I called on an inquiry unrelated to the business, and their desk attendant was present and kind and courteous. I have always believed that a business can either have patches of good near the top like bubbles on water; or they are good all the way through like a bar of soap. I usually find that those good bubbles pop at the slightest inconveniences. this business was kind and courteous when they didn't need to be. thank you. I hope this helps.

Tina helped me with my divorce and I am very pleased with the results as well as her support during the entire process. I met Attorney Douglas Rudman and Rudman Law Group through a solid recommendation from a trusted friend who is intimately familiar with the legal process. This was my first experience with the law so I was nervous about what to expect. Doug and his staff met with me, fully prepared to discuss my situation as they had reviewed my previous court documents in the matter before I ever set foot in his office. After Doug’s thorough (and patient!) explanation of how I could expect the case to proceed, he agreed to take the case and offered me a very fair price, which I readily accepted. Doug and his team guided me every step of the way, which required a number of court appearances, either by his representing me or by me tagging along to face the judge in person. Doug and Ross kept me well-informed by sending regular status updates and by answering my numerous questions, either in person or via email or phone. Doug’s courtroom demeanor and professional rapport with all court personnel were outstanding and allowed my case to proceed smoothly. He kept me (relatively) relaxed during each court appearance, and the case was decided with a favorable outcome in a reasonable length of time. I am truly grateful for the kindness, understanding, and support provided by the entire Rudman Law Group.
I have read all the reviews presented on Doug’s website, and I wholeheartedly agree with all the positive statements. I have an issue with the few low ratings, as in my opinion they do not reflect Doug or his performance in any way. If I could give Ken Minerley and the Minerley Fein Law Group zero stars, I absolutely would. Hiring this firm was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made, and it cost me over $50,000 before I had no choice but to walk away in the middle of my case.
In my experience, Minerley’s only objective was to rack up as many billable hours as possible with little regard for the outcome of my case. After retaining his services, my case was quickly handed off to an inexperienced associate named Ashley Adras, and from that point on, communication was practically nonexistent unless I aggressively pursued them for updates. Hearings came and went without any proactive communication from the firm, and it felt like there was no real strategy in place—just a series of filings designed to inflate the bill.
I’ve worked with many attorneys over the years, and none have been as disappointing as Ken Minerley. It felt like the focus was never on resolving my case efficiently, but on keeping the clock running to maximize fees. Thankfully, I’ve now hired competent legal counsel who are working to fix the mess this firm created.
I urge anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration. The experience left me feeling taken advantage of and completely unsupported.

Let me start by saying that unfortunately I was divorced once before. My experience with my first attorney was disappointing.
I found myself going through a very sad and difficult time in my life of a second divorce. I was referred to Mr. Wasserman through a good friend of mine that runs a large personal injury law firm. From the very beginning my experience was like night and day. Jeffrey and Deborah were extremely professional and compassionate. I cannot tell you how detail oriented and prompt they were in every step of the way. He was also able to refer me to another great attorney for a different matter that affected my divorce process. Mr. Wasserman was very patient while I resolved those issues that obviously delayed my divorce process. I always got an immediate response to any questions or concerns. In the end my husband and I are trying to reconcile and work on our marriage and stopped the divorce. Again Jeff had very kind words to say and gave me more great legal advise. If I find myself in the unfortunate situation to start the divorce process again I can assure you, without hesitation I will be calling Mr. Jeffrey Wasserman again!!!

Attorney Karen Velez is a compassionate, helpful lawyer. She is an angel. It is unbelievable that even now I get emotional thinking about how much she helped me. My experience was that I met with her about a divorce case. My husband and I have a child and I was done with the marriage. As a mom I was struggling with getting divorced because my child is close to her dad. Karen met with me at her office and then spoke to me a number of times about my case. I signed the retainer agreement and moved forward with the divorce. I told Karen that I wanted the divorce filed and asked that it be done as soon as possible so I could start 2020 out with the process almost over. Karen drafted the documents for my case and then we spoke one day to discuss the financial affidavit and financial documents necessary for the case because she was ready to file the paperwork with the court. I then had my second child and as I spoke to Karen to discuss the financial documents needed for the case, I was sad and also discussed my personal situation with her. Karen listened and heard my frustration and counseled me to pause the divorce. She said that it sounded like I wanted to give my marriage another chance and actually gave me ideas. Real ideas on how to take a couple of weeks and discuss the problems and situation with my husband.
That night I sent Karen a text letting her know that I was so grateful that she is a mom, and human being first. It was incredible. She is a lawyer with a heart!
Most people would not believe that a lawyer would meet with a client, sign the client, take the money and work the case,but then tell the client to hold off on that case. Whoever heard of a lawyer having a heart? Ultimately, I decided not to get divorced. I would recommend her to anyone! Call her.

