Kevin is incredibly knowledgable and smart, and he is one of the very few lawyers who can handle high-conflict trial cases well. He is never afraid of litigation and will maximize your chance of winning. He won the restraining order against me in multiday trial. The opposing attorney is highly competitive, and I can see both him and the judge respect Kevin highly for his knowledge of law and litigation skills. He also got what I want for support and custody issues. Yes he is expensive, but he uses my money very efficiently. I highly recommend Kevin for any family cases.

Kevin was recommended to me by my uncle and was at first reluctant about changing my lawyer. You see, it is hard to find a lawyer that will stand for you since I felt that my previous lawyer do not care about me and I just met Kevin but I gave him a chance to show what he is capable of. First day in court and I was blown away with the way he work and defend my case. In fact, it was also obvious that the Judge was very impressed with him too. He is very organized, prepared and aggressive in court not to mention very knowledgeable in this aspect. He won my case and got more than I am expecting for. What has impressed me about Kevin is that he is honest and efficient in tackling the various roadblocks that have come up in my case. Whenever I would present a difficulty or question, he would clearly present to me my options. In addition, he has always had my financial situation and my personal wishes in mind. He has always been prompt in answering my questions. Also, I have appreciated that he has maintained a professional stance when others would choose to get emotional. Over the years I have been by my husband's side as he has fought a horrific custody battle using countless of Modesto's "best" lawyers with very small results until we hired Betty Julian. She was truly amazing! She worked tirelessly along with her staff on our case, helping to organize years of information and putting all of our anxiety and fears at ease, while being direct and honest with us about our case ever step of the way. She even went out of her way to make phone calls and trips to the school on our behalf for my husband's custody case. Back in the early 1980’s, my ex-wife, who had abandoned us when my son was six months old, kidnapped him 2 years later. It took me 6 months to find them in Oregon. The authorities in Oregon told me I needed a court order to bring him back to California or face arrest if I just took him. So I went up to Oregon to see him and returned to California to begin legal proceedings. This was a serious situation and I could not take any chances screwing it up. I was young about 23 and I didn’t have much money. I was recommended to Mr. Ziska by a friend. I thank God that I found Mr. Ziska. After listening to my story and my financial situation, Mr. Ziska waived his retainer and only billed me for time when he was actually on the case. For example he would not charge me for say travel time to the court, only for the time at the court. He also allowed me to make monthly payments. At the end of the case I was awarded full custody of my son with my ex having limited and monitored visitation. He pulled this off at a time when in liberal California custody was always given to the mother and fathers getting custody was definitely not the norm. It was beginning to change, but hadn’t changed at that time. Mr. Ziska was definitely a “Godsend”, a tremendous blessing to me . . . my son . . . my family. I would highly recommend Mr. Ziska with absolutely no reservations. He has a good heart as well being an excellent and professional attorney. I believe that he is more concerned with the lives of those he comes in contact with than the money he in turn receives for his services. No doubt money is necessary, but I don’t believe it is his focus. God bless you John.

I knew when I decided to get a divorce after 35 years of marriage that it would be difficult. I had no idea that my divorce attorney would be able to calm me down, constantly reassure me and make my divorce not quite so traumatic! Mr. Ziska kept me informed about every stage of my case. He took the time to make sure I understood every aspect of our divorce settlement. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and competently. My friend referred me to Arthur as I was struggling in my case. After my first phone call with Arthur, I decided to choose him as my second attorney immediately. My first attorney did not do good job that make me suffering and dragging my case. Instead, Arthur has very good knowledge that helped me a lot. He always explains in very efficient, patient, and clear way that I can understand what my next step is. My case is relatively complicated but Arthur is always responsive and supporting me fully. He is very practical and realistic and easy to communicate that really make my life easier especially in such complicated case. I hired Arthur for an uncontested divorce. His fees were much lower than another attorney I interviewed. He is friendly and easy to talk to and at times would remind me that he would have to charge me for certain tasks that I could do myself and for other time spent not covered under the original quote. He is very responsive and checked up on me when things were stalled (with my spouse). I communicated with him via phone and mostly email which was very convenient. His advice was practical and realistic, not trying to get more money from my spouse for little things which would've costed me more in fees. I would definitely recommend him for an uncontested divorce.

