Dustin Shamburg is an exceedingly hardworking, responsive, and kind man. I contacted his office after receiving a DUI, I was completely overwhelmed by the entire situation and felt completely paralyzed as what to do or what would happen from here. This was my first time ever needing legal counsel.
I knew within a few minutes of our talking that it only made sense to hire this firm. It became obvious that he has an immense amount of knowledge and experience in this arena and I'm so glad I engaged with this firm. I called Ms. Ekaterina Berman to consult with a case, and she provided excellent consultation even she didn't have time to take my case.
She listens really well. She gets my point immediately, and gets to her point clearly. The communication was very professional and easy.
She offered her professional take on the case and on my concerns, even I haven't hired her. She does not just care about money. She said, to save the time and money, what is the good way to proceed instead of forcing me a case to open and hire her.
Although I didn't end up with working with her on my case, I feel only someone who is good at what he/she is doing can do practice and work in the way Ms. Ekaterina Berman does. So I feel this is outstanding from others in the business, and it should be made aware to anyone who seeks for help and service.

I called this office at a time of great stress. My first contact was Shoshannah (the office manager, whose professional and calm demeanor was very appreciated). Mr. Galambos then spent time with my family, letting us know what to expect and how to negotiate the best outcome through each step we faced. Not only was he helpful to us regarding outcome, but he was pleasant to speak with, and we left each interaction feeling calmer than we entered it. Our family's situation was relatively minor, but mishandling it could've made it a far bigger deal than necessary. Mr. Galambos's counsel allowed us to keep it as minor as we'd hoped.

I used John Hosford at Gillett Law for a very complicated divorce/custody matter with a uniquely difficult opposing party. This is my experience...
There is an extreme amount of trust, and a giant leap of faith one must take in hiring an attorney. Hiring a lawyer in family law matters of this nature entails tying some of the most painful and difficult decisions of your life to another humans' skill set, and trusting that they can and will properly represent you during a time when it's hard to trust anyone. It involves handing over deeply personal intimate details, sometimes through scraping together the funds to access their help. It's a big deal, and that's why I'm writing this review.
It's important to me to authentically share my experience as John Hosfords client in order to give prospective clients the insight to appreciate what a sound decision hiring this firm is. I aim to help alleviate worry and provide those reading this hope in a place where for me, there wasn't any before meeting my incredible attorney:
I was forced to put everything I had into Mr. Hosfords hands due to the complexities of my case. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. My case was transferred from another county, I was beyond nervous to switch attorneys. John Hosford expertly handled the transition leaving my old attorney with nothing but complementary and encouraging things to say after she worked with him on the transfer. Once in SLO county, he was able to systematically free us from the oppressions and injustices of my situation. He repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure success. After this experience I can confidently say, you will not find this level of rectitude, legal nurturing, diligence, grit, and expert guidance anywhere else.
I also quickly learned that despite his fierce presence, Mr. Hosford is deeply rooted in compassion, a savage yet professional protective nature, and judicial righteousness toward his clients. With his ability to swiftly apply judicial code, logic, and facts to the murkiness, confusion, and distractions generated by the other side, he was able to cut through the mess and render clean and clear resolution with unparalleled efficiency. He earned not just my respect, but that of the courtroom every time we had to appear. Every. Time.
Beyond Mr. Hosfords incredibly adept legal skill and knowledge, there is not a dollar amount or unit of measurement one can put on the level of commitment, heart, and security Mr. Hosford and Gillett Law gives to their clients, it's not something they are required to do...they just do it. This seems like more than a business for this firm, it's a passion and a desire to help people that is firmly grounded in integrity. I found it comforting during a very scary process and learned that resolution can be achieved even in the most impossible situations with the right representation and guidance.

