OK.... First, let me state my exwife has forced me into court 4 times. All of the legal proceedings were were unnecessary and vindictive. I have paid everything the courts required and have never been late. I hired Mr. Smith for a child support modification. Opposing counsel was Boca Raton's high profile "Paper Boy".... a guy known for running up fee's and playing on the emotions of mostly angry clients. Andrew Smith destroyed this guy in court. He fought ethically and honorably. What I found most interesting was our first meeting. In the course of 1 hour he laid out what the legal issue was, what was going to happen, and how he would approach the other side. He was 100% correct.
If you are going through the unfortunate process of divorce / child support, etc....... You owe it to yourself to hire this guy. Iv had 4 attorneys and hands down this guy was the best. ...... In terms of honesty, competence, ethics and appropriate aggressive litigation..... this guy gets an A++. Hire him. You will be glad you stumbled on this review.

Steve Pesso has been my attorney for nearly 10 years. I’m one of the tough divorce cases that was tricky to start with, go through, and has lingering issues due to a textbook narcissistic ex. From the beginning, Steve has demonstrated great insight to psychology of personality and remains calm in spite of family law’s notorious roller coaster rides.
He prepared my case for trial with remarkable detail and during the trial, told the story of my life which (without going into detail) made it crystal clear to the judge to rule in favor of me.
The way he prepped me prior to trial was key as well, as that translated to me knowing how to handle the opposing counsel’s purposeful digs aimed at getting under my skin and trying to make me lose my cool.
He is grounded and affable with the opposing counsel and treats the other party with dignity and respect. This is important because it diffuses that go-to drama so many divorce attorneys rely on.
Steve tells me the way it is. Sometimes that really irks me, but he does not make promises he can’t deliver. I know he has my back and I’ve been able to truly count on him during the worst times of my life.

Since 2004, Joy has represented me off and on initially with my divorce, and subsequently with court child custody and child support issues. Joy is very nuts and bolts, extremely knowledgeable and experienced with family law and the court system with lots of background examples to draw from she used to support my case. She has a unique knack for looking at your case from so many angles. For my situation, I am very proactive and Joy allowed me to use this trait when appropriate to help get really basic things done. I love that she (and her husband Richard) are very down to earth, simple and to-the point. Her style is clear and no-nonsense and she is not at all shaken or intimidated by bullying. She is super smart, but always listens to what I have to say even if it is irrelevant. (like I know something she doesn't). I had a terrible time with my girlfriend over the custody of our son. Jordan represented me and we had to go to court to get an order on time sharing. Jordan did such a good job that I got 50/50 time with my son, and my girlfriend was shocked. She kept telling me I would only get every other weekend. Jordan may be young but she's very very smart and she knows how to talk to the Judge in Court. She was far better than my girlfriend's lawyer, and her hourly rate was lower than the other lawyers'! I highly recommend Jordan Davis to anyone looking for a great but reasonably priced family law attorney. She really knows her stuff. The firm she works for has a full staff and they were always really nice to me.

After getting rear ended at a traffic light, I was able to drive home in my car and went to bed. The next day I could not move my neck from the whiplash I suffered. I retained Luz for a post divorce child support modification-I highly recommend her. I've had a few lawyers on my case already and she was up against my ex's very difficult lawyer. Luz always was on top of things and was very strategic. Not only did she look out for me as her client, but I have twoteenagers and she always had them in mind in any negotiations. She is very fairly priced and makes sure she is using your retainer for the right things at the right time.