I was up against very expensive LA attorneys and I wasn't doing well when it came to keeping custody of my little girl. If it wasn't for attorney Brenda Andrade, I'm sure I would've lost full custody. I did not want to be a part-time parent my daughter depends on me. Brenda was fierce with my ex-husband attorneys.She seemed always one step ahead and through many motions in court, and discovery she was able to get me full custody without going to trial. I was arrested for DUI a few months ago. Since this is my second offense, many attorneys told me I would be looking at a hafty fine and may be jail time. I hired attorny Garcia hoping for the best. It is easy to dismiss a 'perfect' review, but my results were what I needed and not over the top in fees or drama. I employed Ms. Fruchtman to intervene on an employment issue that had be washed over by previous attorneys as too insignificant or politically charged in the non-profit sector. My concerns were taken to heart, letters written, conversations had, and in the end, that is what I wanted. I did not want to go to court or sue over a sexual harassment claim. I wanted to be heard and apologized to by the employer. I wanted the perpetrator fired. I wanted them to acknowledge that they were wrong and that I was still watching them to prevent future misdeeds. They were scared. They listened. I was heard. Finally, I was able to sleep again. The perpetrator was 'retired' and women will be safe at that location. I owe that to her calm and relentless professional pursuit of the truth. They listened. That's what I needed. No court, no drama, just a good result for everyone.

And he Helped me tremendously . My son is now 7 turning 8 and sees his father 30% of the time. Before it was 0% and dad was aiming for 100% at one point. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I utilized Chris’s services this past year, during which I was a gestational surrogate. He was a pleasure to work with. He responded to all of my emails quickly, more so than any other attorney I have worked with in the past. Chris went over all contracts thoroughly and made sure I understood everything fully. I was referred to Chris Jackson from a fellow family member who is also an attorney. I was skeptical but my family member assured me that Chris was the best in the business. I was going through a time of confusion and vulnerability. My ex wife took me to court and she had a lawyer but I didn't. The day of seeing the judge I left that court room with nothing except more bills owed to the ex spouse and only 10% child visitation. When Chris got involved everything changed. Within eight months Chris was able to turn my whole case around. Instead of the ex taking my house, half the business, assets, ect he was able to put things in my favor. I walked away with 50/50 child visitations, keeping my business, house and all my hard earned assets which I worked my ass of for and on top of all that was able to settle with the ex wife for under 20k. Kelly Miller is very professional and we are happy that we found her indirectly through a Christian professional directory. I was arrested for concealed carry charges and Don did a wonderful job to help me get the best deal. I was going to be convicted of felony in Santa Clara county. Don spoke with the DA and I recieved a deal on my first court date. I was originally going to get a felony but it was reduced to a misdemeanor with court probation for two years and no weapons for 5. He still helps me to this day with anything and everything pertaining to my case. I am in the process of getting my record cleared. If your having trouble with any gun related offenses I would give his office a call. He's just an all around great lawyer.

In the process of divorcing, my ex abusive spouse intentionally cut his forehead to cause visible bleeding after I called the police for help when one night he took my car keys and refused to let me leave. My attorney, Ashley Andrews, is the only attorney in her firm and the only attorney who appears in my case. During the hearing this past week, the other side's attorney did not appear and I understand is no longer eligible to practice law in California. So many options but happy I took my accident case to Accident Pros LLP…i really appreciated how fast they got my car in to the shop for repairs. My situation I think is different as I was being blamed for the accident when it wasn’t my fault. People are so crazy the other person even got a lawyer to represent him even though HE CAUSED THE ACCIDENT. This world is backwards. I was scared at first, but have no fear cuz these guys handled it and had my back. We won! His lawyer chickened out and he ended up being held responsible. I don’t think I could have such dedicated lawyers like I did with these guys. GREAT service.
