I hired Mr Johnson to handle sealing my court record. Being out of state I didn't want to try and do this myself, boy was that a good decision! Although the law was on our side the Assitant DA was not and took a fairly easy situation and made it his life's mission not to seal my 1985 felony charge. Mr Johnson defended every argument the DA had with multiple court hearings and In the end due to the over and above efforts of Mr Johnson my 1985 felony charge was sealed and I can now live the rest of my life without explaining something that happened 30 years ago when I was just a young adult!

Jay was the third lawyer I had seen that day. After twice being told ‘this will take a lot of “ and the “ well you’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t... maybe you just shouldn’t “ I felt completely hopeless. I went online fearful , desperate to find someone to help and I came across Jay’s info and called. I was in his office two hours later.
He was everything I needed to help get through this situation. High conflict divorce, spouse not returning child after summer visit etc... He was the balanced, strong person I desperately needed in my corner. He had things resolved sufficiently and quickly.

Jay handled my divorce case in Colorado Springs. He is very diligent about getting questions answered and in a timely manner; most of the time he replied to a question almost instantly. In my opinion he is an excellent lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone going through the hell of divorce. He is a very calm and intuitive man; trust his advice. But if you have a number in mind for the settlement let him know upfront and stick with it if you feel confident; he will back you 100%. His paralegal Krista is just a wonderful lady, professional but with a very caring heart. She also answered questions almost instantly and was always available when I called her. I had some very specific questions about a custody case that I am already waste deep in. It boiled down to me making a choice between two possibilites and one of them meant not seeking any legal representation (a.k.a. Mr. Cramner not getting hired or paid). He patiently answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. I felt that he gave me thorough explanations without coming across bias. I expected to be pushed into a certain direction. I was not. I left the lengthy conversation feeling like I got some solid advice from an attorney who seems to genuinely care. I also felt calmed and not in such a panicked state as when I first called. I can only assume Mr. Cramner exudes the same compassion and professionalism with paying clients. I would absolutely use him in the future based off our phone conversation.

I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Olivia Larson and all she has done for my family. My case was extremely complicated as it had both civil and criminal accusations. I knew I was innocent and the accusations against me were an attempt to muddy the water and gain an advantage in the civil case. With Olivia's help, I was able to win against the criminal accusations and hold my accusers accountable. The civil case lasted over a year due to Covid and court procedure. When I first hired Olivia she was with a firm that I won't name, but after a few months she chose to leave that firm and start her own. I asked her to stay on as my lawyer and she thankfully agreed. Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it.
My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody. Not only did she get me full custody she got me in to the proper therapy and made some really good recommendations to help me through the tough times. Miss Gomolson is a stand up lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone.

I was in a pinch. I mean I was in a lot of trouble. I went to talk to the DA without a lawyer and it was horrible. I hired Chris and he worked miracles, but what makes him so good is, that I thought I had a great deal and was happy as could be. It wasn’t good enough for him though. I am an activist for the poorest, least represented people in society and I have known Nancy since she was a public defender. She is a brilliant tactical attorney at trial and she is very well received when it comes to negotiating positive outcomes with district Attorneys. Nancy has a compassion and empathy that really tunes her in to the clients personality and she very quickly grasps the critical dynamics of relationships and circumstances of a case and she sorts out the truth and presents it to the court in persuasive terms. not everyone is innocent, and Nancy is very compassionate and she negotiates outcomes that are fair and positive for the client and the court. Nancy keeps people out of jail and minimizes their time in the system and the system can be very unfair without Nancy to guide you through it. She has also gone to bat for people on probation to be allowed to use medical marijuana with a prescription, particularly people with HIV who only get relief from marijuana use and nothing else. It took a lot of guts for her to advocate for changes to probation in Boulder County to allow people with medical conditions to use medical marijuana, it was a very edgy subject at the time. Nancy has worked on important cases and important issues without regard for her personal compensation many many times. I recently learned when I sent her a new client that she is finally a partner in a firm and I want to say it is about time Nancy got PAID! I have extensive experience with very tough people in the justice system in Colorado, I know the group of top attorneys in Colorado very well, and Nancy is absolutely the best. If you are in trouble, she is your savior, I've seen her work her magic for everyone I have ever sent to her and there have been many. Thanks for everything you do Nancy. Peace

I interviewed 4 attorneys to handle my case. The first 3 attorneys spent 15-20 minutes with me on the phone explaining what I was facing and how they would defend me; each then invited me to their office for a 30 minute meeting, presumably at which point they would ask for my signature for their representation.
Nancy spent an hour with me on the phone without any charge or expectation that she would represent me. She explained every detail of what I was facing and what was the most likely successful outcome. She was far more detailed than the others. She allowed me to ask a lot of questions. And when we were done with the phone consultation, she said, "I know you're talking with other attorneys. If you want to proceed with me, let me know." Choosing Nancy was easy because she gave me her best without expecting anything in return.
As Nancy represented me throughout the process, I got the same treatment. She communicates in a very timely manner. She understands how to navigate the system to her clients' benefit. Knowing that a court-ordered treatment program would be part of the judge's decision, she got me going in that early. She took a personal interest in my family situation. Everything played out as she said it would, and I received the best outcome that was possible given the situation.
I am very thankful that I found Nancy to represent me in this unwanted situation. I would recommend her to anyone facing similar.

