Mr. Hamilton and Mr. Clarke represented my daughter here in Little Rock, Arkansas.
As if coming from New York to Little Rock,Arkansas wasn’t pure dedication, so was their dedication to my daughter’s Federal case and our family. Their passion and dedication in defending my daughter’s rights was way more than I imagined or expected because they were committed to her case. They picked apart every detail of her case and examined it as if she was their family member being represented.

8 years ago, I'd had multiple surgeries & just managed to pay for my mom's Alzheimer's care when she died. I was totally broke. Couldn't work. Barely surviving. My debts happened before any of this. I contacted debtors to workout a reasonable way to go - no good. Then I came to you. Almost 8 years to the day back from today I had no more debt. Since then, while I have health challenges & can't work, I have found a pretty wonderful way to live. I made it 6 years paying cash only, then started to build credit again, and now my rating is around 700. In 2 years the bankruptcy will be off my credit record & it will go higher. Without your services, I wouldn't have had a chance in hell. Yes, it was definitely a new beginning. I may be 79, but I'm 79 going on 50!

Once I called I was transfer to him and then explained my situation and got my free consultation. Later that week of August 5th. I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

Mr. Kassman is a great attorney backed by an incredible staff who work really hard. We had a horrible tenant that had to be evicted in Suffolk County and Mr. Kassman laid out a plan and executed on it flawlessly. He took dozens of phone calls, and so did his staff from us and reassured us throughout the entire process. We are really grateful. I'm 48 and my husband is a trial lawyer, so I have been inside a lot of court rooms and I've never encountered a lawyer like Mr. Fenchel. I hired him on a very simple matter but watching him interact with his court appointed clients I realized he is a unicorn... a lawyer that genuinely cares what happens to other people.
It is very clear that the judge and DA respect him, but I also respect him for the human kindness he showed not only to his court appointed clients but to their loved ones and to me as well. I can't believe I just handed a lawyer all my money and thought 'wow that was awesome' but here we are. I'm almost glad I got a stone cold sober DUI just so I could know such an interesting person exists. He is so smart careful and articulate I do not think he misspoke a single time, his general policy looks to be to just to outwork everyone and it shows. Eleven stars.

Florian stepped into the middle of my case after my previous lawyer had made a mess of things. He then proceeded to do in less than two months what the last lawyer had failed to do In the previous 5 months!! He brought my children home where they belonged! He is by far the most professional lawyer I've met thus far at the same time he is able to connect with you on a personal level that will put you at ease. My experience with Seth is that he is a very knowledgeable and down to earth attorney. Very responsive to say the least! Due to Seth's expertise, I had an impressively short custody battle.

Can I tell Seth gave me my life back after being severely abused and surviving and getting to a safe space. Seth took over I was so afraid he handled everything he did everything in court and saved my life. I cannot thank him enough . Mr. Schraier is an amazing lawyer who helped me in my Custody/Visitation court case proceedings and I have say he did such a great job, he kept me in the loop, I was able to communicate to him about things that was happening throughout the case, We had one on one conversations about important ideas on what actions/steps I needed take to better my chances in court and he was there to give good advice. I just wanted to leave a quick review here because I picked Scott because of the reviews on this website he is not only a good attorney but a good person I hired him because of a nonsense arrest in which I received an appearance ticket for, and when I needed to go get fingerprinted I was apprehensive and afraid to go on my own so Scott came with me which is something I'm sure most attorneys would not do so if you need not only a good attorney but a decent human being you can't go wrong with him. After talking to many attorneys that were judgmental and left me anxious and worried. I finally spoke with Scott Limmer and he was so supportive, and did not judge the situation not one bit. He alleviated all my anxieties about it. He is reliable he answers back expeditiously and helps you get your case dealt with as soon as possible. In my case I went from calling lawyers to actually seeing court in a matter of 1 day. He cares about his clients and cares to alleviate their fears about the charge and process. He’s so honest he actually told me he wouldn’t want to take my case since a regular legal aid could take the case and there’s nothing to worry about and he wouldn’t want me to spend money getting something this simple resolved . He even explained what the legal aid would say and do along with the entire process. He advised me even though I was not his client and was giving me advice for another attorney. I immediately hired him ON THE SPOT and he gave me a discount since he felt it still unfair to take my money. I never spoke with a lawyer that actually looks out for your well being. I could’ve cried and I did. He understands that mistakes happen but also understands the unfairness of harsh punishments. The day of court I actually found out the case was already closed. And even though we spent 2 days prepping and talking over the phone the morning of he refunded me all of the money spent for his fee. He’s an angel and a godsent. He also understands the legal system extremely well and can explain it in layman terms which was a relief after talking to other lawyers that were rude, seemed almost annoyed to converse, were negative about the outcome, judgmental, and overpriced.
