After having a lawyer that i felt didn't adequately represent me and had put me in a tough situation. Robert had taken on the case in my opinion on the losing team and was able to represent me and my daughter with our needs as top priority. Also having the case concluded after trial he had throughly reviewed the results and found an error. Then reached out to proceed with correcting the courts error. STOP! Do Not Look Any Further! Robert is your man! I have been dealing with my ex and her family literally since my son was born in 2011 and them trying relentlessly to get full custody of him. After the first three court fights with a different attorney and trying to appease demands and doing what was best for my son, that still was not good enough. During my 3rd court fight in 2018, I reached out to Robert because I realized this was not going to stop. Even though I had another attorney at the time, I placed a retainer with Robert as well. I knew I would need someone more aggressive for a bigger fight that would come in the future. I wanted Robert to be familiar with my case and to plan for it. Well, that 4th fight came this year (2023-2024), and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Robert has the right balance of aggressiveness, exceptional knowledge, firmness, and negotiating skills. But if push comes to shove, just put your feet up, sit back, and watch! He will NEVER let you be bullied or give an inch on what you legally deserve. So much so, during this 4th court fight, Robert was able to modify my previous court orders (in favor of me), while the opposition filed custody petitions, enforcement petitions, and modification petitions. All of which failed! Robert is still on retainer! Because as of today, the next time/the LAST TIME/the most important time...will be on our terms! Already preparing. DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!!! I was not referred to Lance. I live 90 minutes away from his office and needed an attorney on Long Island. I chose Lance based on a few positive reviews and a frantic need for representation. A complex divorce has had me working with him for almost two years. Amid a hectic schedule that all good divorce attorneys navigate , moments when the emotions of it all make you feel snubbed by the world, and even your attorney, Lance has helped me to create a case against my ex-wife that will likely result in the win I’ve longed for. If it doesn’t, it will have been of no fault to Lance. Together we crafted a motion that dissected my ex-wife’s false claims and lies. Over a year later, 8 adjournments and a continued emotional roller coaster I was able to see Lance on trial. His performance was no less than brilliant in every way possible. While my case is ongoing, his strategy made a fool of opposing counsel, and his intellect, instinct and confidence in front of the judge completely demolished the false narrative that was presented to the court by my ex. As a loving father this moment to fight back felt like life or death for me. While I feel like I’ve already won bases on egregious actions of my ex, and the truth, I’m realistic a court may not see what I saw. Your time will come when you feel completed loved by Lance. Be patient. Your opinions will be heard. You’ll like be put in your place a few times, but tensions are high in battle. After firing my first TWO LAWYERS, I was finally relieved to have found Natalia. I had just escaped an abusive relationship and my ex decided he wanted to sue me for custody of our 1 yr old son.. (Even though he never showed any interest in being a father until I got the courage to leave him) He was incredibly skilled at playing the victim and I needed someone who was able to not only recognize this but to have the ability to present the truth to the judge. From our first consultation, I knew I finally found the right representation with Natalia. She was incredibly intelligent, attentive and perceptive. She helped me to navigate this nightmare with such professionalism and tenacity. After 2 1/2 years of litigation, the judge in fact saw that my ex dragged me to court under “self serving” purposes and awarded me Sole Legal AND Physical custody with permission to relocate out of state. This was a complex case and if not for Natalia’s wisdom and expertise, not to mention compassion, I don’t know where my son and I would be today. Lawyers are a dime a dozen but very few actually CARE about their clients. This is definitely what sets Natalia apart from all the rest. I highly recommend her if you find yourself in a contentious custody and/or divorce case. She will keep you grounded, focused and empowered with knowledge of applicable state laws.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Michael about a potential pre-nuptial with a few layers that most lawyers dont come across. He was knowledgeable about both subjects inside and outside of his area of expertise (ie. Immigration) and both knowledgeable and thoughtful within the area of family law. Howard Tanner is very well respected in his sphere, he knows ins and outs of the system with over 35 years of experience not just as an attorney, but as a prosecutor as well. I can’t say Thank You enough to this law firm and Eric Winnert! We live approximately 5 hours from the office and Eric came to our home to get the much needed paperwork signed by my very ill spouse for a mesothelioma law suit. Poor man had to drive through the snow belt in February just to make sure we got what was needed before anything happened. Whenever I have questions and need to contact him, he is always there to give me answers. He has walked me step by step through every part of the process as my spouse was terminal and passed. Even when I haven’t bothered him in awhile, he will shoot me a text with any needed updates on our case! He’s very caring, empathetic , and personable with his clients and their family! No matter what we threw at him he always had a smile and a chuckle while maintaining his professionalism! Not sure why, but right from the start Beth seem annoyed and unwilling to listen to the specifics of my divorce. She suggested that I move out because abandonment doesn’t exist anymore and that I should start preparing for a huge child support payment that is inevitable and mandatory, and that my prenuptial agreement was worthless and unenforceable after 6 years of marriage. She told me that regardless of the circumstances my ex-wife will get custody and to prepare myself for that. She certainly didn’t feel like she was helping me, more like she was trying to do a little as possible to get through the case, or even make it easier for my ex to get the judgements she wants. 3 other lawyers told me very different things in their consultations. I hired a different lawyer.
