We have a crazy neighbor who thought it would be good idea to file a restraining order against us because she just didn’t like us. It was really scary to have someone that crazy seeking legal action against us, and I’ve never been to court in my entire life. Andrea handled this complex and emotionally charged case with grace and intelligence and calm. She reassured us and kept us calm as she prepared us. We ultimately had the request for restraining orders dismissed AND she prevailed in a motion to have our attorney fees paid by the crazy neighbor. From a legal perspective, we could not have asked for a better outcome! Would I hire her again? 100%! We are so grateful for her and for her being so well prepared.

I had interviewed several lawyers before I picked her as my lawyer. She was the only one who called me back directly. The other lawyers had their secretary called me instead. She also had a novel approach to my divorce. Unfortunately, it didn't pan out. Throughout the case, she represented me even when she had to taged out of my case due to personal issue, she still helped me find a new lawyer. Her price was the most reasonable out of all the lawyers I talked to. She is not the type of lawyer who is trying to squeeze as much money out of you. She is very caring. Even though my case didn't come out as I would like, I would strongly recommend her as your personal lawyer.

Michael Watters and his team are highly skilled and experienced in navigating the complexities of divorce. Not only did he skillfully navigate the legal system and advocate for my financial needs, he understood the importance of equalizing finances between households so that I can really show up for my children. He clearly has seen it all before, understands dysfunctional family dynamics and anticipated what my family needed when I was not able to advocate for myself. Michael got a court order to begin paying child support and alimony when my ex had stopped; he called for a financial deposition to reveal the money that my ex had been trying to hide and could not be revealed in a simple tax return, he got my ex to pay money to me for the house that we had acquired while we were married and then had pressurized me into getting my name off of the title as I was leaving the house before we were legally separated, and he was able to get most all of my legal fees to be paid by my ex as he had the ability to do so. I am so grateful for Michael and his team's work on my behalf. Without Michael's help I still would have been an unsupported single mom stressed and not being able to fully show up for my kids who are really the ones who suffer most in these dynamics.

Mr. Waters is not only an exceptionally knowledgable Divorce Lawyer but a highly experienced litigator which is critical should your divorce reach the courts. I believe he represented my interests very well and I had full confidence that he would have won my case had we ended up going to court. However (against his advice) I decided to settle just to be done with the process. I felt he was fair in his billing and I would hire him again if I needed his services.

She is one of a kind- prompt in answering emails, calls and inquiries, approachable, honest, straightforward, witty, pro active. We’ve only met for a short time, she listened, had genuine concern, and had acted right away. My case was resolved in less than half an hour. And even after that, Julia still reached out when she has concerns. And she only charged reasonable fees. Words are not enough to thank Julia for what she has done. I needed a trust attorney and after googling, Mr. Ingerson‘s name popped up with high reviews. I immediately called LA Estate Plan and Mr. Ingerson called me back promptly. He listened to my questions, concerns and gave me advice. I was very impressed with Mr. Ingerson’s professionalism, knowledge, and patience with me as I am very new to this and his kindness. After setting up a date with witnesses and a notary, I needed to make one amendment, Mr. Ingerson immediately drafted up the amended version and had a coworker from his company personally, deliver the revised Trust to my address!! My trust was done within a fraction of a week. I highly recommend Mr. Ingerson and his company as they gave phenomenal service and went above and beyond. I would definitely refer and use their services again. I am very happy with how promptly and with such ease this was done without an office visit. 🙏

I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. Jeanne is a wonderful person. Very easy to talk to it was like I knew her for years even though she wasn’t able to help in my case she did how ever give me some great advice and referrals. Kathryn helped administer my mom's estate with the utmost professionalism, patience, and warmth. After my mom died last year, I had no idea what to do about her estate, of which I was a trustee. I went to the large law firm which originally drew up her trust, only to find that they were going to charge me a criminal amount for a processing this relatively straightforward trust. After starting work with them, I realized I had to switch, which was painful because I didn't want this to be more complicated than it needed to be. Kathryn was recommended to me by a friend, and not only did she complete the work much more efficiently for a reasonable fee, but she took the time to explain different aspects of the estate which confused me, and recommended certain decisions, whereas the big law firm and the banks I was dealing with did no such thing. None of them could answer questions like "What do people normally do with an inherited IRA?" whereas Kathryn could. Highly recommended!

I found Kim after two years of going through court battles, family/civil and criminal, as he was abusive. I had spent two years trying to do everything myself due to finances. I am so grateful for Kim working with me on a limited scope that worked for my budget. She was so caring and empathetic and didn’t make me feel like I was just another paycheck. If there was 6 stars I would have chosen 6. There is so much to praise Melanie for I don't even know where to start. She is one of the most kind, caring, and genuine people we have come into contact with. Add those qualities to a strong understanding of the law and you have a warrior to fight for you. I used Winger Mediation many years ago. My wife at the time and I both wanted an efficient and non-conflict separation, for ourselves but more so for our daughter and Ariel was the exact right choice for us.
