There is no other lawyer like Michael Oddenino. He is the absolute best. II owned property prior to my marriage and my ex husband came after me. It was emotional and very difficult. I had heard of Michael and when I met him, I was finally able to put my worries to rest. He is confident and really follows through with his word. Highly experienced and professional. Lise is not in Michaels vocabulary. Divorce is never a win but peace of mind is what you get when you work with Michael. Even after the divorce was final, Michael was always available to answer questions via email or a call. He is always there. His team are the best and there is no other family law firm better than Michael and his team. I used to work with attorneys. I know what is out there. I would give him 1000 stars if I could for what he did for me and his team.

I retained kate's law firm to handle my bankruptcy and i am so happy i did. kate was very informed, caring and professional. I had sooo many questions and she was always available either by email or phone to answer them in a timely manner. the fees i thought were very reasonable and she basically held my hand throughout the entire process.. i even told a friend about her and she retained their services and could not have been more pleased..if you are considering bankruptcy i highly recommend you go with her..she rocks!!!!

Don't be fooled by how cute she is; this woman knows her stuff. I very much appreciated her counsel as she guided me through the process and attended to the paperwork for me. Sara is a true professional and joy to work with. I called her about a commercial tenant/landlord dispute that I was pursuing legal action for. I needed advice on how to draft a demand letter stemming from substantial damages to my office. From the start of our conversation, even when I engaged in verbal diarrhea and spewed numbers and facts and negative emotions at her, Sara remained articulate, intuitive, and calm. She listened to my brain dump of ideas and thoughts and was able to parse out important details that we could use as leverage in the case. She immediately asked for all documentation (emails, contracts, photos, invoices, etc) of my communication with this horrid commercial landlord. Given that I called her on a busy Tuesday afternoon, she drafted a beautiful demand letter by the end of the week. I was flabbergasted and impressed by her level of commitment to MY cause. It definitely put my mind at ease having her in my corner. Sara is ostensibly sharp, quick-witted, and more than willing to do her homework. I will definitely retain her for any and all future cases for my business and personal needs.

Lora is by far the most knowledgeable on current laws and rules of procedure that I have ever had the pleasure to represent me. No one out there compares! And I have had quite a few. She is honest (what?!), fair(again, what?!), and truly puts her heart into your case. I was initally very apprehensive about handing my pro se case over to any attorney, but Ms. Grevious' confidence and knowledge had me sold after our first phone call. Since then, she has proven effective, capable, and patient in the face of frustrating and complex circumstances. I like to keep an active role in my case, and Ms. Grevious has been great about keeping me in the loop, informed, and up to date on the details. She also has a great sense of humor and could get me to laugh even in the face of the most annoying situations. (Drive 1,000 miles for a deposition, only to have opposing council postpone for two weeks? Hilarious.) She knows her stuff, and has one of those brains I think might be scary if it wasn't working for me. For now, and for the foreseeable future, if I have any legal issues, she will be my first phone call.

A few months back my ex and I got into an argument and before I knew it she had called the police. I ended up in jail and was arrested for domestic abuse, assault and battery. I know that it's a cliche but I never touched her and was only defending myself! A friend of mine told me about Lipton Law Offices and I asked him to contact Mr. Lipton on my behalf. Within hours his bail bondsman had bailed me out of jail. After I was released, I immediately met with Mr. Lipton and was totally impressed. He was enthusiastic and tenacious in handling my case and always kept me in the loop. His persistent arguments to the District Attorney led to the dismissal of my case. I would not be a free man without Mr. Lipton. This man saved my life!

The charge against me was a misdemeanor hit and run. I was very nervous and fearful, because I have never been in trouble with the law. I knew right away that I had to find a knowledgeable attorney who truly cared about representing me to the best of their ability. I interviewed multiple lawyer's and found that most of them were all talk and no action. After interviewing Mr. Lipton and reviewing my case together, i was immediately relieved. He explained, in detail, what every section of the police report meant in a clear and concise manner. He was prompt and kept me informed on a constant basis. He also comforted me and made me feel at ease. I felt like a human being, not a criminal like other attorney's made me feel. The District Attorney handling this matter was very reluctant to reduce the charge, but with Mr. Lipton's diligence and investigative skills he was able to pin point many areas in which sufficient evidence lacked. He displayed extensive legal knowledge and negotiating skills. Because of Mr. Lipton's dedication, experience, and professionalism, the D.A. to reduced my charge to an infraction.