I highly recommend Karen. I went to a local lawyer that does not handle family law cases that recommended her to me. I met with Karen on a child custody matter and had lots of questions and concerns. You want a lawyer that listens to your fears and questions and addresses them. Karen is the kind of lawyer that listens, answers your questions & puts your mind at ease. She was also available to answer calls at 7 at night and meet on a Saturday at her office if that is when you can meet. She was excellent in court.
Karen is a great lawyer. I recommend her to friends and to anyone with a custody, divorce, time sharing, child support, legal matter.

After paying much money , Jay did not achieve any of the agreements made. I was constantly billed and asked for payments, I didn't have . I am now being sued from this firm . Mr. Root handled a custody dispute for me - he was excellent and got me the results that he told me at the onset he would. I only wish I knew of him and hired him at the time of my divorce.
Besides Mr. Root fighting aggressively and smartly in the court, he was always available to me for calls, conferences, and even reviewing my planned emails to my ex, which I found very helpful.
His guidance throughout the entire process was invaluable. Mr. Root is very experienced and knowledgeable in the family law matters, and the results of my case reflect that. He was my true advocate.

Ms. Hollingshead is both extremely professional and deeply knowledgeable. I hired her initially to draft estate planning documents (will, living will, power of attorney, health care surrogate, etc) for myself and my husband. Then when we separated, she advised me in how to update the documents to reflect my changed situation. Since that time, I've engaged her to advise me on a number of topics, including business strategy & real property acquisition. Jeff Herman and his team are very unprofessional. They revictimized me truly. When I went to Mr. Herman, I had presented my case with facts and evidence. Jeff, Krisel, John, and Steve reassured me that they would help seek justice for me. Unfortunately, nine months after retaining them, they promised that they were working on my case. I persistently called and asked about the status of my case. Once they realized that my case actually required some work and wasn't an "open-shut" case, they dropped me. They gave me no real reason, if I read in between the lines it was that it wasn't a high monetary return compared to other cases. It's one thing to turn down someone's case from the start but it is another to drop them nine months after you have strung them along with false promises. It was NOT because I didn't have enough evidence, it was simply because they saw cases as dollar signs which is shameful considering they claim to be a "voice for the voiceless." As a victim, this was truly traumatizing and saddening as I had confided in them my biggest demons and promised justice would be served. What attracted me most, was that the firm had two PI's and they were horrendous. They sat on their laurels of being reputable ex law enforcement however, when it came time to do actual research for my case, they were unable to actually do so, literally. It got so ridiculous, they insisted on me reaching out to my perpetrators, as my best avenue of gathering evidence. I even complied and reached out because I was so desperate to get justice. I had asked them when they first took my case to do a generic background check on my perpetrator since they claimed that they had sophisticated databases, however, it was not until my own research I found out one of my perpetrator's was on probation. Then the next week they DROPPED me. It was terrible that they put me in that position of telling me to talk to my perpetrators, the ones' that abused me and took so much from me. Jeff Herman then did not even have the decency to call me and explain why he was dropping me. He had Krisel call which was extremely cowardly. Please before you use this law firm, do your research. This is a common thing he does, look at some of his reviews here and on facebook. He then has family members on facebook review his business as "5 stars". He also has had his Florida bar taken away before, so think twice.

I will never use this firm again, huge waste of time in my opinion. The allegation is as follows: Krisel and Jeff Herman made false statements to me as a client, led me to believe I have a case, told me they would take the case to court for the state it has to do with, when the time came they didn't hire a firm in the state it supposed to happen in, instead they attempted to get a new firm see if they would take the case, this is different than what I was led to believe. It is further alleged that this firm wasted my time, for months and months I waited for nothing.

Mr. Herman is a true professional who has made the legal process easy to understand. He treated me and my family with respect and was always going above and beyond to assist. He made it a point to know not only my case but me as well. I felt like I was among family when I went to his office. Due to his hard work our case was successful at trial!
