accident with my newborn and my husband, that caused me a lot of pain. Our car was totaled on the scene, and as you can imagine, hospital bills were STACKING up in the THOUSANDS. I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. I would highly recommend Colorado Legal Defense group. If you are unsure about your situation or if you don’t think you already know the outcome these guys will give you some insight.

Cost 4k for one appearance. Needed help from out of state and got fleeced. So much so that I needed to contact the State Bar which is how I know I got fleeced. If he had helped you that's great. Don't give him that much money up front if you need help from out of state. The person I spoke with at the bar can't give legal advice only told me "yes what he did is wrong," Just be careful. You may get completely ripped off if you need help from out of town. I was told it cost 3k to drop his client as a client? He thought he could just hustle me out of over 3k. A good person doesn't do these things. If he can get you out of trouble is all you care about. Fair enough. If you want a good person look elsewhere. This is not a good person. He lied, he ripped off people desperate for help. We happened to have moved and are out of state and we're in need of help. HE RIPPED US OFF with no qualms about it. I'll leave it up to the general public. Does as decent human being do this?

Having no experience in this field at all, I was pretty terrified when I was shown to be at fault for a car accident.
