I was wrongfully arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, now mind you, I'm an older gentleman who has some physical disabilities and I've never in all my years had a run in with law enforcement whatsoever, and I had no idea how to get out of this mess. A friend of mine who works for another attorney recommended Kim to me, I called her, got an appointment same day, explained my situation and after hearing what she had to say about it, I knew that I had the right person for the job. She went to work immediately and got the entire thing dropped, got me my CCW permit back, and gave me my life back. I hired Mr. Kessler in November of 2022 to represent me in a DUI arrest case. He met with my husband and I at, needless to say, a very stressful time in both of our lives. I had never been arrested before and I didn’t know what was ahead of me. I wanted to write this review of my incredible experience using Moses & Rooth Law firm. I was in need of hiring an attorney to represent me in Traffic Court for going 40mph over the posted speed limit which required a mandatory court appearance. I reviewed many law firms by analyzing their results measured against their cost. Moses & Rooth is extremely affordable in my opinion compared with others in the Orlando area, however, they stand well above all others with the favorable results they obtain for their clients. When I decided to use them, I called & spoke with the Firms Legal Assistant Danielle who provided forms to sign & had me email a copy of the ticket. That day, they filed paperwork with the court explaining they would be representing me. Covid-19 slowed the court system way down but Danielle was always available to explain what was happening and answered all my questions. The day before court I spoke with Attorney Moses & explained the need to have the ticket reduced, if possible, since losing my job was highly likely due to the excessive speed. Attorney Moses called me after the court hearing with GREAT news. He was able to negotiate with the Officer to reduce the speed listed on the ticket to an acceptable amount to my employer. He also negotiated for me to attend traffic school which meant no points went on my license. An incredible outcome in my opinion!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this Law Firm for their Professionalism and the results they delivered!!!

Made a few calls on Saturday morning to several firms. Mind you, we already had an attorney which was just going to submit a motion to try and move date sooner. Mydock, answered the cell phone, I could hear a kids soccer game in the background. I had no contact with inmate. He must have gone to the holding facility that same day. Made contact informed us of a plan and by Monday morning he had executed a resolution. What more can I say 5 star Mydock.

The Rossen Law Firm has been one of a kind miracles. From being illegally pulled over by Fort Lauderdale Police Department, to a case that was build and manufactured on pure lies, Manny and Adam were able to get to the truth, uncover the lies, and confront the officer in court with a video footage off the car's camera that contradicted his story in a million ways. Officer's testimony was scary with lie in every sentence. Should there not have been a dash cam, I don't think they would take my word for it. How many other people did he do wrong this year? That officer needs to go. Manny was able to get motion to suppress granted and all charges ended up being dropped after the judge heard the testimony and the actual video proof of his testimony being bs.
Adam, Manny and others have done it again! Great job guys and thanks a million!

I highly recommend Mr. Mengers. He is an amazing criminal defense attorney. I previously hired another attorney and was VERY dissatisfied with her service. My husband was looking at serious time for a VOP. Mr. Mengers was able to get him released from jail ROR after he cleared him of the original charges. If you are looking for an attorney for family law matters Matthew Hunt is the best money can buy. I initially hired Mr. Hunt after I fired another attorney who took my money, did not bother to file divorce paperwork, and would not return my calls or emails. Mr. Hunt did more in the first day of hiring him than the other attorney did in months. It was like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders knowing I now had an attorney I could trust. He was able to reverse the damage that resulted from my previous attorneys’ poor representation. I have been to multiple hearings, mediations, and a deposition with Mr. Hunt. Mr. Hunt’s preparedness was apparent during each of these instances. I’ve had conversations with Mr. Hunt and have been completely surprised when he remembers instances I’ve spoken to him about, emailed him about, and things that happened during prior years. Matt personally handled my divorce which involved me dealing with custody of my children and paying of alimony, he also helped navigate me as I was a business owner. I was very firm with Mr. Hunt on what I wanted and he over delivered on every aspect. I get my kids more than I thought I would, I pay less than was estimated, and it was all handled on one day. My only regret is that I did not meet Chris and his team sooner. After my divorce was finalized, I began working with Chris to modify the judgement (unfortunately he was not my original divorce lawyer). He was very forthright and knowledgeable and provided excellent advice throughout the proceedings. He also took an aggressive stance when my ex tried to sue for her attorney’s fees. He won the case despite the fact that the judge clearly favored my ex. He won it by diligently researching case law and aggressively presenting our case, all the while being professional. I frankly can’t recommend him enough. I sincerely hope I’m never in need of an attorney again but if I am, Chris will be my first call. Again, I can not recommend him and his team enough!

When two people just can’t work it out, sadly divorce is sometimes necessary. It is imperative that you find someone who will look out for your best interest and also help you navigate the whole process. I contacted Jennifer Harrington in Sept 2021 to start the divorce process. My ex-husband and I had been married for 11 years and have 2 young children. We also had a large house, land and assets that needed to be dealt with. Divorce is one of the most devastating things to go through. Jennifer was so understanding of what I was feeling and helped me sort it all out even when emotions were high for me. I stated the things that were the most important to me and she made sure to make my wishes heard and did an amazing job getting me everything I was seeking.