Based on my experience with Ms. Hudson, she doesn't fit the typical perception of attorneys that most people have. 1. She's sharp...very sharp. 2. She actually cares about her clients. 3. When she's focused on your case, she's totally focused on your case. 4. She treats her clients with dignity and respect. 5. Though quite aggressive from a legal standpoint, she is not hostile or arrogant with judges, other attorneys, opposing parties, or clients. 6. She is very good at "thinking on her feet" and is able to respond quickly and tactfully to situations that suddenly appear during a hearing. In summary, if you're looking for an arrogant attorney from a big prestigious law firm, or one with a hostile "junkyard dog" demeanor, look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for a sharp attorney who doesn't fit the stereotype that spawns the plethora of lawyer jokes and causes people to despise attorneys, Ms. Hudson is worth consideration.

If you are looking for a lawyer who is not only smart but has an excellent reputation in the Alameda County court system, Heidi Hudson is the lawyer for you. Once I felt Ms Hudson understood what was really going on with our family situation I was able to completely step back and take her advice and follow her coaching without worrying. If your family is in a high conflict separation or divorce and you are tired of trying to convince professionals (judges, mediators, therapists, lawyers) that the high conflict is the result of much more than just a he said she said conflict or different parenting styles, Heidi can help. Heidi has become very skilled at understanding that high conflict can be rooted in at least one of the parents having a true but perhaps undiagnosed personality disorder. It has been my experience that personality disorders wreak havoc on the family by often (not always) fooling the court system, mediators and therapists. The result to the family is a case that is dragged on for years with a revolving door to the courtroom and your children being subjected to multiple custody order changes each year, flopping them back and forth between parents. Heidi has a deep understanding of how the courts handle these high conflict cases, what they will and will not listen to, what you need to do and more importantly NOT do to best protect your children. She thinks out of the box to reduce the risk and stress on your family. I highly recommend contacting Heidi Hudson, especially for those dealing with a high conflict divorce or separation.

After a relationship ended, I found myself in litigation -- a situation I would not willingly choose. Dividing property became impossible when my former partner adopted an extreme position and doubled down on it. Sunena helped me defend myself through many steps of the legal process. Over time, both the facts and the law came out. Although the adversarial nature of the legal system made that a slow and painful process, and I felt overburdened at times, at heart I felt confident because I had a good lawyer and the truth on my side. Sunena is very busy, but knew how best to employ her time and skill to resolve the matter, and where to place both our energy. She understood my situation, the outcome I needed, and demonstrated when it counted that her commitment to advocacy, safety and integrity on behalf of her clients is real. On top of that, she's a fun and interesting person with fighting spirit. In the end, Sunena was able to avoid trial and achieve a financial outcome for me that was significantly more than I originally envisioned. Given the circumstances, that felt very just, and I am grateful.