I had an extremely high conflict divorce. During the nearly year long nightmare, Barre went above and beyond in handling my case. While my ex was largely able to isolate my young children from me for the entire divorce, in the end my young children got a better parenting plan than was recommended by the PRE and it will ramp up to 50/50. I only wish my ex had hired a competent lawyer, as her lawyer made things far worse than just the malicious behavior of my ex did.

I have a very high-conflict post-divorce situation involving my vulnerable children. My family and I call Barre, "our Super hero." Barre is a human being first with a heart of gold for children and families. As I was a wreck, Barre "cut to the chase" and helped me navigate a very emotionally difficult situation. I have worked with several different attorneys over the last 10 years dealing with parenting and post-divorce issues. Barre has been the best by far. He is level-headed, strategic, informative and a good communicator. He will tell you like it is in his experience, give you options, solid advice and is aggressive when necessary. I never had a need for an attorney before, but David Greenberg came highly recommended so I put my life in his hands. He was very forthcoming with information and what to expect. He informed me of all of his qualifications and I choose to work with him. I highly recommend David Greenberg and the quality people in his office. He (and his partner) went through REAMS of documentation keeping clear the detailed information that was useful to my case. David was readily available to answer any questions I had in a process I knew nothing about as clear communication was important to both of us. Dennis Walters represented me in one of the hardest (according to Dennis) divorce/custody) cases he has ever tried. My wife used every dirty trick in the book, from restraining order to accusations (2 months later) of sexual abuse of our little kids...once we were almost all the way through (11+ month) the judge used the term "NUCLEAR BOMB" in reference to, were the allegations mother had made true or mother's NUCLEAR BOMB" TO KEEP FATHER FROM SEEING HIS KIDS! MOTHER'S ACCUSATION was much stronger that a NUCLEAR BOMB, it was a HYDROGEN BOMB, obliterating absolutely everything! I have been treated worse that a convicted pedophile (no charges were ever filed and I cooperated fully on all fronts) my rights to my kids, house (4000 sq' 9 miles from Aspen, CO), property, tools (unable to make a living), guns (constitutional right), and my life and reputation have been taken away due only to Mother's accusation.
She Amy Carter BSN Aspen Valley Hospital was arrested 2/13/2004 for domestic violence against me (she called 911)...she turned the tables and used/abused the system and Aspen Response for Women coached he how to lie TO GET THE DESIRED RESULTS. It is hurting the kids, she wants to be vindictive against me. She has only allowed me to see our 5 y.o. boy and our 3 y.o. girl for 49 hours in the past 11 months, AND I WAS THE STAY AT HOME DAD! Dennis and I have had a difficult up hill battle to the tune of $54,000 in 11 months....we are currently waiting for the judge Daniel Petre to decide final orders. Judge Petre is very busy, seems very good, honest, and thorough and has given him self until 1/21/2014 to decide this very difficult divorce.
Amy Carter does not let my parents speak to the kids, but her mother "talks to them 2 or 3 times a week". That is a direct quote jOYCE, AMY'S MOTHER form testimony.

Bill is an excellent attorney who helped me through a high-conflict divorce with his strategic and calm approach. He is very patient and thinks before he reacts. Bill was a great help and resource after my divorce as my ex-wife wanted to fight me on everything for our son. He takes his time to make sure he has every resource available for him to review and makes sure he helps make the right choice in your case.
This case was a long one and Bill kept me update on any communications that came from the other attorney. We always worked through what I was requesting and making sure every detail was covered before it was filed with the court. My ex-wife used two attorney's to help fight against what I was wanting for our son. Bill is very reasonable when he has open communication with other attorneys.
In the end... Bill being very calm and patient helped grant what I was trying to get for my son
I would recommend Bill any time and would use him again in the future if I ever need it. At least sit down with him so he understands what your direction is.

Casey formerly worked on the prosecution side of the law, so his inside knowledge of the workings of the prosecutor's office is an invaluable asset. Casey is a straightforward, no-nonsense attorney who will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.
Casey is easygoing and open to talking to as a client, but when it comes to court appearances, he wastes no time and will ensure your case is heard as soon as possible. Chris was also an outstanding attorney who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The office assistants were also outstanding. Aaron always made sure that I knew when I had a court date and what I needed to do. If I ever had a question, I knew that I could get hold of Aaron right away, and he would get me the answer as quickly as possible.
Hopefully, you will never need an attorney, but if you do, I cannot recommend this law group enough.
