Robert is the best! He represented me in my divorce case. The first thing that he did was to explain the legal papers that I was served in layman's terms, as opposed to the legaleze it was written in. Divorce is the hardest possible thing I've dealt with especially involving kids. I had taste buds taken off my mouth not wanting to eat due to this matter of divorce to crying that my now ex-wife would let me see my kids.
I left her so she had an avenue which is making my life hard through attorneys to get back. Long story story short I hired a cheap attorney versus not having one worst mistake ever... Hired Andrea she gets to the point divorced in record time. She doesn't play games and plays devils advocate as she knows the system. Best thing she advised to me is that she said to me with ease. "Your the same person going through a divorce with a different last name" She's a 10 Star. Me and my ex wife next to me. She turned a 14 month battle and converted in 90 days.

I am finding it difficult to even put into words how grateful I am for the work Todd put into my family law case.
From returning phone calls on weekends, to filing emergency documents in the middle of the night, he was there with me every step of the way. I heard from many friends their lawyers were extremely condescending and unresponsive, so I was worried what I may encounter during my journey. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Todd. He took my case personally and does not even utilize a paralegal for his practice. He is hands on and does everything himself. He lives and breathes for his work.
Our intitial consult was on a Sunday. I called his answering service and he returned my message within minutes. While he never pressured me to retain him for my case, I hired him on the spot. It was the best decision I made.
My case was invovled and he had the knowledge and experience to see it through, despite many complications along the way. He definitely took an outside the box approach to several matters that ended up closing the case.
No one expects to need a family law attorney. However, should you find yourself in that position, Todd is an excellent choice.
Andrew was also briefly involved with my case and while we did not have much interaction, I was impressed by his compassion and appreciated the time he took to offer his insight as well.
On a final note, I found Todd's billing extremely reasonable and fair. Thank you to this firm for helping me through an extremely difficult time in my life.

Hi Tom assisted me in a dispute with PayPal when I won the argument in eBay about a delivered item that I believe was stolen I lost a dispute with PayPal with a bank. From my perspective unless you have unexpectedly come into a huge sum of cash no one wants to speak to an attorney. Chances are if you are seeking legal counsel either something bad has happened, or is about to happen in your life. I equate hiring an attorney to purchasing insurance; you’re never happy to write that check but if you’ve done your research and chosen wisely that initial expenditure should far outweigh any potential long term monetary and emotional costs. Having recently been through an emotionally and financially devastating event I can say with supreme confidence that I had chosen wisely when I retained Gary Weiner. I’m not aggressive or confrontational by nature, in fact in many respects I’m probably too passive or “soft”. It is all fine and dandy to want the proverbial “pit bull” or “heartless” type of attorney portrayed in TV and movies until the reality sets in that you too, must deal with that persona. You may think that you are emotionally tough but unless you are without soul, you will feel tug on the heart strings when your family is entwined in legal battle. Gary has somehow mastered the ability to be relentless, aggressive and intimidating in representing your legal interests while still maintaining the ability to truly empathize with his client. In retrospect there were times he was a quasi therapist, patiently listening to me excessively lament and offering insightful advice and experienced guidance. Never once did any of my interactions with Gary feel contrived or insincere. Gary is as genuine a human being as I have ever met; he is without question a very good man. I had a great experience with HVW Law Group. I am extremely pleased with Emerald' services. Emerald was the third attorney I hired during my child custody case.
The first attorney I hired sent somebody I did not even know and who knew nothing about my case to my first court hearing. He did not even tell me he was doing this beforehand. The second attorney did not answer my calls in a timely manner, did not keep me inform of the status of the case, and I found him to be overall non-empathetic and just plain non-caring starting from right after the first consultation once the retainer was paid.
When I found Emerald I really thought all the attorneys were going to be like that. I felt scared, alone, and confused dealing with one of the most important situations in my life.