I had a squatter on my property over a year with 15 animals that destroyed my yard and house. The squatter had piles of trash in the yard and code enforcment had sent sever notices to me. I spent thousands in cleaning up and trying to remove this squatter. After calling the sheriff out for the latest issue - the officer highly recommended attorney Don Ross. Mr. Ross truly saved my life. Without his help, my divorce would have been the end for me. I was facing the end of a 15 year marriage, with two small children and no income. I hired another local attorney who promised big, but delivered nothing! Worse, My husband had convinced the court of such terrible lies that the judge said he was seriously considering permanent removal of my custody of the kids! I had no voice, no time and never felt more alone. At my lowest moment, Mr. Ross came to the rescue and completely turned everything around. I hired Ellie Sweeney from the law offices of Michele Gibson in Encino to represent me in my divorce. She was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy that I hired her. My Divorce turned out to be high conflict and was taken much further than it needed to go as we came to an agreement regarding the custody of our child early on in the proceedings. Ellie works very closely with Michele and they took the fear and uncertainty about my future away at our very first meeting. Jelisaveta is one of the most amazing attorney's I have ever met. I was going through a terrible 3 year divorce. All the other attorney's only cared about racking up more fees. Not settling. I needed to have my will, Health directive and trust re-worked to better reflect my current needs. She took my old documents and agreed with me to the re-write because several laws have also changed over the years. She called and e-mailed me with questions, discussed possibilities and then produced the draft in a timely manner. I looked everything over and then we met for her to answer any remaining questions that I had. Since I do not speak "legal-eese", I had many questions. She explained everything fully and to my complete satisfaction, without making me feel uninformed. We were then able to complete the documentation and I expect the final documents soon. Roya service as a bankruptcy attorney is absolutely top notch. She was truly there for me during my "darkest hour" ...... bk due to a failed business venture that cross over to my personal finances. She was knowledgeble and very responsive to my needs. I had to fire a prior bk attorney because he was lazy and obviously not looking out for my best interest. BK is a tricky business and you need a lawyer who can look out for your best interest and not just take the the path that requires the least work for the lawyer. Steven guided me through our chapter 13 bankruptcy process with great dedication, knowledge and intuitive advice. He followed up with the chapter 13 trustee before our first hearing and decided that my daughters student loans ( my parent Plus loans) could be contained within our case debt limit, even though we exceeded that debt limit. Theses loans are suspended in payments but do accumulate interest. He advised us to take the trustee's offer for our n monthly payment which was higher then he initially computed, but quite fair. He helped us understand the process of getting our second mortgage striped and removed from secured to unsecured status saving us over 200,000 in payments. He has followed up and given advice since the beginning of the chapter 13 process which takes 5 years.

I had an issue with a contractor that could not be resolved without an experienced attorney. I have never seen better emails and letters written then by him. The way he communicated to the contractor and to me could not have been better. Brian is as good as it gets. He took charge of my case and stayed on top of it to the end. He was the only lawyer who was able to do what I wanted and succeeded in defeating the opposition. My wife and I were the victims of a vexacious litigant and her highly unethical contingency fee attorney. After our young "pitbull" attorney blew through $35,000.00 and then asked for another $35,000.00 we parted ways. We sought the help of two expert witnesses. These two people deal with attorneys on a daily basis. The exact words from them were "99 out of 100 attorneys we would not recommend to you, but we have a high regard for Daniel Martorella. We retained Mr. Martorella and within 3 weeks of him being involved in our case the contingency fee attorney left his client high and dry. It was not long after this that we were cleared of all charges.

Grace was very flexible with my schedule (I work out of town) and kept me informed on the status of my case in a very unpleasant situation with my ex-husband. Her willingness to go the extra mile helped me be able to have the situation addressed and settled in court with most of my requests being granted by the court. Grace even worked on my case while she was on vacation with her family (this was WAY more than I had ever expected). If you someone who calls you back immediately, without exception, and who knows what he is doing then hire Jeff! My ex was harassing me and our children. My previous lawyer said I just had to "deal with it" because there was not enough to go on. Jeff immediately got me a restraining order against my ex and then we got the custody order I wanted. He also got all of my fees paid for by my ex! I am not sure if this is how he always is but he was absolutely amazing for me in my case.

I was recommended to Jeff by a friend who had used him for their divorce as well as some other matters. He actually took the time to research everything and didn't just show up at court and wing it like me previous lawyer. In the end, he increased the amount of support I was previously awarded and got my fees paid for. He also gave me his direct line so I was able to contact him at any time. Definitely would recommend him.

There arent enough words to express how much of an AMAZING Attorney Michael is. He sets the bar on the level of communication he has with his clients. He takes so much pride in his ability to fight for his client, that he studies each and every word in your case. There were details he remembered that I had informed him of, and as I thought I was notifying him for the first time, he finished my update all on his own, remembering every little detail, as if it happened directly to him. I forgot I had already relayed the update, but I cant even begin to describe the overwhelming feeling of comfort to know Michael was not just my attorney, he was someone who genuinely cared about me and my kids. We went to our hearing, Michael all prepared and excited to represent me, evidence and notes in one hand and confidence in the other. Michael is not a very tall man by any means, but the fight he had inside of him, the fight he used defending and representing me, was one of an army from Sparta!! As a mom, going through court against my kids father, who instigated constant chaos, is that last and the hardest situation you ever want to face in general, however, just to know that Michael was in my corner fighting with and for me and my kids, made this situation a bit easier to handle.