Scott Sanders of Sanders & Montalto contacted my law firm in approximately 2007 because he was suing a manufacturer that failed to pay substantial commissions to a sales rep from my state of Pennsylvania. Since the lawsuit was to be filed in Pennsylvania, we acted as local counsel and together with his firm obtained a settlement for our client. Since that time, I have also acted as co-counsel with Mr. Sanders on behalf of other sales reps on multiple occasions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. All such cases were successfully resolved. Right from calling the reception to speaking to the office manager Jacqueline and Attorney the team demonstrated a highly professional approach.
I felt so reassured that I was liaising with someone with clear understanding of the legality of the topic, had an analytical assessment with crystal clear communication skills. The team clearly depicts their excellent time management, organisational skills with attention to detail; and to top it the advice was delivered in a very calm, comforting, compassionate and yet professional order.
The consultation went very well and I felt so reassuring where i knew the matter was being assessed and addressed by a highly professional attorney. I was referred to Hossein Berenji and associates by another lawyer friend. Hossein and his staff of knowledgable and capable attorneys were amazing. He definitely treated me with care and respect and had my main interest always at the forefront of every decision we made together and advised me on. I have been going through a divorce for years now. When my case was getting too much for me to handle myself, I met with Drew Hendricks. At first he just handled all the paperwork for my case and I received an uncontested default judgment divorce. Just over a year later, my ex wife decided that she was not happy with that and took me back to court. At that point Drew fully represented me and I was seeing him in action. Seeing him argue points and shoot down opposing counsel with facts and the truth is what saved me from paying out unnecessary money. Drew fought (and will continue fighting if I need him too) hard for me and I could not recommend him more. I give his contact information to anyone I run into that is going through a divorce. My family has give out his information to their friends. If your reading this and undecided if your going to pick this law firm…let me be the first one to say: come here first and talk to Drew. After he heard a few tracks on Apple Music he told me to get out there and continue to make good music. And not to worry about this case because he was going to make it go away! And he did exactly as he said! After that initial meeting in his board room I never heard from the courts, police or anyone ever again. There are no words? This guy has strong medicine.

After close to 4 years in family court and being robbed blindly for 15k by a lawyer who appeared once in court and missed two appearances I can truly say I found a lawyer who will truly represent your best interest. I've witness horrible advice and horrible results by lawyers who don't care about anything but their pay. Michael did and fought for what I asked and truly shined in court making both the opposing lawyer and the Child support lead lawyers look like fools and liars which is what they are.

I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.

I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. From the beginning Peter was very professional, understanding and patient, there were times when I was falling apart emotionally and felt that I could not continue with the process anymore and Peter always had a huge patience and words of encouragement for me to keep going. Peter does his job with great professionalism but also with empathy towards his clients, he is very good at fighting for what is fair, thus showing great ethics and commitment. I highly recommend Mr. Hughes and his office to handle your legal needs or problems. I can speak to my case as an out-of-state non-CA CDL truck driver who received a traffic violation for hands free cell phone use by CHP 11-30-23. This type of violation is a major deal and driving offense with potential significant points on your commercial license and potential employment termination depending upon your trucking company-safety director .I found Mr. Hughes thru this website-Avvo.com and was glad I hired him. He is very transparent about his work process and legal fees. I paid a flat fee rather than hourly fee for his services. I think it would depend upon your type of legal case. However, a simpler traffic case like mine would require less legal research and work than more complicated cases that require hourly billing. Still, Mr. Hughes provided the utmost attention to my simpler traffic case that eventually was dismissed with no fines or more importantly traffic points on my NY CDL-commercial license driver record. I cannot thank him and his office enough for helping me fight and win my traffic case in Riverside County CA -Murrieta traffic court this past month-JAN 2025. The case had been extended out and postponed for over 1Yr-01-30-25 would have been 14mos from the CHP citation date/traffic tkt. Lastly, I applaud Mr. Hughes prompt contact with his clients. He uses a secure online portal-Clio software for clients ;so, you can securely E-Mail msg him with any questions during your case .He will then promptly reply to you. Also, he answers his calls and will return your call if you leave him msg. I once called him and he answered his cell phone despite being on vacation. You just normally do not see that level of client service and attention-to-detail with most other lawyers. In fact I had a personal family friend-lawyer in NY who handled my injury case when I was struck by a DUI driver 1997 before I had my NY CDL-A commercial license. He did not return calls or maintain client contact like Mr. Hughes did during my case. I think anyone looking for excellent representation, especially if you are an out-of-state or even CA commercial (CDL) or even non-commercial driver, you will be well served to handle your legal needs. Mr. Hughes has significant CA trial criminal and traffic courts experience. Thanks Mr. Hughes and team for winning my case!

Deaf / hard of hearing client, facing battery charges that were false. Just signed with Ty after inquiring around with other firms. Even though I have communication issues, Ty has accommodated me and most importantly had a good attitude. I even said I was going with someone else who was cheaper and he was still very positive / encouraging and gave free advice. I ended up going with him nonetheless. patient isn’t closed yet, but confident that he will take care of it
