From start to finish the DCD Law team did an incredible job. Art initially spoke with me and advised me as to a course of action and recommendations. We discussed all aspects of what was going on and what our goals were. We joined with them and the very next day, Lisa joined the team and did an outstanding job representing our interests and advocating for us. Later, when Juanita took over the responsibility for our case, and started interacting with us, the confidence and trust just kept growing each time we communicated with her. I was badly hurt at work and I was lost on what to do, I didn’t know if I had a case or not. I was worried about losing my job or the cost of a lawyer consultation. Workers’ compensation is a long process. My attorney guided me People who has workers comp case needs to be patient because it takes a long time no matter what it is a bureaucratic system. The system is one sided system is written for employers my attorney guided me through this very complex system number one you will not get any treatment from any doctor in Worker’s Comp. unless you go treat on your own, the treatment you get in workers comp is very mediocre very bureaucratic and you feel like you’re not being treated. They just buy time and the time passes fast and you still not, my attorney had to struggle to get me anything and everything. It is a hard process.
I recommend RP LAW GROUP 100%
Very happy with services from RP law group if you have an injury and you feel you injured at work, make sure you take consultation. Do not try to handle it yourself.

Alex and the team at Leigh Law Firm are FANTASTIC!! If you get hurt at work and are stuck in the endless cycle of work comp paperwork and appointment setting and reminders and etc etc… call this office and they will handle EVERYTHING for you. Going through a work related injury can be a NIGHTMARE, but with Leigh Law Firm they made everything smooth sailing. They have a case related app that keeps you updated on all your upcoming appointments and visits too. Elizabeth and the rest of the front office staff are super helpful and informative as well.

Jeff Bickerton, was referred to me by a center. I was absolutely unsure and tremendously nervous. Jeff assured me and knew exactly what I was going through. His vast experience reflected though his questions. He pin pointed the issue and the path I was supposed to take. I didn’t have to think twice or look any further. He gave me the confidence, and his relentless support kept me motivated. He answered all my questions, returned all my calls and emails. His patience and precision is admirable. He doesn’t believe in wasting your time and resources. The case went for almost a year and the fee was minimal. The other party involved had the worst experience with the attorney and that made me appreciate Jeff’s professionalism even more. The case went on respectfully and in the best interest of both the parties. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness. After an accident where my wife was hit from the rear and pushed into another car at a stoplight, we were uncertain what to do. My case took over 5 years and was part of a group of cases referred to as Clergy III. The cases went from State Court to Federal Court as the Defendant attempted to minimize the liability of the claims against it. At no time was Mr. Zalkin ever unavailable to answer concerns or questions about the case, and brought in the necessary experts to assist when needed to secure an adequate value and location of assets as the case proceeded through Federal Bankruptcy court. Because of his diligence and professionalism, Mr. Zalkin was able to help secure an additional 100 million dollars to the initial offering of 98 million and settle the cases without having to put any clients though any unnecessary trauma of trial. The work he did in my case and the way in which he handled it was above and beyond what had been experienced with other Law firms in years previous. Mr. Zalkin handled the sensitivity of the nature of my case with the utmost of respect and professionalism. I recommend him highly, as he is a man who can be trusted to provide the best legal representation at all times.

I’m thankful I found Jackie. I had prior representation for a brief time from the daughter of the head of different firm. I ended up disappointed with that individual and their performance, which seemed to be more self-absorbed than truly dedicated to their client. A very one- dimensional and impersonal experience. Having the expertise of Ms. Jackie Abboud was like a night and day experience. She was immediately engaged, very informative, and a great listener. She truly cares about her clients. She has decades of experience and her unrelenting drive to reach a favorable outcome and protect children is impervious to deflection. I was surprised by her personalization and availability. It was a welcome and refreshing feeling, knowing that I had a seasoned and genuine individual to navigate the waters, comprehensively, and to advise me without being intimidated with any matter or individual along the way. She was masterful at being able to present truth to the Courts and cut through the nonsense brought forth by my ex. Child custody cases can be very tough and stressful to navigate, as one or both parties can be caught up in desperate emotion and do very stupid things that can tie up the Courts time, burn through a lot of money, and ultimately place undue stress and burden on innocent children. Child Custody Evaluators can be involved and have to investigate any allegation. Again, more money essentially taken away from being used for your child’s future, and your child must be involved with having to be questioned, etc. I was on the other end of reckless,, ridiculous, hurtful, and shortsighted desperate attempts at diminishing me as a fair minded and devoted/loving mother. Ultimately, I was granted a move away order. His case crumbled . I was also able to obtain a settlement which greatly helped with court costs. I highly recommend Ms. Abboud if you can secure her services. I understand she doesn’t take on just anyone, and she’s not easy to secure. I feel very fortunate and I’m ever so thankful for our outcome. My daughter is the happiest she’s ever been. Absolutely thriving. I have never used my daughter as a tool, nor have been vindictive. That’s so important. Truth won, and I’m ever so grateful for Ms. Abboud being a steward of justice and incredible support for me and my daughter.
