Long story but worth the read... Ginger has been our lawyer since I was very little. Now in my 30s she helped me get my residence card ..She has worked with my entire family. She knows us very well. There is absolutely no one else I would go to but her she is amazing at what she does. She knows what she's doing and if you have any kind of worry start here... She will make sure that you are 100% comfortable with everything. Her and her staff treat you like family and they treat every single case with such care and compassion. Fernanda also worked on my case she is so sweet and very helpful wen it comes to any of ur questions... they make sure that they're doing things the correct way. If you're looking for a lawyer to do all your immigration stuff, stop here. There's no more looking. She is amazing at what she does. You will not regret it. Kim went above and beyond for me. I was fired unjustly, and we received a settlement. Kim was compassionate and wanted to help me due to her ethical and empathetic nature. Kim took my case, knowing that she may not be commpensated at all. She let me know she wanted to at least stand up to them. If we hadn't reached a settlement outside of court, then she wasn't going to charge me anything. I really am grateful for Kim being there for me. As I was turned away by another lawyer who said I didn't have a case. I had just about given up. Thank you, Kim.

I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. I would highly recommend Colorado Legal Defense group. If you are unsure about your situation or if you don’t think you already know the outcome these guys will give you some insight.

Working with Geri and Amanda was truly the greatest experience in such a horrible situation.
After my accident I suffered from a concussion that went undiagnosed for some time, this caused me to have trouble understanding everything the firm was doing for my case, they had to repeatedly explained the same things to me. Never once did they get frustrated or treat me differently.

I am lucky to have had Chris on my side throughout my misfortune. With Chris, I was able to flip the script on my misfortune and recover what I needed. Needing a lawyer is never fun. However, Mark Hanchey and his team did an excellent job dealing with my traffic ticket case. Brad Smith was able to follow-up with a consultation given extremely short notice on a Friday afternoon for a court hearing in Blackhawk the following Tuesday. I was sent a retainer first thing that Monday morning and Brad kept in constant, direct contact with me the whole time to answer any questions I had. My charges were dropped and I ended up no longer needing S&W’s services, but Brad made sure I understood everything from billing to relevant next steps. My experience with Tyler Murray has been absolutely superb. I've dealt with ongoing tax issues since 2018. The IRS erroneously believed that I owed them a large amount of money. That amount accrued thousands of dollars in penalties over the years. I tried many times to fix this issue, both on my own, and through different tax assistance businesses. Nothing helped, and when I was eventually threatened with a lien, I googled "tax lawyer" in a panic. Tyler was the first lawyer I called, and upon meeting with him, I felt immediate relief. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. In fact, he fixed it by submitting a written statement and tax form while I was visiting him for my first consultation. I wish that I had done this years ago instead of drowning in the stress of frightening IRS letters for the last six years. I have since used Tyler to help file my taxes, and every encounter I've had with him has impressed me. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, professional, and helpful! Carisa did what was necessary to complete her job. Filed motions, did the paperwork.
She really wanted me to plead guilty. Told me to take the first deal.
When I informed her I would not be taking a plea deal the conversation got heated. She raised her voice and told me “When this blows up in your face I will know I did my job”
She sent me 2nd opinions from other defense attorneys recommending I take the plea deal.
I declined.
A week later the plea was cut in half and i declined again.
Months later as my trial approached she did an excellent job. She was in contact and planning a defense. She was filling motions to have evidence suppressed and trying to work with witnesses.
She had good insight and helped me a lot.
In the end my case was dismissed. I knew that it would be as a jury convection was not probable. I’m glad I trusted myself. She put a lot of pressure on me to take a deal.
I have full faith she would have defended me in court to the best of her ability if we had made it there.

Cost 4k for one appearance. Needed help from out of state and got fleeced. So much so that I needed to contact the State Bar which is how I know I got fleeced. If he had helped you that's great. Don't give him that much money up front if you need help from out of state. The person I spoke with at the bar can't give legal advice only told me "yes what he did is wrong," Just be careful. You may get completely ripped off if you need help from out of town. I was told it cost 3k to drop his client as a client? He thought he could just hustle me out of over 3k. A good person doesn't do these things. If he can get you out of trouble is all you care about. Fair enough. If you want a good person look elsewhere. This is not a good person. He lied, he ripped off people desperate for help. We happened to have moved and are out of state and we're in need of help. HE RIPPED US OFF with no qualms about it. I'll leave it up to the general public. Does as decent human being do this?

People were saying that Gary was perhaps the greatest constitutional lawyer ever. Perhaps even greater than my good friend, Rudy. Many, many people told me this.
So I hired Gary to go after Suckerberg and liberals in Big Tech. He told me he’s press forward with the biggest, best lawsuit ever to expose the lying democrats and their voter fraud. He took my case, no questions asked! In the end I was so disappointed in Gary because he told me he could win this case based on those Russian internet articles I had translated the showed MASSIVE FRAUD.
