Where do i start? Amazing Law Firm and let me just say how professional Robert Swensen was with me, told me everything that was going to happened and how it was going to happened. He even went over and Beyond the call of duty, when I called him after hours he picked up and spoke with me, I don’t get that from lawyers, I usually get the answer machine and wait 2-3 business to get a response, but Robert was different he was on my case as soon as he got it in front of him. he always helped me with question and concerns I had. I had gotten into a car accident and didn’t really know anything about finding a top notch attorney. Once I went in and met my injury lawyer Mr. Minesh Patel and Corina Flores I knew this was the law firm I was looking for. They made me feel extremely safe, comfortable, and confident. I knew that they would do everything in their power to get a outcome I deserved, and they did exactly that. Every road block or issue, Mr. Patel resolved. They made me feel like family, especially Corina. She constantly went out of her way to help me with everything from getting doctors and chiropractor appointments, scheduling MRI, Xrays, and physical therapy that latest several months. I was hit by a car when I was just starting my motorcycle ride on Austin to Bastrop via Highway 71. It was a terrible crash and could have easily been fatal for me but I was blessed to only suffer whiplash and some fractures in my arms and leg. This was a bad injury which required surgery and four screws at St. David's Surgical Hospital in May 2023. There was no question the other driver was at fault. I had witnesses, pictures and a Texas Highway Patrol reported the car wreck all in my favor.
I called a couple of other injury attorneys on the phone and even met one in their office near Southeast Austin. I realized it was going to best difficult to find the best accident lawyer around Austin. My coworker from Progressive Insurance found Minesh Patel's law firm on Google Maps and after talking with him on the phone, I was confident he could handle my accident case and get the best settlement possible. Minesh, my accident lawyer and my case manager Amanda Moya took care of everything. He settled all my bills, negotiated with the medical insurance, got the limits from the other party’s insurance company for liability and property and also got the limit from my own uninsured auto coverage. I was not even aware my auto insurance covered me too. On top of all this he discounted his own fees. In the end I got the most I could have hoped for given the insurance limits and my expenses were significantly reduced!

This review is a long time coming. I've worked with and relied on Shannon on three separate occasions over custody disputes of my eldest daughter. We had our child via surrogate; however, during the height of covid the number of guests in the hospital was limited. Our gestational carrier agreement was in another state and our child was birth in TX. The hospital couldn't do anything to help us and the birth mother was listed as the mother on the birth certificate. To have this change to my name was a challenge. I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
