I hired this law firm to represent me in my divorce. Initially, they gave me the impression that they were sincere. I paid a total of $7,000 and all they did was to purchase an index number in the court and serve my husband with a summons but the summons was never filed with the court. The $7,000 was used up in phone calls and then they kept asking for more money. I terminated the contract with them. I realized that they are all about money and that they have no integrity.

I contacted Mr. Megale to represent my younger brother last minute. We didn’t have an attorney nor did we have thousands of dollars lying around to hire just anyone. As a caregiver for many years of a family member who had Parkinson's disease, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospital Neurology Department presented me with three names of eldercare law firms as my family member's health was declining.
I interviewed all three firms, then selected Lamson & Cutner to proceed with our eldercare requirements for help in navigating the ever changing legal requirements as to long term nursing home care when on USA Government health care insurances.
I am so happy to have found this law firm for help , my family members agree ,that it was the wisest decision for me to make.
No one can do this complicated legal work alone and it is best ,if possible to proceed with legal issues when the ill person can still understand and contibute their own desires as to what their assets distribution ,usually but not exclusivly into an Irrevocable trust, as well as critical end of life decisions to their family which should be then ultimately drawn up in legal documents by an Attorney .
As the LSCW stated to me when I hesitated thinking "I had so much time to get to this issue" ...'Don't put it off"!

Words can't describe how happy I am that I used Mr. Perskin. Cheryl is a saint to me. As a single father in a child custody case my initial outlook on my situation was abysmal. My daughter is my life and soul. I felt I had no chance at keeping her with me, giving her the life she deserved. Cheryl fought beyond aggressively for me for 7 long years. She first won me full custody which to me was just unheard of. She then went 1000 steps further and won me the right to relocate to another state to give my daughter the life she deserved after all she had been through. We retained Katrin to obtain Grandparent's visitation rights to our grandchildren. Katrin first outlined a course of action to avoid going to court if possible. When that failed, she advised us as to the best way to be successful, with realistic expectations. The was empathetic to our situation and kept us appraised of the progress or lack thereof. She also was good at working with the opposing attorney, reaching a good compromise with the parent we were having difficulty with. Just when I thought I lost all hope Mr Coppage was assigned to my custody battle case for my son. I first met with Raunak when someone else was representing me in my divorce. By the end of my consultation with him, it was clear that Raunak is a breed apart from other attorneys. It is really night and day.

Anyone who has had to go to family court knows just how stressful it is. A big part of the stress is worrying whether your attorney will really help you achieve a favorable outcome. Another concern is wondering, "Will my attorney make my case a priority, or will I be just be another client that he/she can barely keep track of?" I highly recommend Sean I have never been convicted of any crime in my life. I don’t want to go into specifics of my case but the charges were serious with heavy consequences.
